Hi! I'm possiblycringe, BucketOfMud on AO3. My preferred name on the internet is Popsicles. Popsicles are my favorite food and I could consume a box of 18 popsicles in a single evening. Currently into Splatoon, specifically aus centering around bad things happening to Callie Cuttlefish and how she and her loved ones deal with it. Some of these aus include: Fuzzy Callie (Callie inflicted with the Fuzzy Ooze and going completely insane and feral), Sanitized Callie (Callie finding her way in the metro, getting Sanitized, and Marie trying to bring her back after finding her), Snowglobe Au (In which Callie is still brainwashed even after the shades are removed and has to be trapped in a snowglobe), along with many more I won't list. I don't usually tag content warnings but I'd be happy to tag certain things, just ask! Some general content warnings for the things I'm okay putting on my blog! Based on those au descriptions it's probably clear I enjoy psychological horror, especially the kind related to brainwashing. Its my comfort trope, what can I say. Cannibalism and generally dark themes will pop up from time to time such as grief, delusions, and toxic relationships, platonic and romantic! Though I like to put a lot of more lighthearted stuff alongside it, lmao. Things that will NOT appear on this blog! I LOVE the Squid Sisters. I do not love a certain way people will interpret their dynamic as an incestuous relationship. Anyone who reblogs my art with an addition that implies an incestuous relationship is going on will be blocked. No exceptions. (Incest in general won't be here) I will not provide personal information about my life! I'm just here to be silly about Callie Cuttlefish. Relationships between a minor and an adult will not be reblogged or created. Any time you see explicit romantic relationships in my work, it will be between two (or more) minors (no younger then 14) or two (or more) adults. No NSFW. "Colombia’s congress has voted to change a law that allowed minors to get married with parental consent.

The proposal would make the minimum age for marriage 18, and seeks to protect the rights and development opportunities for minors. It still must be signed into law by President Gustavo Petro.

Currently, the country’s civil code allows person as young as 14 years old to get married with parental consent.

The initial proposal to reform the law – presented in 2023 – used the slogan “they’re girls, not wives” and aimed to prevent young girls from being forced to marry, to be subject to different forms of violence and to miss out on education and development opportunities.

“Minors are not sexual objects, they’re girls,” congresswoman Clara López Obregón said in a statement after the proposal was greenlit.

Child marriage remains a widespread practice worldwide and affects around 12 million girls per year, according to the UN’s agency for children, UNICEF.

But there’s been a global drop in child marriages over the past few years, according to the agency’s statistics. “Ten years ago, one in four young women aged 20 to 24 was married as a child. Today that number has fallen to one in five,” UNICEF said.

In Latin America, poverty is the main factor leading to minors getting married, according to UNICEF."

confirming the Ethiopian wolf pollination hypothesis seems so straightforward in theory, like just erecting anti-wolf barriers around some of the hot poker plants and seeing if those get pollinated at the same rate as the other ones, but also I feel like it could be some lab’s 6 year long project that ends up in Nature and answers more questions about wolf dessert time than I could ever think to ask. and also it would give more beautiful photos of wolves between 3 seconds and 1 hour into passionate nectar indulgence. so hopefully with the media attention they’re getting they can do that
