Sometimes a good workout is going and playing soccer, football or basketball with friends. Maybe your workout today is mowing lawn, tending to the garden or flowerbeds and regular cleaning. So long as it keeps you moving it is better than doing nothing

Just an average person looking to lose weight. Goal is fit, not skinny! Began this journey about a year and a half ago now but always fluctuated with weight, I was never consistent. Ive realized I haven't been living my life because I'm so insecure about myself so its time for a change! I figured I would share my story in real time. I weighed in on November 2nd at 217lbs with 40% body fat. I weigh in again today in about an hour, will update once I get my numbers !

Respect your journey
Some people in your life won't understand your journey. They will question why you are putting so much work into yourself that they don't see as necessary. Remember this journey is for you and you are allowed to say no to friends.
If someone invites you out and you know it's not going to be a positive experience in your own journey you are allowed to say no. Do not feel regret for respecting yourself and doing what is good for yourself.
