The Los Angeles Times, for example, described what occurred as a “violent clash” in a headline that reported the presence of one protester carrying a “spiked flag,” while CNN said “violent scuffles” had erupted without stating which group was responsible for the violence.

CBS News had the gall to claim that the counterprotesters, who had assembled to protect the synagogue and its congregants from the attack, were taking part in the “dueling protests.”

The same report also attempted to imply the antisemitic rioters were the victims in the incident, with a CBS journalist saying that one side was simply “demanding a ceasefire and decrying Israeli policies towards Palestinians as pro-Israel groups countered them verbally and physically.”

The facts are these: Jews were attacked at a synagogue. They were attacked by antisemitic thugs because they are Jews. This wasn’t about Israel, and it wasn’t about the Palestinians.There are no two sides to this story. Shame on the media for pretending there is.

Well,, something is certainly suspicious about Prester, that's for sure! He's just as mysterious as Dave when it comes to who or what he really is, and nobody knows for certain. Nobody in Cogs.Inc has seen him without his mask on other than Brian and Misty.

Nobody knows about Dave being an eldrich being, but other managers do make jokes about hymm being magic or otherworldly since he just seems so strange to them (in our AU). Examples of his silly strangeness include: keeping peoples seats cold, nobody knows where his office is, he shows up out of nowhere, he can summon his Mr. Hollywoods out of nowhere (and other cogs), he seems to know whenever there's big drama happening in the big bosses offices, his core light is always on white (nobody knows what that means), he can take things out of thin air, etc

The other managers enjoy Dave's company, although a few find him to be extremely loud and disruptive (Kilo especially, since he echos tremendously in the lawfice); the other managers are fearful of Prester for the most part, unlike with Dave. Prester presents himself very gruffly and doesn't mess around.

((High Roller could also count as some sort of half eldrich creature, because he's an experiment made by Brian using the remains of old an old Buck and Dave who were fired))

I know you already mentioned Scara wouldnl't exist in the rewritten Teyvat, but what if Makoto and Ei creates him anyway? Out of curiosity on how to have a bigger family with a young child or sth

Say, from Childe's spy network, he hears that the two were working on a project so he lets them be, then after some time, they create Kunikuzushi? Like actual good boy Kuni who gets named by name and brought up as normal as possible even if he's a creation?

So ofc Childe would bluescreen, go error404 and every existential crisis known to man. Then he actually meets Kuni, I think it would be funny if Childe would be like:

first meet: Wtf Wth Where did I go wrong? Get the fuck away from me! Stay 30 feet away!

every time Kuni does something a normal good boy would do: Nononono eww why the heck are you like that disgusting

then if and when Childe actually manages to find a soft spot for Kuni, he goes back to earth and sees Scara: Kuni's such a good boy whoever made you turn out like a disgusting rat deserves a punch so hard they'd meet Asmoday asap

quite frankly no, i cannot see how makoto and ei would ever have any need to create the puppet. the only reason the puppet was made was in an effort to eventually land in the raiden shogun, and the raiden shogun's purpose was to let ei sequester herself in euthymia to combat erosion. if makoto never dies, ei would never have any incentive to go hide there. given erosion is a weird topic in-game, i never brought it up in the fic, but the idea i always had was that it was imposed onto the people by celestia/the heavenly principles. so with celestia's turnover, there's no forced erosion, there's no war, and there's no dead makoto.

i also really don't think ei or makoto would have any interest in creating a bigger family? i can't speak for makoto since we barely know her, but ei has never struck me the type who is out on the market for found family situations – and if she were to ever end up in one, it wouldn't be in the caretaker role. plus ei and makoto get miko at some point anyway, so it's not like it's just the two of them. i imagine they'd be plenty busy watching over inazuma, and if my take on makoto makes sense, she'd see all of inazuma as her family, so why would she make a puppet?? it just does not make sense in my head. if you don't kill makoto, i genuinely cannot see how you'd justify creating a puppet, let alone a puppet that results in kunikuzushi. like that's another problem entirely. plus the whole family thing is entirely on kunikuzushi. like maybe i'm not adept enough in scara lore for this but i'm pretty sure the only one ascribing a family dynamic to this fiasco is him lmao

For me, personally, it's kinda irrelevant what everyone else is doing unless they're my friends. By which I mean... does a good portion of the fandom hates my favorite ship or I think they ship it in a "wrong way"? Well that does make me a bit sad, but I'm not about to make posts like "people should ship this more/ship this in the exact way I want", I'm not their mother, they can all do whatever they want.

I am, however, gonna be dramatically sad and devastated if my friends hate it lmao. Mostly because I won't be able to talk to them about it. I respect it if they don't like it, obviously, everyone has their own perspective and I'm not the type of person to try and force things down people's throats, not my friends because I love them and respect their opinions, and not strangers because literally why should I care?

I just don't understand people who are complaining left and right about things like that. "People are not doing this in the way I want", dearheart, do it yourself, please. You're making me want to do the exact opposite of what you like.
