bad horror movie idea

a regular old slasher flick but it gets interupted by a tornado so evryone has to hide in the basement, including the killer. The killer is a weak pathetic loser and theres like 7 other people in the basement so he can't just start killing them right away because they would kick his ass. They all have to patiently wait it out.
