A question for Wildsong and/or Tornface <3 What’s your favorite part of being in StarClan? Would you say you’re at peace?

“Oh,” the dark tom hummed, “that’s a hard question.” He appeared distracted as he spoke, gaze drawn beneath his paws. All you could see is the glittering grass which paved StarClan’s hunting grounds, but it seemed that the young warrior witnessed something more.

“There are a lot of things I love about being here,” he chirped ashe turned a smile upon you. “I get to watch as many birds as I want as much as I want, there are some I didn’t even see when I was alive! And the clan stuff isn’t so tense, I’ve been able to make new friends - like Stoatfur! He was MountainClan,” he spoke pleasantly.

“Apparently we were alive at the same time, but I don’t really remember him from then. I also have a huge family! My Mum said she listened to all of my prayers, and Orchid is so sweet, and- oh?” His head swiveled as he gazed over her shoulder. You could not see at what.

“I’ve got to go, that’s my tabby calling!” He hopped to his paws, turning away from the conversation, “visit again sometime!”

“There isn’t much I enjoy,” the tom answered with a frown, his shoulders squared, “being dead and all.” He appeared leaps and bounds better than he had upon his deathbed, but his mood had not improved in the same way.

“I feel strong again,” he continued, and something familiar - yet unsettling - glinted in his gaze. Sure enough, the bulk that had withered away as his ailment progressed was now stacked thick across his form.

“My brother has begun to make ammends. I never thought I’d see the day. Well,” he chuckled, the sound a little jaded, “I suppose I didn’t? I’ve also been able to be a brother to Hootkit, and I’ve been watching Mothkit like I promised. They play together.” The aged tom could not hide the smile which tugged at his dark lips.

“So I guess it isn’t all bad, but no. I am not at peace. I will never know peace so long as my clan suffers.”

Also not to be a dick to that one employee but I feel like there’s a split between certain groups of SSE employees where some are treated fairly and some,,,, aren’t. And discrediting the glassdoor reviews because one employee who is important in the company and is appreciated by their bosses said “oh it’s not like that at all, they were just upsettispagetti!” Is. Hm. Like clearly, sse does not treat some of their employees as well as they should. We shouldn’t blindly trust someone and treat their word as law.

Wild Song in 5 minutes

-Barbara sometimes takes her father’s old clothes to Razor, so he could have more stuff to wear.

-Razor uses gentle girl. Barbara uses wolfie/pretty wolf.

-Actually I’m pretty sure Razo eats bugs XD. Barbara begs him not to.

-Since Teyvat is high fantasy without cars (at lest so far). I hc that Barbara got some good horse riding skills, Razor can’t ride horse to save his live.

-When ever they ride together Razor hugs Barbara very tightly.

-Actually Barbara is more overprotective of two because Razor is wild child who sometimes forgets he got brains.

The first world is Wizard City. You got isekaied there from Earth, and now you get to be the chosen one, good job.

Pretty much all quest names are puns or at least jokes.

There's strong temptation to do opposite schools of magic together (fire/ice, life/death, storm/myth) but that actually detracts from your effectiveness.

People hang out in the commons and have conversations like they're on discord. You hear - read - SO MUCH insane stuff.

It gets to the point where high ranking bosses are easy as long as they don't cheat. 10,000 health vs your 3000? Fine. It's the cheaters with their -90% shields and beguiling that get you.

This is a game designed to be played with other people. But if they're annoying you, it's possible to play on your own.

The worlds all have themes:

Wizard City is generic fantasy land. It has humans in it!

Krokotopia is fantasy ancient Egypt, complete with pseudo-british archeologists on hand. You've got Kroks and (sala)manders here

Marleybone is Victorian England, with Sherlock Bones and Wolfminster abbey. There are dogs and cats, and for some reason there are a bunch of pseudo-irish gangs?

Grizzleheim is Nordic, with bears, wolves, boars, and ravens. Nick Jonas is also here

Wysteria is snooty alternate wizard school

Mooshu is feudal era japan. You got bulls, goats, pigs, and elephants

Why aren't there humans anywhere else? Idk

Dragonspyre is dragon themed. It's dragon themed

Celestia is like aquatic underwater adventures and also celestial beings adventures. it's funky

Zafaria is just. All of Africa I guess.

Avalon is Arthurian and there a part called Abbey Road

Azteca, for some reason, on the wizard101 website, is mayan-themed? But it's called azteca? Idk

I haven't gotten past azteca but there's like, an Arabian world, a snowy world, a candy land world, a Greek mythology world

There's this guy called Prospector Zeke who shows up in every world with a sidequest to find "stray cats" or "beetles" or "ceramic birds" and then when you forget to find them in the harder dungeons and realize you have to redo them to finish the side quest you want to cry

You can do all kinds of stuff with pets that I never bother with

Once you've gone through a bunch of worlds with a few wizards, starting a new one is such easier and goes by so fast

Especially if you pay to get them good gear, which I do. This is the game I spend money lm

The names are Name NounNoun, so I've got Brynn WildEyes and Rowan WildSong and Autumn WildBreeze (I didn't have to theme them but I wanted to)

I think my favorite world so far was Avalon. Not super hard. Plus I love Arthurian lore.

It was more than enough I am fucking delighted. I’ve always had a vague awareness of the game but never knew much about it so I didn’t look into it too far. You might have convinced me to poke around.

AAA I’m so glad someone sent me this… Grim my everything. My confidant… my best friend… my silly rabbit 😏 But for real, where do I even begin with him?

He started off as a character I made specifically to be able to RP when I was at my lowest, mentally and energy-wise. He’s grown, as I have, and he changed me, honestly. For the better. 

At his conception he was a gruff, depressed, duty-bound and anxious mess that saw himself as nothing but a burden on all he interacted with. He was also cishet (lol) and my first OC I ever really RP’ed out in the world in WoW rather than with a friend, so I didn’t really know what I was allowed to do, or how to interact with folks, so, neither did he. Autism runs deep, as usual.

His past is… more than troubled, in every way I could think up at the time. When I made him, I made him to suffer, as I had been in my mental health pit for years with no hope of getting out. And I wanted to be able to relate. So I gave him aggressive, pushy parents, a line of failures, and a desolate disposition. And yet, seemingly on his own, he developed this will. This desire to improve, to be better than he was the day before, and to help people. He wanted to be better. So, I did too.

He talks little of his past, save for those who he’s close to and have the courage to ask. His plethora of scars aren’t for show, so to speak. He recalls each one’s origin, the one crossing his eye coming to his memory only in flashes. Only in nightmares, buried in his memory.

As a teen he roamed Darkshore, a ghost of a person shrouded in grief and rage. He was found, eventually, by a special someone that allowed him to call her Maggie. She led him to Moonglade where, after months of much struggle in trying to communicate without being able to form words in his worgenistic mouth, began training there under one Katrena Elswith, a disgraced druidic teacher who was the only one who agreed to be his Shan’do.

All of this happened in backstory however, and much more happened beyond this too. He eventually completed his training and joined the effort in the Tanaan Jungle, intending to meet death there, but managing to find a small glimmer of purpose, instead.

Early on in his RP days, he was asked to join a guild as one of the officers (little did they know he was nineteen. His troubles aged him beyond what others thought), and at a guild function he met someone special: Alythae Wildsong.

Where would he even be without Aly? Their relationship progressed quickly, possibly quicker than he wanted, but it was real. She taught him that he could be loved. That he deserved love. He was more than what he could give others. And he taught her, too. An exchange, entirely coincidental at first, and then fully voluntary. 

They went on adventures after adventures together. Some dangerous, some relaxed, some downright ridiculous. But they worked through them together, hands locked together in a bond as they discovered things about each other, and things about themselves that they did not know. Deception. And blood magic. Oh, the blood magic.

He nearly lost himself to it, during the Fourth War. The blight in Darkshore was destroying his body, despite his attempted protections, and he was nearly killed by it. A necessary evil, he thought. His fur gone, his skin blight-pocced, he delved into it. It felt… natural, for reasons he could not yet explain why. 

And yet, it was consuming him.

Aly brought him back. Cleansed him enough for him to make a recovery. But he found the magic…innate, somehow. He learned why, eventually, but that’s not something he likes to share pretty much ever. Regardless, he and Aly finally  got married in December after several long years of engagement, and now happily live together in Feralas! Along with their many animals, and Grim’s animal scouts, and of course their dog Pippin. 

This has already gone on WAY longer than I intended but this feels just like the tip of the iceberg lol. I know this is cheesy but having Grim, knowing what he’s gone through and still he continues on… it gives me reason to be better, too. If he can go through all that and still be a good person, I can too. Without Aly he wouldn’t be half the character he is today, so thank you so much to @tyranduh you mean so much 2 me.
