I did some of the TriDot Assessments today. The Bike assessment is a warm up then 15 miles as fast as possible. Today was 29:06, which is a 3 minute improvement from January’s assessment. This afternoon I did a 5k walk, the actual assessment is a run. But I’m still not able to run. I was surprised that I dropped 2 minutes off the walk. I am smiling after today’s run because I ran my fastest 5k EVER, and I felt great! 🏃🏼‍♀️🥳 I attribute this milestone to two things: being in higher altitude all weekend(9000’ versus my usual 5500’) and training with @TriDot since January. .
