It's a slug!!! Fully hand-sewn cause doing so seemed easier than learning how to use our sewing machine... I'll do so eventually XD But it was actually fairly therapeutic.

He's a big fan of strawberries, can't blame her. And as per the peddler's suggestion, I used a pipe cleaner for the eye stems! Now they're bendyyy

I knew keeping these suckers around for over a decade would be worth it... Also, the single progress photo I took.

This is my first time sewing a plushie, and I had a grand time. Learned a lot along the way, and the ladder stitch that always intimated me is actually super easy XD Wanna know what the best thing about making such a slug is though? The way the eye stalks wiggle about if you shake him sjshsj

fully supportive of cass learning sign language and the fanon that she uses it more than spoken language but also. so many of you act as if its a lesser version of communication and she'll automatically be a pro/not struggle with it. its still a complex language that has structure, grammar, vocabulary and syntax. theres so many different factors for it, even within just one region - different signing styles, dialects, slang, as well as actual variations (asl, pse, see)

just because you rely on verbal communication doesnt mean nonverbal or alternative versions of communication is a lesser version than your normal

sign language, writing, variant types of aac devices and resources. its all methods of communication. it all deserves to be treated with the respect and regard that vocal languages are treated with

It's really funny having one parent who slept on the beach for a significant part of their life and one parent who has never been drunk ever and does two weeks of research before booking a hotel room. I call my dad and tell him I blacked out at karaoke night and threw up in a subway station and he's like "Well, it happens" but I tell my mother I took a train by myself and she's like "ARE YOU OKAY??"

So. It was just revealed that Jason knows how to speak latin. And now all seriousness or tension has been lost to me 'cause all I can think about now are the vivid flashbacks I got of my friend (who took latin in school) complaining to me about how horrid learning that shit was and how I should "never try it if you know what's good for you"

Anyway, now I just imagine Jason getting the same amount of depression mixed with agression as my friend learning that language.

many months later and after a lot of procrastinating i finally drew my cod ghosts oc. her name is anja köhler, she makes absolutely zero sense in the plot but i don't care and i love her very much.

I dont think i talk enough about the human centipede nowdays like i cannot stress enough how big of a fan of the human centipede i am like this movie is one of the pilars of my personality its like of my all time favorite movies adn the third is borderline a comfort one so much so i watched it twice when i NEVER rewatch movies (other exception is spiderman 1 which truly goes to show im a big fan of when there's a loud old man and maybe a bug even too) like by god if you ever need someone to explain to you why the movie is actually a masterpiece im your guy im such a defender of it and AND. Never forget the movie isnt even that gorey nor gross. If you watch this movie expecting that you'll be So disappointed. Literally cant stress enough how much room in my skull this movie takes up place. I heart da human centipede -_- ! ! !
