Matthew 28:6 (NKJV) - He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

Suggested to someone in the comments of an Avatar fic a few weeks ago that they illegally download the movie if they wanted to watch it again so badly. Received a message back from someone I wasn’t talking to weeks later that I wasn’t taking into account the people who worked on the film being paid properly. I just finished typing up the most insane A03 comment that anyone has ever sent in their entire lives in response.

To: Chara
Ya know, copy and paste? I would do that when I message you.
Signed, Toriel from Undertale in the ruins, and her owner of her blog named Kayla Shea.
(Chara is now even more confused.
Mod here, and Chara has no idea what all that stuff is.
I do, but the muse has no idea.)

the place

A madwoman, a witch, a seductress? Attempting to inhabit the archetype of Lady Macbeth, Temitope Ajose uses the words, the implications, the narrative and most importantly the psychological states of Lady Macbeth to tell her own story. She has a lot to say, she has a lot to dance. Lady M (at Home with Lady Macbeth) invites you to her home - her inner landscape, to observe, to witness and to play along with her.

Quote
I call whatever happens in the Place, "taking stock." Some others might call it prayer, and maybe it would be the same thing. I don't believe it's thought. If I wanted to make a picture of it for myself, it would be a wet sheet turning and flapping in a lovely wind and drying and sweetening the white. What happens is right for me, whether or not it is good.
The Winter of Our Discontent, John Steinbeck
