I'm not sure if that's the reason why she shows up deaged but yeah in the last issue its decided that Cass will go to themyscia with wonder woman but just before she leaves she kisses damian on the check and damian blushes like im crosing every finger I have that it's meant to be platonic but at the way it was framed my hopes ain't exactly high

I'm probably in the minority with this but I wish the first 3 arcs of Sailor Moon Crystal were a two-part movie series (like they did with Eternal and Cosmos.).

This will probably make the Crystal fans seethe at the mouth bc God forbid anyone has an opinion different from them. But we probably would've avoided a lot of the embarrassing poor animation choices had they turned the material into two-part movies for each arc. They'd have more time to focus on the good bits that moved the story along. They'd have more time to also focus on the animation quality of the movies.

Maybe, as a result, they could've spent more time honing their character designs versus getting better after three FULL seasons of SMC.

Sorry not sorry, the designs in Eternal and Cosmos are way better than the poor attempts to copy Naoko's style that plagued the first 3 seasons of SMC.

we were so lucky the third wasnt super shitty ( thinking of .. shrek3 and httyd 3...) looking at how it usually goes it can only get worse

(sorry im so mad/sad about this, i just love the first two movies and im so afraid the next one is gonna ruin them all for me like it happened with httyd ...it hurts watching the first one knowing where it will go argh)

The First Slam Dunk (A Spoiler-free Review)

As a fan of Slam Dunk and Inoue Takehiko's art, we're happy to finally see the Sannoh match animated and heck it was sooooo goooood! The animation is a mix of cel-shaded 3D (which was executed very well) and traditional 2D animation. The actual WOW factor is the level of attention to detail of the animation -- everything felt natural, even the emotions were animated so well! Story-wise, don't expect it to be EXACTLY like the manga. But is it good? Heck yes, it is! In fact, the additional (new) scenes gave more depth to the characters. It is mostly focused on action and drama, and the comical moments in the manga while toned down, were still there. Yes, Sakuragi's antics are still there m'dudes, haha! It felt close to watching a real basketball game which makes the toned down comic relief understandable because the art direction seemed to give the match a realistic feel into it. Add the players' interaction and movement on court, plus the gestures/signals in basketball being animated as well. Another awesome thing is the soundtrack. There's a music fit for every moment, and at the right moment. The new cast are also just as good as the original cast and gave justice to their characters and playing out their emotions. He may not have voiced Sakuragi in a loud and rowdy way as Takeshi Kusao did, there's still a charm in the way KimuSuba voiced our beloved problem child. Same thing with Kamio's dubbing for Kaede Rukawa. Shugo Nakamura (Ryota Miyagi) also gave one helluva performance in one scene

Overall, The First Slam Dunk felt both like a fresh new anime and a nostalgic one because the flashbacks provided in the film pretty much gives new viewers an idea on the characters and what they've been through. If there's one thing amiss from the manga, is that certain details weren't shown like those that involve Miyagi and Sakuragi. Do go see it once it hit your local theaters!

kiki is an anime newbie so my list isn’t that extensive lol but so far ive watched: inuyasha (uwu), parts of naruto (war arc and end parings kinda make me not wanna watch the entire thing rip <\3), one punch man, death note, higurashi when they cry (SCARY!!), cowboy bebop, dabbled in dragon ball but idek know where to start with that one lol, also absolutely loved pokemon when i was smol
