Thank you to @rstarsims3 for the tag! 😊 What’s your favorite Sims death? None, I never let my sims die anymore because I get too attached to them 😂

Alpha CC or Maxis Match? I prefer Maxis Match, but I don't mind throwing in a bit of Alpha here and there.

Do you cheat your sims weight? I've only ever made one of my female sims less buff, but she proceeded to get very buff again so I just left her.

Do you move objects? Yes, but mainly just decorations and things like that.

Favorite Mod? I don't really play as much anymore, so it's hard for me to tell but I definitely cannot live without NRaas Mods and LD's Smooth Patch that's for sure.

First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack? Probably the first EP that I actually wanted was either Generations or Pets, because my mom already had other ones that I wasn't interested in enough to remember (definitely Late Night though, I do remember one time randomly turning one of my mom's families all into vampires when I was like 7 or 8 😂).

Do you pronounce live mode like aLIVE or LIVing? aLIVE.

Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made? My most favorite would be Mari Martinez, who was a gen 3 sim from my old legacy save from a couple years ago that I happened to really like. She went through a few changes though 👀 Left is how she is now and the right is her from the legacy save. The one on the bottom is her and her husband Enzo 🥰

I do love this family right above as well though, I used to play them a lot before and occasionally now 😄 Have you made a simself? I have, my profile pic is actually supposed to be me and my dalmatian dog Disney (who's passed on now). It doesn't really look like me at all though because my sim making skills are pretty bad and even the hair color is too light but you get the general look 😅 Which is your favorite EA hair color? I've always preferred brown hair, but I like any hair color.

I'm actually more in it for the creation of mods hehe, but I do like to just sit and play sometimes, especially in TS2, and I do love building houses but mostly in TS2 as well because it does get a bit frustrating with TS3 and how laggy it can get with the create-a-style tool.

Are you a CC creator? I've made a few things here and there, so I guess so!

Do you have a YouTube for sims? I did once upon a time, it was mostly just me sharing my process of creating animations but I kind of just left it. How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing? When I first started playing probably over a decade ago I just used to create couples and make them have like 5 kids, then kick the kids out when they reached adults then make the couple have more kids and the cycle pretty much never ended 😂 Then I started to play more legacies and tried challenges, but as always I got too attached to my sims and I couldn't continue them. Then I got into making mods and so here I am, I don't really actually play much anymore. Who’s your favorite CC creator? I love most of the stuff from @xiasimla, @sim-songs, @johziii, @nectar-cellar and a few others.

How long have you had Simblr? I think 2 years now? I just used to lurk around and download CC at first but then I decided I wanted to post my things here too 😄

How do you edit your pictures? Sometimes I don't edit them, but if I do I use Photoshop to enhance the vibrance and add in a bit of depth of field. Though I've finally gotten reshade to work now so I probably won't edit them anymore.

What expansion/ gamepack is your favorite? My favorites are Generations, Pets, Seasons, Island Paradise and Master Suite Stuff. I'm sure most people have already done this but if you haven't then I'll tag you! 😄

Honestly? Aside from an I love you and them dancing at Nolan's wedding, I don't really have anything that I desperately want to see this season. It's been the only two things on my list since the end of season 5 haha.

But, actually... I will say this: I wouldn't mind seeing them actually talking to each other instead of not communicating the way I know they can. I've always had my, well, issues with the last few episodes of last season because it felt like something was missing. And then I finally figured out what it was but never talked about it online, just bothered one person with it haha (I love you, bestie). So yeah, I guess I could add that as my third wish.

Otherwise, I'm just happy to wait and see what happens because if I hyperfocus on certain things I won't be able to enjoy the season as much as I could. So, keeping my wishes rather simple hehe 😊

a while back, right around the time where my friends I started getting cars and driving, I was in a car accident with some friends

everyone was alright, no one was hurt (physically) but it's still one of the scariest memories I have

one second everything was... well I wouldn't say alright since I literally got dumped by my ex that morning and was miserable... but one minute we were all fine, and then next thing I know the car in front of us was stopped, every single airbag in the car had gone off and there were all kinds of gases and stuff filling the car... pretty scary

I didn't realize this till after when the firefighters were pulling our belongings from the car, but apparently we hit the car in front of us so fast my glasses flew off my face and I didn't even realize 😂

everyone was ok though, so it's alright, some slight ptsd but nothing too serious 😂

either fall or winter, but I think fall wins

the color changes, the orange leaves (not that we get any where I live lol), it's not too hot or too cold, the holidays that come with it, love it all lol

my family and I used to live in this house, and I guess they wanted to redo the flooring, and my bedroom at the time has carpet

so my parents, tore out the carpet and cleaned the floors, and let their crazy, chaotic, creative 5 year old, paint and draw all over the concrete flooring 😂

I got to paint and draw and do whatever and my parents never had to worry about me ruining fancy flooring, it was a win win for everyone 😂

Heat on, lips on: so it’s interesting how many songs make use of “noise-like sounds” - that was a whole movement back in the ‘50s, and it was certainly an acquired taste. Nice that it’s seen in more than just film music or experimental music.

Zarubezh: is it strange to say this sounds like Lo-if meets urban soundscape meets studio vocals session? 🤔

Blood: such a wide variety of timbre - you’ve got mellow to bright represented!

Dollars and Cents: why does this have a bossa nova feel to it??? Lots of interesting instances of dissonance/failure to resolve.

it’s been a week 😣😓😞 and i just really feel like and need to get some thought and feelings out.

- if one more older man calls me doll, sweetheart, darling, sweetie, honey or anything like that when they come up to my station at work and then they also talk to me like i’m stupid, i’m gonna lose my shit!! uuuugh!! like for real! i can’t fucking even with these men! gaaah!! god, and then with the one older guy earlier this week hitting on me and like flirting with me and being so awkward and making me soo uncomfortable and then also being transphobic- i’m just done!

- people getting annoyed with us for procedures and policies we have to follow. 😑 i mean, we have to. we just do. idk what to tell them… it’s just apart of our job.

- some good things that happened, saw someone i went to high school with, (different person from the one i saw earlier in the week 😅 although, i have helped this specific person before lol. but yeah, not the same person as earlier this week 😅) so that was nice 😊 that person was actually in my graduating class, we had some classes together throughout high school and i think he did crew for our plays and musicals (atm i can’t remember for sure lol). but yeah, he was excited to see me again and idk it was just nice ☺️

- ooh umm, i um maybe (but like definitely and for sure) made some not so wise choices this week with my money. 😅 i spent like waaaayy too much on some makeup and clothes.

and yet, i still will be buying some more soon because i legit need more for work because i just do/i would also like to not just wear the same like 5 things. there’s only so many combinations i can do with those outfits that are appropriate for work and that are seasonally appropriate. i just need a few more options 😅 (and some of the clothes i like just bought, most of them are not work appropriate lol. they were just super cute and i wanted to treat myself lmao!) so that’s not great… but i mean, it made me happy so i guess that’s something…? right…?

1. First time I watched my favourite movie.

I don't think I have a favourite movie in particular but the first time I watched Wentworth the tv show, was also when I lost my virginity to this sweet military chick, she stayed for the weekend and we didn't end up watching much of the show in between fun but probably watched about 2 seasons worth in a weekend and I probably properly actually only watched about 4-5 episodes 😉 after she left for training I actually started the show fron scratch again and became obsessed 😅.

14. Talk about a vacation.

When I was about 8 or 9 years old my mum said me, my brothers, my cousin and my nan were going to my uncles for the school holidays (so we weren't expecting what was actually about happened) we thought it was going to be an average trip to familys place. But on the day we were leaving she said a shuttle bus was going to take us to his (he lived about 2 hours away at the time) but instead a limousine pulled up in our drive way and we all flipped out when mum said it was for us and then she proceeded to tell us we were going to the Gold Coast (in Australia) and going to all the theme parks down there, I think there was about 4 different ones and we were staying in a hotel (which we had never done before this) and spent nearly two weeks going to each park and having the best fun a kid could ahah, made so many memories 😁

Worst physical pain I've endured, when I was out for a friend's birthday in the city, we had gotten a bit drunk and I decided that dancing ontop of the table was a good idea as one apparently does when theyre quite intoxicated and the security guy had told me to get down so I was pulled off the table and my ankle decided it didn't want to go with me and cracked the opposite way and I tore the ligaments in my foot/ankle and fractured the bone and bruised the muscles and tendons & I couldn't walk properly for a couple weeks/months, not fun. Mind you I didn't feel it to the next day when the alcohol wore off (also add i walked back to our hotel after doing this on said ankle) and I couldn't get out of bed the next morning.

Change of Seasons

Although I’ve admitted that I love nothing more that to sit and read in the cooler weather, with a quilt and a cat on my lap, I have to say that the first really true days of summer are absolutely fantastic!  Going from a cold, rainy, and dreary spring into immediate sunshine and warmth just puts even the grouchiest people in a good mood (at least in my family! 😊).  Don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful for each of the four seasons…I just don’t like it when they each stick around a little too long. And as much as I love the sun, if I’m not in a pool somewhere with a cocktail or listing to an audiobook (or both!), then I don’t have a lot of use for it. Here are some of the reads I was able to squeeze in before pool water on my iPad became a very possible threat!

Pryor & Cummings: The GAIA Institute by Rod Pennington

A computer hacker sneaks is killed in a room while he’s by himself.  There’s no sign of people coming or going on the surveillance tapes, so how does this happen?  The police detective assigned to the case is very old-school, although he's teamed up with a younger, rookie cop, along with a retired K-9 dog.  Between the three of them and some solid leads from family and friends, they are able to figure out what happened, as well as who else is still in danger.  I requested this book on NetGalley because the idea of someone being killed while they are 100% alone was intriguing to me.  Unfortunately, the whole plot became a bit muddled, with a predictable ending to boot.  Not a bad read, but definitely not a favorite.

And There He Kept Her by Joshua Moehling

Two teens go missing in a small town, with no clues at all as to where they’ve gone.  When the police get involved, they really don’t have much to go on, but by a combination of chasing small leads and the process of elimination, they’re able to figure out where they might be.  That’s the good news.  The bad news is no matter how fast they work, they still might be too late to save them.  Something about this book grabbed me right away and kept my attention throughout. Although the story isn’t necessarily a new one (even the book title seems a bit overused), I liked the way the author introduced his characters, giving the reader the chance to try and see the various POVs from all angles.  I’ll read more by this author for sure!

Look Closer by David Ellis

Vicky and Simon have been married almost ten full years.  Ten years, and that’s when the restriction on Simon’s trust is finally lifted, meaning that Vicky will finally be able to access Simon’s money…all $21 million dollars of it.  But with both sides having some dark history, it’s not always clear who the good guys are and who’s going to get shut-out of that inheritance.  Like with the book noted above (by Joshua Moehling), the book title really isn’t all that much to go off of, so let me say the book does not disappoint. Not necessarily a new story to be told, but the author manages to tell it in a way that still keeps you interested and guessing right up to the end.  Another good one!

Hello! Just finished the second season of sense8 and i wanted to share my thoughts if that's alright 😊

I really enjoyed it. The tone was slightly different from the first season, i guess we could say a bit more fast- paced and plot-driven and focusing more on their common goal than the individual arcs but it was executed really well. And because in the first season they really invested time in exploring the characters we could really understand how high the stakes were now.

Again, like the first season, the way they explored certain themes was amazing like i said i was really impressed by how well they handled all these issues together in a single show.

The two-hour episode they filmed to wrap up the show after it was cancelled was quite good, sure there were many things explained off-screen, like kala's recovery and joong-ki's trial which i guess would have been dealt with in season 3 and some "ex-machina" moments like felix showing up out of nowhere with a bazooka. But they were necessary in order to wrap up the show, and overall i believe the writers pulled it off pretty well.

The music is amazing. AMAZING. Like wow. I need to go search for it. And i know it's not the focus of the show (personally at least i wouldn't characterise it as an action show) but the action scenes were just so spectacular? The choreography was sooo good (personal favourites : the car chase and the final battle in Naples )

Ok this is getting long so to sum up : the show's main theme was about embracing difference and it was executed beautifully. It was a brilliant show and I loved it.

You don’t understand how happy I am that you like the show.

Sometimes when we recommend a show to someone else we’re not sure if that’s gonna be something for them or not so I was worried.

Sense8 is by far my favorite show ever. So knowing that you particularly loved it make me happy.

I also notice the difference in pace and structure between the two seasons. But somehow is explained in the show and work fine.

Oh you already saw the finale? The two hours special? Now I can tell you that people was very disappointed in the poly story between Kala, Wolfgang and Raj. I didn’t felt it like that. I always like Raj, but the show made me root for Wolfgang.

For me it was more the problem that it felt like it came of nowhere. Because these developments was gonna happen in the three seasons that was planned that we never got(the plan was to have 5 seasons).

I love how in a show with some kind of sci-fi storyline they embrace more what it means to be human(at least for me).

And yes, their connection is what made it especial.

Two scenes make me so happy.

The scene when Sun is chasing her brother. She is running and all of the cluster is running with her. We know they don’t need to. If she needs them they can show up; and that moment sun could probably need only Will and Wolfgang. But they show us how all of them, including Lito was running with her. Because at that moment all of them we’re running. That came way more interesting later when all of them embrace her in the car crash, but also that scene I mentioned really made me happy.

The other one is the feel you scene in the especial. Because it connects not only the cluster for the surrogates family members. Is a great moment that show how these people love each other so much.

Even more, if you pay attention to that scene; Felix shows up in the train when all of them where happy and together; even if he wasn’t in the sequence and he was introduced later.

I find those moments so especial for me and I’m glad you like the show.

The music is fantastic. I still have experience( the song that plays at the end, when they all have the last orgy) on repeat almost every day.

1. What season is your favourite and why?

Fall bc it’s the perfect temperature, it has the best aesthetics, there’s lots of cinnamon flavored stuff, and it’s when Halloween happens!!
