Saturday Mornings
MASTERLIST
🤸‍♀️ Well , well, well, didn't take long to get me back on my bullshit, did it? 🤣 I bring you a Roy Kent smutty one shot. Enjoy the gorgeousness of this man 🥵
Roy doesn't have a thing for Phoebe's dance teacher. Until he does. 👀
For @littleesilvia 😘
Saturday Mornings
Saturday morning had always been for Phoebe. From the day she was born, Roy had dedicated every Saturday morning to her. In the first weeks of her birth, he'd let himself into his sister's house and picked up a squawking Phoebe from the moses basket and taken care of her from 6-10 am so his sister could get more sleep. In those early days, he'd spoken to her in his deep, gruff voice while she drifted in and out of sleep. Then they'd go for a walk to the shop, the neighbours peeping into the buggy until Roy had growled at them to "Fuck off and stop gawping at her, she's trying to fucking sleep." As she got a little older, it became cartoons and cereal - devoured together on the sofa, and then a trip to the park. He'd arranged everything for 9 years around his Saturday mornings with Phoebe. Even away matches with a midday kick off didn't stop him, it didn't matter if it was an hour, or five hours - match day or no match day, rain or shine, if he was single or not, Uncle Roy would be there. Their time alone together moved through her swimming lessons phase, gymnastics phase, and morphed into his coaching her kids team. He wanted to be on board with this next phase - really, he did.

After 8 weeks of lessons, he'd finally put his finger on what the problem was. The dancing was nothing new, Phoebe had tried ballet, tap, some weird toddler baby dance shit. 16 weeks ago, she'd switched to some kind of pop/tween dance class with a lovely older woman who mostly sat to one side and pointed to each move, each music transition. It had been great, 8.30-9.30am every Saturday, fucking wonderful. Then 8 weeks ago, that woman had switched classes and you had taken over. You, with your tight Tik Tok leggings and your cropped t-shirt. You who showed the kids each move over and over again. The number of dad's attending the class had suddenly gone up. It had been 6 months since he thought that he and Keeley could try again, but she'd made it clear that that was not the case. He'd been single for longer than 6 months before, sure, but not for a long time. Back then in his younger days, he'd thought nothing of a mutually convenient resolution with a friend until he met his next significant other. He’d come to the conclusion now that he was too fucking old for a friends with benefits situation.

If it was just Saturday mornings that were the problem, he could live with that. He started out by taking a book and ignoring the class completely, but Phoebe did not like that at all. So he switched to audiobooks, brought a pair of fucking ear buds so he could drown out the sound of your voice, your gentle encouragement and the giggles. If it wasn’t the leggings going to tip him over the edge, it was going to be the giggles. Or the praise. Weird, he didn’t realise he had a bit of a praise kink before. Then he heard you in a breathy voice saying something that definitely could apply to situations other than a 9 year olds dance class and nearly had to leave the room. No, it wasn’t just Saturday mornings anymore. You came to mind now at the most inconvenient times. Sitting on the bike while Jamie pulled him along at 5am when shouting at Jamie in the street would have been frowned upon and they instead trained quietly, whenever one of the kids dance routine songs came on the radio and he was forced to relive watching you teach them, at night in the dark when he was alone, in the shower… He absolutely had to stop thinking about you like this. Like you’d see it in his eyes when you waved good morning, or when he held his bank card over your little hand held machine to pay for the classes. He also couldn’t stand the very much married men who flirted so openly with you. Clearly telling their wives at home, no love, I’ll take little… Mabel to dance class, you stay here and have a lie in and a cup of tea.

It was funny how they’d migrated from the later morning class which was run by a woman who had the body shape of a fucking pencil. Beautiful, yeah she wasn’t bad. But she didn’t have the strong thighs you did, the sweeping curve of your hip into a cute little waist. He couldn’t go another week like this. Had to stop now, stop being so pervy. He was no better than the other blokes who came to watch their kids' class. Except he was slightly better, because he was actually single.
“Uncle Roy, we’re here, come on!” Phoebe was already half out of the car. He braced himself for another week of torture.
“Good morning guys! Come in, I’m just getting set up.” You called out from across the room. He was a bit too early really. Not intentionally, of course not. You were still in your hoodie, still setting up the portable speaker and drinking a Costa coffee. You put a song on in the background and he had to hold his breath while you pulled off the warm grey sweater. As it came off, it pulled the baggy cropped t-shirt up as well, exposing your sports bra underneath, the soft skin of your stomach. It was definitely soft whenever he thought about it anyway. You straightened yourself out and sat on the floor, stretching your legs out in front of you and reaching forward to your toes. Phoebe lept out of her seat, threw her coat at Roy and plonked herself down in front of you, mirroring your pose. “Joining me for a warm up Phoebs?”
“It’s important to warm up. My Uncle Roy is a football coach and he says it’s the most important part.”
“He’s not wrong.” You smiled, moving through some other poses and stretches. He was a dead man. This was it. The end, this was how it was going to go. You stretch your arms up as far as you can reach them, stretching out your back with a little pop. He tried to ignore the fucking Grecian vase shape your body made, truly. Until you’d made a noise a little too close to a moan for his liking, followed by, “Holy shit that feels good.”

Fucking hell. Fucking hell .

“Sorry Phebs, didn’t mean to swear.”
“It’s ok. I’ll let you off the first time, but you owe me a pound next time.”
“Aww thanks.” The class soon filled up, he wished he’d taken a seat way at the back, out of the way so he could either look at you without it being so noticeable, or ignore you completely. He totally respected your classes, he really did. It was a tricky thing, conducting an age appropriate class for 9 year olds which avoided sexualising dance moves but also made them feel like they were able to move their bodies how they wanted to. Of course, it’s not always the dance moves themselves which could be seen as sexual, more often it’s the person watching who makes that connotation. And he tried so, so hard not to do that. Tried desperately to not think about how your body would move underneath his, on top of his, the beautiful sounds he could draw from you. He needed to get out, feigned a phone call, holding up his phone as he got to the door so you knew he’d be right outside if Phoebe needed anything. He didn’t think you’d even seen him until you gave him a little thumbs up.

At the end of the class, you encourage the kids to just sit for a minute. You all usually end up sprawled on your backs, not having to make eye contact makes it easier for some of the kids to talk openly if they wanted help or an opinion on something. It was somewhat of an eye opener for the parents as well. This week, you had the kids sit up so they could see you,
“I thought I might take you on a little trip, if you guys fancy it? I was going to go and see the new Barbie film after class next week. If any of you want to come with me, with your grown up - of course - then we could have a really exciting morning! I’m not allowed to take any of you without another grown up though, ok? So you’ll have to check with them first.” You handed each of them a little pink party invite. He already knew before Phoebe asked. Their match next week was on Sunday so he was free all of Saturday morning. He had no excuse to not take her, he also didn’t think he wanted one.

He hoped you were a little bit dumb. It was a horrible thought, he knew that, to wish stupidity on someone. But if there was any chance of him making a full recovery and banishing you to the depths of his mind, never to turn up again - especially not when he was in the shower with his hand around himself, he really fucking hoped that you were dumber than a box of rocks. You weren’t. He already had an inkling of that, but he could still live in hope.
“Fancy the Barbie movie next week?” You’d asked brightly as he’d held out his card to pay, he wasn’t sure if it was the physical and mental turmoil of having to watch you for the last hour, but he thought he could detect a sliver of hope in your voice.
“Fucking probably, she won’t let me say no.” Phoebe held out a hand for her pound. “Add it to my tab.”

And of course, that’s how he found himself in a dark cinema the following week with a gaggle of kids around him. He was still trying to work out if it was a blessing or a curse that he’d ended up sitting next to you - it had certainly earned him glares from one or two of the other grown ups. As you laughed again at another joke aimed to sail just over pre-teen heads, he knew it was a curse. It had to be. Forced to listen to that laugh for two hours? Fucking torture. When you cried, he knew he was done for. He reached over, just a little and patted the back of your hand in comfort. Just a little there, there gesture. You’d only fucking gripped his hand and squeezed it, he stole a glance at you and you’d given him a watery smile and a little lopsided shrug. Then you’d let go of his hand, and turned back to the movie. He had to spend the remaining 45 minutes of the film trying not to think about your warm hands carefully exploring his body.

The following week, he did it.
“Would you like to go for a coffee sometime?” He asked quietly as his card payment went through. He didn’t think you’d heard him until you looked up sharply.
"Aren't you like way out of my league?"
"What league is that then?”
“Well, you're in the ridiculously fit footballer league? Y’know for people who date supermodels and influencers?”
“I wouldn't fucking know about that.”
“I'm sure you would, I'm sure they don’t kick you out once you retire. Once a fit footballer, always a fit footballer? Is that the name of it? The… F. I. T? Or is it just the R.F.F.L?”
“What's that stand for?”
“No idea, it's your league, you tell me. Footballers Into Tits?”
“That’s a shit acronym”
“I know. I can do better, promise. Give me a minute.”
“I'm sure you'd be alright in that league” He said quietly,
“Excuse me? That was very cheeky. Ohh, maybe it could stand for ‘Filthy rich but Impossibly Tedious’?”
“That’s pretty good, definitely suits some footballers I know. Alright, fine. What fucking league are you in, then?”
“Whatever the Conference equivalent of the F.I.T is.”
“Now that can’t be true.”
“Oh yeah? How do you know?”
“I just fucking do. Is it a yes to coffee?”
“I mean, I still think you’re way too high up the F.I.T for me, but sure.”
“It’s the R.F.F.L actually.” He smirks as you hand him a flyer for the class.
“My number is on there.” You tell him, then you’d walked away without taking his number, which meant he was going to have to be the one to contact you first. No, you definitely weren’t dumb. Shit .

This wasn’t supposed to happen. It was a combination of factors really, a busy week at work meant though he’d messaged you quickly, he wasn’t actually able to meet for coffee until the end of the week. So you’d spent all week in a message exchange which had ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous.
“Would you rather fight 100 tiny Jamie Tartt’s or 1 giant one?”
“100 tiny ones. I’d fucking stamp on them all.”
“Figured out what league you’re in.”
“Enlighten me.”
“Champions League.”
“Fuck off am I. I’ve wikipedia’d your dating history mate. Gina Gershon? I think I should cancel coffee now…”
“Fuck, please don’t.”
“Do you always try so hard to look like you’re not looking at dance class?”
“No idea what you’re talking about.”
“Uhuh. Ok.”
“Yes, I do. Every week is torture.”
“Jamie says I’m too old for the R.F.F.L.”
“Maybe that works in my favour. If I’m up against Gina fucking Gershon, I’d have no chance.”
“You’re not up against anyone.”
“I've been thinking about you all morning.”
“Was that flirting? Were you just flirting with me?”
“Shut up. See you later.”
And now… well. Coffee at 3pm on a Friday turned into dinner at 6pm, dessert at 8pm and a nightcap at 10pm in his kitchen. You tapped the edge of your empty tumbler,
“Another?” He asked, leaning against the counter just across from you.
“No, thank you. I should… go.” The lift at the end meant it could have been a statement, could have been a question. He nodded,
“Early class.”
“Yep. I think we lost track of time.”
“Or not,” he offered,
“Or not,” you bit your lip and he felt indecision fluttering in his chest. He pushed off the counter and closed the gap between you both in only one step.
“If I kissed you now, would you be mad?” He asked softly, he could see your body tremble with the breath you took.
“Think I’d be more mad if you didn’t.” He watched you hold his gaze for as long as you could before looking at his mouth. He took the tumbler from you and put it on the counter before placing a careful hand on your hip and leaning down to kiss you. The warm whisky taste of vanilla and honey mingled with the chocolate from your dessert and Roy realised that no, he hadn’t been tortured before, watching you teach a bunch of kids how to dance wasn’t the way he was going to go. This was. Right here in his kitchen with your arms winding around his neck and bringing him as close as you could possibly get him. Your fingers scratching through his hair. He pressed you into the counter,
“I’ve thought about doing this for a long time,” he whispered, kissing down your neck, making you gasp. He pulled away quickly, worried that it was too much too soon, “Shit, sorry, I don’t know what came over me.” He went to move further back to give you space but your hands gripped his shirt to pull him back in,
“Please, I don’t want to stop,” you breathed heavily, “I don’t want you to stop.” You said, more firmly. He was against you again in an instant,
“Sure?” He asked, “You’re sure?” You stepped up to kiss him, making your feelings very clear,
“I’m sure.” Your fingers flew to the buttons of his shirt, undoing the first couple. He pulled you away from the counter, strong arms wrapped around your back and lifted you enough to move you both to the sofa. You stumbled against the cushions, falling backwards and pulling him with you so that he landed heavily on top of you.
"Oof."
“Fuck, sorry. You ok?” He sits back up on his knees, allowing you to automatically move your legs to either side of his and sit up,
“Never better,” his smile catches you off guard, “fuck, you’re gorgeous.” You mumble, reaching for him. The feeling is more than mutual. He needs to feel your kiss again, desperate to feel your skin on his. It’s better than anything he’d spent the last 8 weeks dreaming of. And the sounds you made as his hands and kisses explored your body were enough to drive him insane. He moves further down your body, pulling your skirt down with him and immediately turns to trail kisses and little bites along your inner thigh while his hand reaches up to link fingers with yours.
“Look at me,” he whispered, his breath hot against your hip. The simple request alone made your body turn to liquid against him. He’d spent so long thinking about (denying, debating, ignoring) the effect you had on him, he hadn’t actually considered that you would be just as affected by him. He wasn’t stupid, he knew he looked y’know, alright , for an older bloke. But still, seeing it first hand… seeing it first hand, hearing it first hand, from you was really something else entirely. You tugged his hand to bring up back up to you but he shook his head, his beard catching the sensitive skin of your inner thighs, “busy,” he said, his voice muffled. He focused on nothing but you, losing himself in each gasp, moan and clutch of your hand still holding his. He worked you through one bone-shaking orgasm without stopping, leaving you a shuddering mess as he went straight for another. Looking up at you, he could see the hand that wasn’t clinging onto him had covered your eyes. This time when you squeezed his hand, he made his way back up your body and settled between your legs. “You ok?” he asked, leaving soft kisses on your jaw before finally capturing your mouth in a filthy kiss. You didn’t speak, just shook your head. “You taste fucking incredible.” He kissed you again and you whimpered, finally moving your hand away from your eyes.
“I’ve got a problem.”
“Oh yeah?” He said, moving back to your neck, a hand slipping behind you to unclip your bra.
“Yeah I thought you’d only want a one night thing but that’s impossible now.”
“It was fucking impossible anyway. One night is definitely not enough time.”
“Oh,” you whispered weakly. “Good. Please-, oh fuck,” he caught a nipple lightly between his teeth, “please don’t stop.” So he didn’t, and he never would again if it was up to him. When he’d been (much) younger, he fully grasped the importance and concept of consent. He was a professional footballer - it wasn’t just important, it was crucial. But as he’d gotten older, he finally realised just how much better saying, and hearing, the words made everything. Being able to ask, “may I?” and “I need to hear you say it” and waiting, waiting, waiting, for the breathy response had never left him so wrecked before. He pushed into you in long, slow strokes while you met him with each roll of your hips. When you hold his jaw tightly to bring his gaze to yours, he nearly falls apart but he's determined to get you there first and he knows you're so close. "You feel so good-," you whisper, "So good."
"Fuck, I need-"
"I know, I'm right with you." His name is on you lips as you come and he thinks it's the most beautiful thing he's ever heard. When he joins you, he kisses you with such depth it's like you were made for him. You lay still together for a while as you catch your breath. He keeps his nose in the crook of your neck while his hand softly smooths across your ribs and the side of your breasts. Your legs no longer lock around him, you stretch out and enjoy the weight of his body covering you.
"'M crushing you," he mumbles. His voice so low in your ear makes you shiver and despite you not being ready for another round quite so soon, your hips buck, "Fucking hell, give me a minute," he laughs.
"You're not crushing me, and I'm not ready yet either," you grin into his hairline and kiss his temple.
"Hmm if you say so." He rocks against you, half hard again already, needing to hear the broken little moan that ghosts over his head. "Come on, I want you in a bed this time."

He wasn't happy when you had to tear yourself from his bed at 7am to go home. He wasn't happy when he picked Phoebe up at 8am. He wasn't happy in the drive thru Costa queue at 8.10am. He was happy at 8.20am when he finally got to hand you your coffee and see your smile as you stretched out on the floor of the dance studio. He was perfectly happy knowing that you'd be torturing his Saturday mornings for a while longer.

what do you think Roy and Jamie would do (career wise) if they didn't play football?
Ooh...
It's honestly hard for me to imagine what Roy would be doing without football, because he's such a natural coach and what he's doing on the show fits him so well, but if I had to choose, I think he would be good in the business sphere, probably in management. He's a natural leader but not in a mushy-gushy dad-ly way (like Ted), he can be super cutthroat when he wants to, and he commands respect (and like. fear lol) everywhere he goes. I don't think business would be very fulfilling for him, but I think leading a team of employees would be.
I might be delusional but I'm fully convinced Jamie would work with kids. I'm a preschool teacher and I can totally see Jamie doing my job. Jamie has a lot of energy, is extremely extroverted, doesn't take himself too seriously, and is good at thinking creatively/on his feet (as we see with total football), all of which are great qualities in someone working with young children. He would come up with the coolest activities for them and he'd always be like. Running around with them. Fingerpainting with them. Not just watching them but being an active part of everything they do <3 Mr. Jamie is the coolest and all the kids love him
I can also totally see Roy as a line cook and Jamie as a server. At the same restaurant. Jamie makes bank on tips because he's soooo charming (handsome young guy who flirts with men and women, tells old ladies how young they look, acts like he's gonna hand the check to babies and makes everyone laugh even though it's not that funny etc) and Roy takes 39 smoke breaks every day and yells at Jamie for asking for extra ketchup for his tables during a dinner rush

Lynn Yamada Davis, a TikTok creator who entertained millions of people with her zany style and cooking tips on her account, Cooking With Lynja, died on Jan. 1 in Red Bank, N.J. She was 67.
The cause of death, in Riverview Medical Center, was esophageal cancer, her daughter Hannah Mariko Shofet said. Ms. Davis lived in Holmdel, N.J.
Ms. Davis began creating the wholesome Cooking With Lynja videos in 2020 with her youngest child, Tim Davis, to help keep up his cinematography skills during the pandemic lockdown.
Her social media accounts have remained active after her death, because she had asked him to post videos that had already been edited. One such video shows the two of them looking for truffles in Italy.
“My mom was like my partner in crime,” Mr. Davis, 27, who edited the TikTok account, said in a phone interview.
Something else she requested, Mr. Davis said, was that he post a few older videos that they had made together about a decade ago.
Those early versions of what would later become an international TikTok sensation known for their lightheartedness were a way for Mr. Davis to learn how to make the food his mother cooked “as well as have a time capsule,” he said.
After the last Cooking With Lynja videos are uploaded the account will stop posting, he said.
Cooking With Lynja began in 2020 and gained wide attention with a video in which the 5-foot-tall Ms. Davis makes a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich while showing off some quirky dance moves. Soon, about one million people were following her offbeat content. (Today, the account has more than 17 million followers.) Potential sponsors noted the videos’ success and started contacting her.
More than three years later, the Cooking With Lynja YouTube account has nearly 10 million subscribers, and Ms. Davis’s Instagram account has more than two million followers.
In 2022, Forbes included Ms. Davis on its annual “50 over 50” list, which pays tribute to successful women over 50 years old. And she won Streamy Awards, honoring online videos, in the editing and food categories. In 2023, she attended the Forbes Women’s Summit in Abu Dhabi, where she spoke on a panel.
Lynn Yamada Davis was born on July 31, 1956, in New York City and lived most of her early life in Fort Lee, N.J. Her father, Tadao Yamada, was a businessman, and her mother, Mabel Fujisake Yamada, ran the household.
She graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and earned a master’s degree in business administration as well as public health from the Columbia University Business School.
Ms. Davis worked for Bell Labs (now AT&T Labs) and had a long career in telecommunications before her unexpected TikTok fame, Ms. Shofet, her daughter, said.
“She had this whole chapter as a groundbreaking female engineer, and she was very proud of that,” she added.
As a TikTok star Ms. Davis would get recognized around the world, including in Japan and Italy, where she traveled with her youngest son, Tim. Sean Davis, her other son, is a professional soccer player who used to be a midfielder for the New York Red Bulls and now plays for the Nashville Soccer Club.
“She was my first coach,” he said. When she would visit him in Nashville, he said, she’d get recognized in the street, often by young people who use TikTok a lot.
“That’s how I realized how famous she was,” Sean Davis said. “People would ask for pictures, and I would take the picture.”
Most of all, Cooking With Lynja provided Ms. Davis with much fun, Tim Davis said. With special effects that have tiny versions of Ms. Davis flying across the screen and quotes like “Lynja’s got that dope!” her videos appealed to several generations of viewers. In her videos she is seen preparing all kinds of foods, heard sinking her teeth into crispy sandwiches or potatoes, and shown karate-chopping Ramen noodles and much more.
Ms. Davis was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2019, which affected her voice. Two years later she was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. In one video, Ms. Davis bakes cookies for the medical workers who treated her.
In addition to her daughter Hannah and her sons, Ms. Davis is survived by her second husband, Keith Davis; another daughter, Becky Steinberg; two siblings, Jay Yamada and Karen Dolce Yamada; and two grandchildren. Her first marriage, to Hank Steinberg, ended in divorce.
In her final years Ms. Davis got to travel around the world, meet people as well as cook and eat amazing food, Sean Davis said. He added, “I just think her final chapter was exactly how she would have wanted it to be written.”
A correction was made on Jan. 12, 2024: An earlier version of a picture caption with this article misstated the surname of Lynn Yamada Davis’s brother. He is Jay Yamada, not Jay Davis.

🌹
From an upcoming requested Arthur Morgan fic:
IT’S A GOOD lead—worth investigating if nothing else and had anyone else brought in the tip, Arthur Morgan would already be saddled up and ready to go. But it isn’t anyone else. It’s you. He ain’t done a job with you yet that hasn’t gone tits up. You point to an intersection half a day’s ride north of Roseburg and three days south of camp and explain the details you’ve collected over the last month to Dutch and Hosea again: a party of stagecoaches headed south from Washington with railroad bonds, banking deposits, and gold. The quickest way to get such precious cargo loaded onto a Central Pacific train down in northern Nevada. If you’re right about it, it’ll be a fine score—two hundred a piece for everyone, you reckon, a little more for you and your partner, and certainly some to go in the camp tithe box too. Even if the wagon train ain’t what you’re expecting, there’s bound to be a banking coach or mining brougham with some gold and silver to pocket for the trouble.
send me a 🌹 and i’ll post one random sentence (paragraph) of a random WIP i’m currently writing

Let's dive into the intriguing realm of Financial Domination, affectionately known as FinDom, where the interplay of power and money creates a consensual dance that sparks curiosity and challenges norms.
Tumblr media
Imagine a captivating dynamic where a Dominant, often female, receives gifts and funds from a submissive partner, affectionately referred to as a "paypig." This isn't just about transactions; it's a complex experience that defies conventions.
Breaking Down FinDom Dynamics
At its core, FinDom turns societal stereotypes on their head, allowing participants to explore unconventional roles and experiences. Often characterized by a female Dominant and a male submissive, this dance of power isn't confined to the traditional. Picture scenarios like handing over money (tributes), accompanying the Dominant on shopping sprees, buying gifts, or even ceding control of financial decisions. But don't be mistaken – this is no one-way transaction. Submissives expect time, attention, and sometimes a dash of titillating encounters, although explicit nudity or sexual activities typically aren't in the mix.
Tumblr media
Diving Deeper: The Art of Financial Domination
In this captivating realm, FinDom participants often harbor other fetishes – degradation, cuckolding, humiliation – adding layers of complexity to the exchange. The Dominant's role becomes a tantalizing blend of tantalizing and teasing, intertwining pleasure with the financial flow.
The Lexicon of FinDom
Venture into this realm, and you'll encounter a lexicon as diverse as the dynamics themselves. From "finsubs" and "paypigs" to "Cash cows" and "ATMs," these terms paint vivid pictures of the submissive side. Meanwhile, "Princes," "Mistresses," and "Goddesses" personify those who wield the financial prowess. At the heart of it all lies the "tribute," the symbolic tip bestowed by a submissive.
Tumblr media
Navigating the Sea of Safety
Safety isn't just a footnote here; it's a paramount concern. Think of it as a full-scale mission to protect both the Dominant and the submissive. Encryption through VPNs, dedicated bank accounts, and shielded personal information are the pillars of online safety. But just as in any intimate connection, consent reigns supreme. Think SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual), RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink), and PRICK (Personal Responsibility Informed Consensual Kink) – familiar acronyms from the BDSM world – these principles are the bedrock of Financial Domination too.
Crafting the Dance: Starting Your FinDom Journey
If you're ready to step onto this mesmerizing stage, the journey begins with thorough research. Seek wisdom from experienced Doms, who offer insights and 1:1 coaching. Here's your cue card for success:
Patience: Embrace the journey; FinDom isn't and your first tribute.
Persona Play: Create a captivating persona – it's your brand, your allure, and your essence.
Define Your Domain: Decipher your offerings – from intense degradation to nurturing maternal instincts. Find your niche.
Fortify Your Fortress: Safety's paramount; arm yourself with separate accounts and discreet communication channels.
Multi-Platform Presence: Spread your wings across platforms; a linktree can guide admirers to your treasure trove.
Be a Content Maverick: Don't just post; inspire. Craft creative content that ignites curiosity.
Boundaries Unveiled: Set your limits, communicate expectations, and co-create contracts that echo consent.
Where Fantasy Meets Finance
Tumblr media
In this alluring realm, participants find escape, fantasy, and connection. Financial Dominants, stand ready to embrace the grind and stand out in a crowded landscape. Financial Domination isn't merely an exchange of money; it's the intersection of power, consent, and an irresistible dance between desire and currency.

What Is The Best Affiliate Marketing Programs For Beginners
Story Of A Young Girl “Maria” Who Earn $10,000/mo From Affiliate Marketing
Tumblr media
There was a girl in Virginia named Maria. She was always fascinated by the world of online marketing and had always dreamed of making a living through it. However, she had no idea where to start and was intimidated by the thought of creating her own website or business.
One day, while browsing through her social media feed, she came across an ad for affiliate marketing. Intrigued, she decided to do some research and soon discovered that affiliate marketing was the perfect way for her to make money online without having to create her own products or website.
Maria decided to give it a try and signed up for an affiliate marketing program. She was assigned a mentor who taught her the basics of affiliate marketing and how to promote products and earn commissions.
At first, Maria struggled to make any money. She spent hours every day researching products and creating content, but her efforts weren’t paying off. However, she refused to give up and continued to learn and improve her skills.
Months passed and Maria’s hard work began to pay off. She had built a small but dedicated following on social media and her blog and had started to earn a steady stream of commissions. As her income grew, Maria was able to quit her day job and focus on affiliate marketing full-time.
Maria’s income continued to grow and she was soon earning more than $10,000 per month. She was thrilled and couldn’t believe that she had been able to achieve such success as a beginner affiliate marketer.
Maria’s story quickly spread across the online marketing community and she became a respected member of the affiliate marketing community. She was frequently invited to speak at marketing events and conferences and she became a sought-after mentor and coach for other aspiring affiliate marketers.
Maria’s success proved that with hard work and determination, anyone can achieve success as an affiliate marketer, even as a beginner.

Let's dive into the world of blog monetization and explore some fantastic strategies that will have your bank account smiling. Get ready for an adventure filled with financial success and a whole lot of fun!
Step 1: Advertise Like a Pro: One fantastic way to monetize your blog is through advertising. Think of it as having your own billboard where companies pay to showcase their offerings. Joining advertising networks like Google AdSense allows you to display relevant ads on your blog. It's like having a magical money tree that grows with every click!
Step 2: Sponsored Content: Play and Get Paid: Imagine getting paid to talk about your favorite products or services. That's the beauty of sponsored content! Companies will reach out to you, asking you to feature their offerings in your blog posts. It's like being a secret agent of awesome products, getting rewarded for spreading the love!
Step 3: Affiliate Marketing: Share the Joy, Reap the Rewards: Affiliate marketing is like being a matchmaker extraordinaire. You can promote products or services on your blog using special links. When your readers click on those links and make a purchase, you earn a commission. It's like having a money-making cupid arrow in your blogging arsenal!
Step 4: Create Tempting Digital Products: Why not put your expertise to good use by creating digital products? It could be an e-book, an online course, or some fantastic templates. Your readers will be thrilled to get their hands on your valuable creations, and you'll be thrilled to see your bank account flourish. It's like being a creative genius with a cash register!
Step 5: Offer Coaching or Consulting Services: If you're a master in your field, why not share your knowledge and help others while earning a handsome fee? Offer coaching or consulting services to your readers. Whether it's teaching them how to excel in a hobby or providing expert advice, it's like being their personal superhero, guiding them to success while reaping the rewards!
Step 6: Host Engaging Webinars or Workshops: Transform your blog into an interactive learning hub by hosting webinars or workshops. People love joining online sessions where they can learn something new and engage with a knowledgeable host (that's you!). Charge a small fee for attendance and witness the registrations pour in. It's like being a virtual teacher, spreading wisdom and collecting gold stars!
Step 7: Don't Forget About Donations: If your readers appreciate your content and want to support you, why not provide them with an option to donate? Set up a simple donation button or link, and let your readers show their gratitude for your hard work. It's like having a virtual tip jar where your audience can express their appreciation and say, "Hey, you're awesome, here's some extra love!"
You've unlocked the secrets of monetizing your blog in a simple and effective manner. From advertising to sponsored content, affiliate marketing to creating digital products, coaching services to hosting webinars – the opportunities are endless. Remember, making money from your blog is not just about the financial gain; it's about sharing your passion, helping others, and enjoying the journey. So, go forth, embrace these monetization techniques, and watch your blog thrive both financially and creatively. Happy monetizing, my friends, and may success be your constant companion!

Tagged by my lovely new pal @roosterbox ! Thank you for thinking of me :)
1. Were you named after anyone?
Deadname came from a family member. My real name (Oliver) is partially inspired by Oliver Banks, the tired and soggy Prince Of Death himself, but also a bit from my childhood love of Oliver Twist, and also just because I like the sound and feel of it. My online alias, Theta, is of course from Theta Sigma, the childhood nickname of the First Doctor. I'm not all that into Doctor Who anymore, but I kept the name.
2. When was the last time you cried.
Wednesday January 11th at a voice lesson. Emotions were running high due to approaching exams and difficulty I experience when adjusting my routine (particularly after a holiday), and the stress was affecting my vocal quality. Things weren't feeling or sounding how I wanted them to, and I got frustrated and broke down a bit. My coach is used to this, it's not uncommon for students. I feel better now.
3. Do you use sarcasm?
Yes, frequently, but it's not my primary source of comedy.
9. What are your hobbies?
Of course singing comes first, but I devote so much time to that and am pursuing it professionally so I guess it's not a hobby anymore.
Next is my special effects and avant-garde makeup.
I do some drawing but I'm not great at it and I don't do it often.
I love woodworking and furniture making, but it requires a lot of supplies and machines which I can only rarely access. I do have the course again next semester and I'm looking forward to it.
Lastly, you know I'm all about research rabbit holes about British history, specifically from the Georgian to Victorian periods, and of course with a special focus on Oscar Wilde.
4. What's the first thing you notice about people?
Depends what their most defining feature is. Usually not eyes though, I'm not great at eye contact.
5. What's your eye color?
Green
6. Scary movie or happy ending?
A bit of both? I love me a good horror/thriller, especially one that really uses its horror to explore some actual themes. I'm okay with plenty of tragedy and unhappiness, but I do like when things end on at least a slightly optimistic note
7. Any special talents?
I can cry on command. And I can whistle very well.
8. Where were you born?
St. John's, Newfoundland. The easternmost tip of Canada, full of cliffs and meadows and rain and snow and rain. I'd like to go back some day.
10. Do you have any pets?
My lovely little leopard gecko, Peko Twoflower
11. What sports do you play/have played?
I was a competitive synchronized swimmer for a few years. Played soccer for ages but never liked it.
12. How tall are you?
An impressive and manly 5'6"
13. What was your favorite subject in school?
Social Studies (the Canadian equivalent of History, with more focus on conceptual understanding and current events)
14. Dream job?
Opera, baby. Maybe, just maybe, since we're talking dreams, to perform at the Met some day. Unlikely, but a guy can dream.
Tagging my new pal @iwilltrytobereasonable , as well as @icannotgetoverbirds @bearinabandana @ushassupremacy @ladyananas and @spaceswordblaster . No pressure to any of you, of course.

January 30th, Havana to Santi Spiritus
Up for breakfast, Gracie did do a great job of providing a variety at breakfast. Hopped on our coach bus that will be our means of transportation for the next two weeks, Adrian is our driver. As we travel through the country side, Jackson fills us in on the history of Cuba, from the revolt against the Spanish , 1868, to more 20th century what happened after 1959 when the
Americans left. The mass exodus of Cubans to the US in the early 1980’s as well as 1994. There are presently 3 million Cubans living in countries other than Cuban, and many of these people send money back to their relatives in Cuba. Ever since Russia has removed their financial support of Cuba, both the government and people in Cuba rely on this financial support from relatives abroad. Presently local people welcome Euros, and Canadian dollars, they deposit it in banks and us a debit card tied to this account to purchase hard to get food and household goods. Families are given food stamp books that entitle them to 28 staple food items if they are available. That is why foreign currency is welcome because they can use it to supplement the food stamp foods. We have been given anywhere from 80 - 1.05 pesos equivalent for our Canadian dollars.
As we drive I noticed so many horses with Odense carts being driven by locals, some as taxis, others transporting palm leaves, bags of grain and fruit. Fencing for the fields consist of trees, I don’t know what kind, planted a foot apart and then a wire or two strung across.
Arrived in Santa Clara and stopped at Los Caneyes a hotel/restaurant that is very nature conscious and lots of birds, chickens and stray roofed buildings. Buffet lunch all you can eat. Cubans love meat, so Larry is in piggy heaven.
Bit of trivia… National tree, Royal Palm tree, national bird, Tokororo, white, red and blue and the national flower is the Butterfly lily.
Our fellow travellers are seasoned travels and been to everywhere we have been plus more places as well. The gentleman from Paris has been on more than 10 G Adventure tours. Interesting that every one of them is single.
Arrive in Sancti Spiritus and go tour our hotel a beautiful old Casa, actually more of a mansion that has been converted into a hotel, Hotel del Rijo.
Took a walk around the town, many beautiful old mansions and the town square is so clean and welcoming. Walked down to the River, Rio Yayabo it is chocked full off water hyacinths are far as the eye can see. Next on the the local church when we see a statue of the patron saint of Cuba, la Virgen de la Cardad. This blue church dates back to the 1700’s.
At 7:30 we meet for dinner and walk to a local restaurant and have spaghetti Cuban style and my limonada came with a fluorescent ice cube that changed colours. Meal total was < 1400 pesos and that included a 20% tip.
Off to bed, the room is beautiful, beds comfortable and it is quiet. A really pleasant night.

UK Property Predictions For 2023 – Where Is The Housing And Rental Market Going?
With some forecasters warning of somewhere between a depression and Armageddon, here are my thoughts on the UK housing market.
For more great tips and money-making ideas and coaching offers see Master Your Money the S.M.A.R.T Way training. Check it out for free - https://bit.ly/3isugCr.
The UK housing market will shrink - but not necessarily crash - next year, industry experts agree, as the government fights recession and higher mortgage rates.
House prices have been dropping month-on-month with average prices down 2.3% in November from October – the most since the start of the financial crash in 2008 – according to Halifax.
Price growth will decline in 2023 as soaring inflation hits the economy and forces interest rates up.
As the downturn intensifies, housing indicators are showing red with rates expected to go even higher and the UK goes into a long recession.
The Bank of England is expected to raise interest rates into 2023 from 3.5% now to 4.75%, but there are signs that the rate of inflation is slowing.
Higher interest rates will hit buy-to-let landlords and investors, as deals fail to stack up.
Move from cities to the country is slowing, as more people move back to the office.
Property experts forecast property price declines of 5% - 12% next year, although some warn of a crash by 15% to 20%.
Mortgage rates have since fallen back since the disastrous mini-budget in September to an average five-year fix at 5.6% according to Moneyfacts – still far higher than a year ago.
UK mortgage lenders expect to lend 23% less to homebuyers in 2023 following a two-year boom.
UK Finance forecast gross mortgage lending for house purchases to decline to £131bn in 2023 from £171bn in 2022 and a peak of £189bn in 2021.
Leading UK lenders have met with government officials to discuss measures to ease the burden on around 90,000 people in mortgage arrears, the FT reports.
Property sales are set to drop to 1.01m next year from 1.27m in 2022.
Savills warns of a severe drop in transactions, to 870,000, and a 10% fall in house prices in 2023.
Estate agents Jones Lang LaSalle forecasts a 6% drop in house prices next year.
Both firms expect a 1% price growth in 2024, as interest rates fall back and inflation cools.
The Nationwide expects a “modest decline” or “soft landing” in house prices next year, but lenders seldom talk of a property crash. The lender said 85% of mortgage balances are currently on fixed interest rates.
The Bank of England said 4m households face higher mortgage payments next year.
Typical payments could rise by £250 to £1,000 a month causing severe financial difficulties for 220,000 households.
Capital Economics’ central forecast is for house prices to fall by 12% by the end of 2023, but Andrew Wishart, senior economist at the consultancy, said in a worst-case scenario prices could plummet by up to 20%. “The initial drop in house prices has been sharper than in the financial crisis or the early 90s, “For affordability to return to a sustainable level by the end of 2023, when we think mortgage rates will still be around 5%, the average house price would have to drop by 20%.
On the other hand, were market and mortgage interest rates to drop faster than we expect, that would limit the fall in prices.”
Rent prices have surged to record levels due to a shortage of properties to rent and growing demand, as well as a slowing buy-to-let market and many first-time buyers are opting to rent in the hope of lower mortgage rates in 2023/24. Some 85,000 landlords have quit the buy-to-let market in the last 5 years.
See my Money Tips Podcast video - https://youtu.be/NME3nEu8dAQ
UK private rents jumped by 4% in November, the highest since records began in 2016, official figures showed.
Savills forecasts rental growth rising to 6.5% before slowing to 4% in 2024.
Globally, many markets seem overheated and, in a bubble, – Sydney and Auckland for instance.
China’s property market boom appears to be over with a 20% decline.
In my next episode, I will be talking to one of Toronto’s leading realtors about his housing predictions for 2023.
As with all economic forecasts, much depends on government action and the prevailing winds of the economy, but more rests on your action in your U’conomy!
Your goals for 2023
·        How was 2022 for you?
·        Did you achieve your goals?

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I felt very stressed today. Not for all of it. And not even my normal stress. Just weird stress that was under the surface that made me feel not my best. Like I was very quick to be angry today. That was not fun.
I know a lot of it was I slept horribly. Apparently James also slept really bad. I was tossing and turning a ton. I probably woke them up too. It just wasn't great.
I woke up and was tired. But I actually felt alright. I have been consistently waking up at 930 on days I don't have to be anywhere. I would like to be waking up earlier but it has been really hard. I didn't actually get out of bed for a while and when I did I got dressed but was cold. Getting chilly in here. I am going to make an effort to actually wear appropriate clothes that keep me warm so I don't just end up in bed constantly this winter.
I had the banana cupcake I got yesterday. It has pudding inside and it was so good. A cupcake isn't really a great breakfast but I didn't want anything else.
What I did want was to do wedding stuff. I wanted to accomplish stuff. I wanted to check things off my list. And I really got a lot accomplished but it was a struggle.
James was supposed to make a seating chart yesterday but they misunderstood what that meant. So when I went to look at the spread sheet I was like. This list doesn't make any sense. Why is my nephew by himself?? Why is there a group of people not in a line?? Turns out James just didn't really understand what a seating chart was. So we texted together while we both had the sheet open and sorted it out. And we are packed but we got everything done and everyone in there. Though we are missing three last names. We'll figure it out soon.
I got to work on our name cards. This took a while. But I really enjoyed using the new calligraphy pen James picked out. It's like a chisel brush tip and it was so nice to work with. I did get very very angry when James wasnt answering me when I had some spelling of names questions but was texting me other stuff. And I just got really worked up. It was stupid to be so mad. But I was just super frustrated.
I would calm down. I had to take apart our cake stand because the top was to small for our cake but I fixed it so it's fine. And breaking something made me feel better.
I finished up the cards and got to work starting to put the names on our seating chart onto our poster. I got half way done before my brain felt scrambled and I needed to actually eat something. So it was time to go out.
I really wanted taco bell. I thought I'd go out to value village and try to get some stuff to knock off my list. And get taco bell out there. This mostly worked out.
I had a nice drive. And I got to value village. I got a white cardigan that is so good for wearing when I get cold at the wedding. Just a good in case thing. And I got a piggie bank shaped like a house that was made in 1981. Pretty neat.
I did get annoyed when I found a cute leather coach backpack but they were selling it for $60. Ridiculous. I would have paid $20 but $60 is stupid to pay at the thrift store.
I went over to the lidel next to look for a cat house but no luck. I did get pretzels for James and a mini cinnamon broom. Smells so nice. I felt a little turned around in the store but I had a nice little chat with a man in line. And then I was off to taco bell.
I got a crunch wrap supreme but with refried beans and potatoes and spicy ranch and it was so good. And a nice lady complimented my outfit and that felt nice too.
I could see the sky was getting really dark. My phone said there was a thunderstorm warning. So I texted James I would come get them. And the museum decided to postpone their jazz concert tonight. But of course then the rain passed and so me and James would sit in the parking lot letting the few people who didn't get the message the info. Felt bad but had to be done. We didn't know it was going to clear up so fast.
But before then I drove around for a bit. I went to a different goodwill. Got a mug for 50¢ which is the appropriate goodwill price. And then next door to the dollar tree to look for card stands and I was able to find a good option.
I headed to the museum and plucked my eyebrows while I waited for James. We stayed for a bit to let people know the concert was now next week. And then we headed home.
James was just. Dripping with negative energy. And it was upsetting me.
So I wasn't in a great place when we got home and started going over wedding stuff and I got upset when James wasn't understanding me.
I took a moment and calmed down and we figured it out. We got so much done and got to cross so many things off our list!! That felt good. But only for a moment. Because then I felt like why can't we do more. And was upset again. But really I was just tired and dehydrated.
I would go lay in bed. I just wanted to watch videos and be sleepy. And Sweetp joined me and I felt a lot better.
I am still a little dehydrated. But I have made all the orders I needed to make today and while I did not do my quilt stuff I did accomplish a lot of stuff that needed to be done and that is good enough.
I hope tomorrow I feel better. I hope I sleep good tonight. James just took the ac out and I'm excited to have another window open. I hope the breeze helps.
Sleep good everyone. Take care of yourselves.
