The Meowstic seemed to stare in confusion momentarily as he attempted to process all of the information Lief was saying. When he finally did, one thing stood out from the rest.

"Um. I'm... not sure what you mean by that. I don't understand how spice tolerance is related… Is this some kind of new-age informal language?" Sirius seemed extremely confused at this.

"I really don't get out that much, Is 'spicy' a common slang term Pokemon use now? ...Maybe I need to catch up with the outside world more..." It appears being stuck in his office constantly was starting to take a toll on his knowledge of current trends.

"But to answer your questions... You're actually the, um. Third or fourth intruder? I've lost count already, it's all quite stressful I just got back from a job a few hours ago." He sighed before, thinking over Lief's other questions, they were good but a little hard to explain in one go.

"I'm sorry but I think you might be mistaken, we do not fabricate the U-gates. We can make parts to repair them, yes. But it's virtually impossible to make a deity U-gate. Every time a U-gate attempt has been made by us mortals, they're limited to in-universe travel only. The U-gates I specialize in fixing are made from god magic, they're a type of Hoopa ring. Mortal-made U-gates are under an entirely different subject." "Asking me to explain those is like trying to ask someone who raises Magikarp to tell you how to take care of a Feebas. They're both fish but they have completely different needs."

"Shutting down a gate is... a complicated subject. I could go into the process of how a gate is 'closed off' but I fear we may be here for a while if I do. I will try my best to sum it up, however." "If we're discontinuing the use of a U-gate we're required to assess why, report back to Earendel and if we're able to, contact the Keeper to discuss the matter further. A common reason U-gates are discontinued is because they're located in either feral universes, extremely dangerous ones or the U-gate is just completely broken." "At that point, it's a matter of removing the core safely, dismantling it and bringing it to Lunala for disposal. After that, we ban or remove the universe from our star maps."

"And yes, we can control the gates. That is what the Keepers are for, they help everyday travellers operate the U-gates and be sent on their merry way to whatever universe they'd like." She's so...tiny.

Belladonna and Castiel were their names now. While holding Castiel he didn't feel as close. However, with Belladonna...there was a newfound warmth in him. He couldn't quite place it, but it was so sweet feeling...almost like when he held his little sister Rose at the time. Or better yet, Hannah...but those were past memories.

"How're you feeling my feline fellow?"

"...Morde?"

"Oh fuck he's crying---"

"Can I have my daughter, Morde?"

"Mordecai, my dear, come on---"

Who is your favorite diaboy?

Ahaha, I think it’s quite obvious from the majority of my fics— but for those who haven’t yet read or interacted with any— Subaru 100%. However, of course Shū has a special place in my heart. I suppose I find myself relating to them both as a character much more deeper than the others, perhaps more so Shū.

Although, recently I’ve been finding myself interested in Ayato. He’s quite visually appealing, and almost the most humane one out of all the diaboys.

The way this small, beautiful lady was caught so off guard and how the blush on her porcelain skin painted her cheeks, made Zeke give a light chuckle. He noted that the words cute or adorable described her just as well as gorgeous. That sentence almost escaped his lips but for fear of scaring her away, he held his tongue.

"I'm Reshi, what's your name stranger?"

He was pleased to see she was able to reel in her frantic confusion but at the same time, it was a little disappointing. He did quite enjoy seeing her that way.

"Such an adorable name. It's quite suiting." As he spoke, his upper body bent into a soft bow. Gently sliding one of her hands into his, he placed a small kiss on it. Before rising back up, he gazed into her eyes that were now level with his.

"My name is Zeke, my lady."

Pulling his body upright once more, he released her hand. He couldn't help but notice how it barely took up his palm. She seemed so fragile like the glass on her dress. Even a tap could shatter her. But he was quite certain that this was no mere glass. She may look dainty but he could sense great power. Perhaps a diamond was a better comparison.

"I may not look it, but these kinds of events do keep me on edge. So many others to impress, it does raise the nerves."

He smiled down at her trying to look as innocent as possible.

"Perhaps you could show me to the refreshments? I do find a drink or two can carry those worries away."

Holding his elbow out to Reshi for her to take if she chose to accompany him. He gazed expectedly at her.

Miu elegantly touched down the moment Elizabeth declared surrender. The Fezandipit strode over towards the fence posts that surrounded the area, touching the side of each until he came to one that had a box tied to the it. Slipping the container out of the binds, Miu opened it and rummaged around until he felt the familiar curves and soft fuzz of a pecha berry.

“How badly is your friend injured?” Miu asked Elizabeth. “I have oran and sitrus berries, energy powder and roots, and even a few revival herbs on hand…”

Soo...North, is Silas and Wisteria like the only other two pokemon you have? Or you have more? You were sort of introducing them weren't you ?

✧ North was quick to break from her silence, she looked suddenly very confused.

North: Huh-? Wha, Wisteria? Wisteria Isn't my Pokemon? She's a wild Pokemon! Besides, I don't even think she wants to be my Pokemon??

North: Then again... I've never really asked her? It'd be weird to just randomly ask your best friend to willingly be stuck in a tiny Pokeball forever. North: Is that weird? Is it weird... that I kind of do want her to be my Pokemon, so I can make sure she's safe all the time. I don't want her to get hurt... But, that's such a weird thing to ask someone...?

North: How would I even ask that? "...Oh, Steria, can you please get into the Pokeball so I can keep you confined forever and ever and never let you go!" That'd be so embarrassing!! I don't catch Pokemon without their permission, and Wisteria definitely has not said I could. North: Maybe I'll ask when we're older... Yeah! Then it won't be super weird when I do eventually ask.

North: Hehe, yeah... Even so! I've never really caught an actual Pokemon before, Dad said I need to learn how to throw a Pokeball better! I tried to throw one at a Zigzagoon once! But I hit the tree behind it... Mom wasn't happy when it got mad and chased her. I think all the Pokemon I have already had a Pokeball before I got them.

✧ North seemed to finally notice she was rambling once again.

North: Oh yeahhh! I was introducing them, wasn't I? I only have three that are actually mine! There's Silas... Finn and Thistle! My dad caught Thistle, he also caught Smoke. He always makes me carry smoke around or else I'm super duper grounded from going outside alone! North: Speaking of introducing Pokemon...

For that, I think it was never his intention to harm them personally, but for those around him, I'm not sure. Sometimes when one decides to self-destruct, and in such a dramatic way, they're bound to drag others down with them. Intentional or not. So when they find themselves past the point of no return, they'll do drastic things, Because, in their mind, nothing matters anymore."

Despite her neutral face, Cleo was honestly quite confused. Did she know this person? Was she supposed to know this person? It would.. kinda explain the weird sense of dread she’s getting. Whatever, clearly he knew her- although, not well enough it seemed.

"..I look less violent-? Uh.. I’m not really a violent person in the first place. Also, what do you mean by “I’m a survivor now”? I always have been. Ah, well, more accurately I only just came here and had the role given to me. You sure you’re not just confusing me for someone else?"

"Oh so you do think im handsome? What an honor~" Zeke's toothy grin did not falter. "But im sure I just told you that I'm not much of a dancer. Though I don't know about pigeon-toed, there will be no need to be embarrassed when you're with me."

The two of them now side by side, the amusement in Zhens eyes were as good as a written challenge. This was going to be a fun game and Zeke was ready to play.

"A drink is a great idea, im a better dancer after a few anyway." Zeke teased. "I'm better at a lot after drinking actually." He gave a wink to his new found companion.

"The name's Zhen by the way. If you want to be smooth, maybe give your name first before skipping the proper steps."

Zeke had no issue with giving his name but now he didn't want to. The thought of teasing the phoenix in any way he could just made him more entertained.

"But aren't I more mysterious and sexy if you don't know my name?" He brushed his shoulder on Zhen's, copying what he had done. "Tell you what, if you really are as good of a dancer as you say, I'll tell you my name."

He glanced over at him, mischief in his eyes. "Until then, you can just call me the 'handsome Devil who pulls at your heart.'

It was quite obvious every word coming from Zeke was a joke meant to tease Zhen.
