The halls of Nevermore were bustling as per usual. Students talking to each other, cliques walking in groups as per usual, the "mean girls" judging a random passerby, etc. One of these groups suddenly split as you sped down the hall leaving a streak of dark purple. "Watch it!" You yelled out. You were low to the ground on your board a hand on each side gripping the board to help maneuver through the halls, you expertly weaved through the halls having many close calls but you had been doing this for years so it was nothing new. After a few minutes, you reached your destination, your dorm. You power stopped in front of your door unlocked it and walked in picking up your board in the process. Walking in the sound of your roommate playing GTA V filled your ears. "Yo," Your roommate Damien said not looking at you. "Sup, what you doing?" You asked as you sat on your bed taking off your boots and watching the screen to see him get blown up by an oppressor. "I dunno," he responded as he blew out smoke. You rolled your eyes and stood up opening the window. "I thought we talked about smoking with the window closed?" "Forgot," you sighed and grabbed the cigarette from him and took a drag of it before blowing the smoke out the window, "Methonal?" "Yeah, one of the Vamps got it for me," Damien said as you got a text. "You could've asked me to pick some up," you said as you checked the text. It was from Wednesday from the group chat with her and Enid, opening it you saw a picture of yourself blowing smoke out the window. With the text under it reading. "You're smoking already?" You could practically hear her annoyance in the text. You chuckled and responded, "Were you watching my window waiting for me?" "...Just get up here already." "She totally was," Enid texted. You smiled and walked over to your closet. "Imma be at-," "You're girlfriends dorm all day. Don't call or text unless I'm dead," Damien said finishing your sentence. You chuckled tied your hair up loosely and left the dorm with your board.

When you arrive at their dorm you open the door and Enid immediately hides behind you. "Baby, calm her down!" "Mi Amor, please tell the mutt that she can't take the hoodie I took from you for herself," Wednesday said eyes locked on Enid like she was prey, Enid was wearing one of your hoodies which was Wednesday's favorite one of your collection. You sighed and pat Enid's head. "Pup give it back to Wends," you said as Enid pouted. "Why does she get to have one for herself!?" "Cause the one toy usually steal is dirty after you spilled juice on it. Again," you said as Enid groaned and took the hoodie off giving it to Wednesday who was Smirking. Wednesday slipped into it and Enid flopped on her bed and started complaining to Yoko and Divina how unfair you were being. You sat down on Wednesday's bed sat on your lap and took out your hair tie letting your hair fall to your shoulders. She took a strand of your hair and rolled it in between her fingertips. You found out early in your relationship Wednesday loved your hair. Unlike most teens, you keep your hair clean, conditioned, and soft. You always did hair care, skin care, etc. But, Wednesday always loved your hair especially, the way it flowed, and how your hair faded seamlessly into the purple color she came to adore. She loved how it glowed whenever you used your abilities. As she was playing with your hair and staring into your eyes she began to lean in for a kiss but was interrupted when Enid appeared behind you and pulled you down and kissed you first. Enid looked at Wednesday and jumped off the bed grabbing the spare skateboard you kept in the room and began to skate out of the room in an attempt to outrun Wednesday who got off your lap and began to chase Enid with her mace, the medieval kind. Thing crawled out from under Wednesday's bed and tapped the floor a few times. "Yeah... I should probably go after them."

Random headcannons, redacted audio as things my friends have said.

Freelancer gets really bad anxiety when it comes to water. After what happened with Kody, they couldn’t bring themselves to shower for a few days- opting for perfume and cologne, instead.

After Tank got into the fight with the two vamps, they tried to call Milo. When he didn’t answer, they sort of gave up. They didn’t really care if they died or not.

Honey is absolutely terrified of Guy leaving them, but struggles to convey that. Or to convey any emotion, for that matter.

Lovely has hallucinations. More than once, Vincent has walked into the kitchen to see them talking to a wall, or to find them screaming in bed. It’s not something they can control, and it happened after Adam.

Because of the Lack of food in Angel’s home, they struggle to keep down a healthy amount. There have been times where they’ll throw up because their body isn’t used to eating a normal amount.

Sweetheart fears aging, more than that, they fear not having children or not living to the fullest. They haven’t told Milo, because he knows that’s not what he wants.

Angel is deeply self conscious about their body, opting to hide under baggy clothes instead of showing their actual frame. Their ribs are very prominent.

Freelancer doesn’t like to sleep alone. If Gavin is gone (for whatever reason) they’ll sleep over at Damien and Huxley’s place, and if they’re not available, they just.. don’t sleep.

Most days, Treasure feels more like an object than a person. Like they’re forced to be the ‘mom friend’.

When inversion happened, Angel screamed so hard and so loud they tore their vocal cords.

Tank avoids eye contact with all vamps, because Quinn used to trance them when they made eye contact. Forcing them to do things they didn’t want to.

Most of the ‘cool scars’ on Tank are self inflicted.

FIRST OF ALL: NONE OF THE REDACTED CHARACTERS ARE STRAIGHT, ERIK SAID SO HIMSELF.

and also: Damien and Huxley are canonically together, it’s canon that Gavin has been with other men, including Lasko, it’s implied that Porter had been with men, as well as Guy, and it’s also canon that in the imperium, David and Asher were mates!

SECOND OF ALL: just because Erik is white, it does not mean all of his characters are white,

I’m Latina, does that mean all of MY original characters are Latin American??? NO!!

they also pretty much have NO canon appearance. Like there’s little things here and there, like Milo being short or the vamps having silver eyes, and aside from that, the only mention of skin color is Gavin saying that he’s tan, which could honestly still mean any race,

so shut the fuck up!

How Redacted Characters Wrap Gifts Pt 1

Happy Holidays, whatever you celebrate! I thought this would be a fun post, so here's how I envision various Redacted bois would wrap their gifts...

WOLF BOIS

David: Knows how to wrap neatly, but man, it's basic. When he tries to write names straight onto the gifts in biro, Angel ends up taking the gifts away and adding little bows and ribbons. Proper gift tags go on, too.

Milo: This man has dinner socks, you think he doesn't get fancy wrapping paper? Enlists Sweetheart to put their finger on the bow cuz they can phase shift and he can pull it tight.

Asher: Look, gifts are wrapped. Mostly. You'd probably get the same effect if you put the gift, tape and paper in the tumble dryer and hope for the best but he tries, bless him.

VAMPS

Vincent: Gets things delivered already wrapped.

Porter: Doesn't really do gifts. If forced (probably by Will) uses a gift bag.

Sam: Knows how to wrap better than Darlin', and usually ends up doing theirs too. He suspects it was on purpose to get out of doing it.

Will: Can do fancy origami shit and doesn't use tape.

D.A.M.N Bois

Damien: Very neat, matching wrapping paper and tags.

Huxley: Uses the same paper for everyone. Forgets to label gifts, and ends up with mass confusion on the day when he can't remember who had which unnamed present. Ends up having to get people to swap gifts!

Lasko: Thoughtful paper chosen for each person. Doesn't use the same paper twice in case "someone notices". Noone is sure why this matters. Everyone appreciates it anyway.

Gavin: Loves holographic paper. Uses it a lot, and is delighted when people give it to him. I don't know why, it's a vibe I get from him! It's not Christmassy, but hey.

Caelum: Uses plain paper and goes to town with stickers. It's much more fun and personal. Adds so many bows and ribbons it's not even funny.

Guy does this thing where every Saturday he will have a bubble bath and wear face masks and just have a whole spa day, and sometimes he convinces Honey to do it with him

David’s tickle spot is right under his rib cage and one day while him and Angel where cuddling they accidentally poked it and he giggled so now whenever they get the chance they’ll start poking under his rib cage just to get a reaction
