I’m pretty sure it will be the Rosalind theme because the actress was at Paramont the day they started filming and another article stated an old “ villain” would be returning. I’m just hoping cause I can’t handle another of Tim’s love interest being involved at this point 🤣🤣

I 10000% agree with you! I follow the actress on Instagram and saw her make reference to the Rookie lot at Paramount.

Plus with all the “trial prep” from last season, we should finally have a trial- which should trigger Tim’s fierce protector side again.

I really hope she escapes from prison. Maybe Oscar helps her - one sociopath to a psychopath…. And I hope they drag it out. I love creepy, murder mystery shows like Hannibal, Hinterland, Vera, silence of the lambs, dead wind, Wallander, Bergen, etc. my inner Viking loves Scandinavian mysteries. Where the uncertainty and dread and fear build, and things that you thought were unrelated suddenly are connected.

And yes, while I realize the rookie is a different “animal” all together, my favorite episodes from Season two were around Rosalind and Armstrong’s obsession with her. How he broke the law and ultimately himself in order to capture her- how he lost his wife and himself in the process. For me, a great parallel would be for LUCY to become obsessed with finding and capturing her and to do so legally, building confidence in her self and her cop skills. How she maybe loses Tim temporarily but comes back to him at the end of the year. Being a survivor with a psych background who was trained by a TO who often solved things from a sideways perspective, would make her uniquely qualified to complete her own heroes journey in pursuit of Rosalind.

So yes, I am super excited for Rosalind to come back. I just hope the show milks the story line possibilities for everything possible, much like Rosalind squeezed the life out of her victims - in new and unexpected ways.

Death in Paradise: British detective Richard Poole (Ben Miller) is assigned to investigate the murder of a British police officer on the fictional paradise island of Saint Marie in the Caribbean. Shetland: Created from the novels by award winning crime writer Ann Cleeves, Shetland follows DI Jimmy Perez and his team as they investigate crime within the close knit island community. In this isolated and sometimes inhospitable environment, the team have to rely on a uniquely resourceful style of policing. Set against a hauntingly beautiful landscape, Shetland is based on the best selling books such as Red Bones, Raven Black, Dead Water and Blue.

La muerte de Bernecker en el set de The Walking Dead

La jueza Emily Brantley ha rechazado el argumento de AMC con el que se defienden de la acusación por la muerte del doble de acción John Bernecker en 2017. La cadena afirma que la producción corría a cargo de otra empresa, Stalwart Films, por lo que no había relación contractual ni de cualquier otro tipo con él, y que, además, el fallecido tenía el control de la escena, mientras que los familiares añaden que otro actor le distrajo empujándole inesperadamente y haciéndole caer fuera de la protección desde una altura de más de seis metros y que, por tanto, no pudo haber aceptado totalmente los riesgos.
