cant stop singing sans and papyrus animatic i left very unfinished more than a year ago

my style has changed A LOT and im still without a proper animation program but this thing calls me like the goblin mask, should i try to finish it sometime?

I need a whole fic where the Cerritos is mistaken for the Enterprise by some type of alien with very high intelligence but very poor visual recognition, for whatever reason.

And Freeman either can't or is too scared to convince them that they're not the Enterprise, so she starts desperately assigning everyone to various roles. Boimler gets assigned as Data, and since he and Mariner are the only people on the ship who play string instruments, the captain orders them to put together some sort of "symphony" because the aliens have heard that that's a thing on the Enterprise.

And it's just Mariner and Boimler frustratedly trying to figure out how to combine her electric guitar skills and his traditional violin skills into something suitably "symphonic" (i.e. thematically trying to combine her more lax/modern way of doing things with his more strict/traditional way).

Stan drove without a seat belt for many years until the twins came and visited him. It was equal amounts them getting on his case about how dangerous it was/him realizing he needs to keep them safe and set a good example that got him to start wearing it regularly

He stopped celebrating his birthday somewhere in his late twenties because of everything that was happening in his life. Somehow Mabel found out and surprised him that summer, and he almost cried got frosting in his eye

He got his license before Ford did, worked every day that summer in the pawn shop, and finally saved enough money to get his own car that he used to drive him, his brother, and his then girlfriend around town all in the time

He sends Dipper and Mabel post-cards every few months when they're back in Piedmont from the various locations that he and Ford visit. Some of them are real places, and some of them are made up when he has the time to sit down and really get creative, knowing they'll probably get a kick out of it. Of course, this means that they can't get any back, but it'll be all the sweeter when they arrive back in Gravity Falls to a pile of letters from the kids.

There was talk of getting Gravity Falls taken off the bus route after they literally threatened the bus driver in order to break the rules, but somehow it never went through (plus Stan would probably drive down to their headquarters and threaten them with more violence if that happened)

Or... today, at this point, it's 6AM, haha. Tues-Weds (4/29-4/30) and possibly Fri too (5/2), I'll be on hiatus for grading and running the final exam. I'm not sure how busy Fri or Sat (5/3) is going to be yet. If I have time, I'll be on my FFXII on Fri and Luther's blog on Sat, but we'll see. Sorry for the end-of-semester chaos, heh. It'll all be over with as of next Weds (5/7). I should be back on this blog next Mon (5/5), even though I'll still be dealing with last-minute makeups. Things should be winding down by that point. That's the plan right now, but the end of classes can be unpredictable, so thanks for bearing with me over the next week or so. For now, I sleep. Goodnight! =)

I sure do love signing into a class and getting a video from my instructor aggressively insinuating that myself and my classmates are idiots because he was using a very specific definition of the word teamwork, that was not ever in the book we're reading from, for our last assignment. So far the course has been us independently reading parts of the book, uploading our presentations that are based on a bare-bones rubric then the instructor boomer yelling at us in a video about how we're idiots for not understanding the exact and unspecified definitions he has for things (oh and it all has the underlying flavor of that kids these days need to be more independent and to stop being 'soft' ignoring that this course is supposed to be teaching us things rather than confirming that we know things)

Explanation;

For my project I was told to make my own sounds to use to create for an animation. That's why theres a bunch of random sounf effects. I thought it'd be pretty cool to do more "water" effects per se, and what would be better to have one of my OCs who has funky nature powers waterbend to include water into my animation?

That's when I came up the idea of using Sam in the animation. I love drawing Sam (I love Sam in general tbf) and their powers were a perfect fit for the idea I had in mind. Granted there is a tiny cameo of Andrew but its mostly Sam.

Ive worked on this for 5 days. I hadn't properly animated like this before if Im honest. Hell, Ive hardly animated in the past. So Im impressed that despite my lack of experience, this turned out pretty okay :3
