#the brainrot!!! so strong. anyways. fellas is it gay to confront the woman dating your ex when there's super high tension#anyway!!! highschool(?) modern au where the popular girl/ queen bee is whoever resident king henry is dating.. hm..#oh the tension between someone who used to serve you. now having taken your place. and you knowing the ins and out of that position..#especially that it's not all it's cooked up to be!! lots of thoughts about this au#art-wise i drew these as storyboards before i realised i cant video format well without audio so they're just here in storyboard form#i drew these in sketchy drafts and then in sketchbook then spent 2h lining them digitally bc the scans were yikes. anyways. i lost a frame#somewhere and it was before the “you deserve better” and it was like. “take it from someone who knows#fun fact!! i showed this to multiple irl friends without dialogue as i was drawing it. neither of them know the characters but.#immediately pinpointed exes vibes. and enemies to lovers. and basically homoerotic arguing tension.#remarkably pleased at how that was conveyed (and also amused. i love my friends). anyway if i were to do this again? then i'd draw in the#frames instead of re-doing the sizing after tracing. yikes that was an experience.#anyway!! Fun fact: Dimetrodon was not a dinosaur. It's not a reptile at all and is way more closely related to mammals than anything else. It's a synapsid! Dimetrodon was called a "mammal-like reptile" when it was first discovered, but then we realized that was wrong.

i was so brave a couple days ago. there was a baby huntsman spider in my room and i totally didn't fumble trying to catch it 3 entire times while trying to lure it in and out of a box all while screaming and going "whAT THE FUCJ WHAT" whenever it moved even a little bit. in which the reason i was trying to catch it was because it randomly appeared on a box right next to my bed and i knew if i didn't catch it i wouldn't be able to sleep. nope. totally wasn't genuinely frightened by a tiny itty bitty little guy that could literally fit in the palm of my hand 15 times. whaaaat me? scared by a tiny little spider??? psh no wayyyyy man no way
(after i did this i was slightly shaken up and extremely worried there was another much bigger one in my bed and i felt like there were bugs crawling on me until i fell asleep)

this makes things so damn tragic when you see the notes while this man was spiraling. When we see him in Deadly Smiles he is on that VERGE of a meltdown, past the point of being able to restrain himself from hurting even kids. And even then- EVEN THEN!!!-man is trying to get AWAY from Skid and Pump when he can, to find a fix elsewhere, from ANYONE else if it’s an option, and by majority going at adults!
A willingness to be brought home by Roy at seeing the bullying happening, to go at the homeless guys, the van kidnapper, even the criminals in jail. But time and time again, getting thwarted, being diverted, until the promise of never getting away from these kids and starved makes him SNAP.
I have to rewatch Deadly Smiles and just, take this all in with this new perspective I am REELING.
