Normally I eat 2 times a day, after 5 pm I don't eat at all, well I try to.
I eat fruit for breakfast with some carbohydrates like an omelette or a boiled egg, avocado and unsweetened tea. I don't go over 300 calories.
My second meal in the afternoon I eat vegetables like broccoli, carrots, avocado, lettuce, zuccini, I love zuccini, and protein like meat or chicken. I try the less calories the better the vegetables don't have too many calories.
