Short Applechasers Ramble

I'd like to think that after the Severance ending, they all kinda just become a Found Family of some sorts. If Zarbol survives somehow (fuck you Lardna), he and Larice kinda just become dads to Alinivar and Giegue (Laribol shipping, woo!). As for the Colonel, he's the cool uncle who loves to share his stories with the rest of his family, especially his new grandkids. And Alinivar just likes to play his guitar and make art with his dads and teach his new little brother.

Being completely honest here, though, if Zarbol didn't survive (canon, R.I.P), I'd just imagine how confused and sad Larice would be as he wonders if he'll ever come back or not. Either way, at least he still has the rest of his family. But he's still distraught over it no matter how much he tries to move on.

Being completely honest here, I'm pretty sure all of these guys need hugs and therapy after the journey they've been through.
