Taiki Matsuno, the voice actor for Jun Manjoume from Yugioh GX, has passed away at 56. He was also known for many other roles such as Koga from Inuyasha, Agumon and its evolutions in Digimon Savers, was the Japanese dub voice of Spongebob Squarepants, and did various voice work in tokusatsu.

i find it so funny that ed are portraying aaron like this because ive been reading a shitload of reunion 3.0 fics lately and i got so used to the mature & responsible aaron who actually managed to move on and carry on living a stable life until robert shows up again, but in the show aaron has actually regressed (ofc bc he lost liv which was his only link to the past happiness he yearns so much for) and it makes me kinda hopeful for a messed up after-prison robert bc i have also had my fill of ptsd-robert who is meek and broken after prison. i would much prefer the broken robert we all know who turns his pain on everybody else and is just a nightmare to be around. i literally cannot stop thinking about this

Some little tid bits about Dragonborn lore that hit hard for my Dark Urge Dragonborn:

Clan means everything. This is referenced so many times in dialogue options for a dragonborn player. I always have Moon choose it, but in a sarcastic or dreadful way. Her only sense of "clan" is Bhaal's cult, most likely a deeply seeded notion given to her by her mother. Even her own mother would have chosen the cult over her, and Moon is aware of this. Always was. It wouldn't surprise me if Moon eventually killed her, either out of personal pleasure or as an act of offering towards Bhaal- maybe both.

I like to think Moon was raised on a twisted version of this. That she was taught all her "playthings" were to be "respected". Given her druid class, she was always directed at how predators treated their prey- a meaningful hunt. But again, with a cultist twist on it. All of Moon's victims were a boon to her father, so all held meaning. All deserved her utmost attention and time. Though most probably wished she had just ended it quickly...

This has always been my canon for Harvest Moon from the start:

She was always desperate for approval from Bhaal, conditioned to desire it more than anything else in her life. She was born for the sole purpose of pleasing him, a faithful child, and if she fell short in any way, she was a waste of resources and time.

When the events of the betrayl of the Dark Urge took place, and she ended up with a tadpole plus amnesia, for the first time, Moon has that conditioning shoved aside. She was actually allowed to think for herself and what she wanted. Sure, Moon still felt the conditioning affects- hence the "urges"- but she was at last an individual. A very smart individual. One that quickly began to enjoy her newfound freedom.

This is all VERY against how Moon was raised. She was taught to always safeguard her emotions, always prove calm, collected, and precisely emote nothing unless in the act of happily slicing through a victim. Such strong shows of emotion could either be used against her or be undesirable to her father, in which case she would be rightfully punished.

All her life, Moon has been fighting against her own nature. Very ironic, as she'd, as an adult, take on the druid class.

A very small thing, but Moon does have a tail, and she does get a lot of looks from other dragonborn for it. One more thing that separated her from her kin throughout her upbringing, I suppose.

oh damn, you got your wisdom teeth out?? hope you feel better soon. when i got MY wisdom teeth out, i woke up about 3/4 of the way through the surgery (i didn't feel any pain, i was just awake), when all of a sudden, i hear (and kind of feel?) something SHATTER.

and my dentist says "whoops"

i then immediately fade back into unconsciousness

it turns out that what happened was one of my wisdom teeth (bottom right) decided that it wasn't going without a fight, and decided to break in half, thus causing the horrible sensation of something exploding in my mouth (without the pain of it though) and me thinking for a brief half-second that my jaw broke.

the worst part was definitely the aftermath, since i had to do my driver's ed while still slightly loopy on pain meds and ALSO having an allergic reaction to my antibiotics. not fun. at one point my instructor even asked me if i was high, to which i responded:

"no, i'm just on drugs."

"WAIT—"

i still have over a month before they actually take them out and the appointment where i just get the xray is in a week i feel like im gunna go mad from the pain before then 😭😭LORD thats another concern tho is the recovery after all of it like my shitass job aint gunna let me just take days off im gunna have to leave early n shit and """"take points""" if im all loopy from the meds im probably gunna accidentally shoot my hands with staple guns a lot more🥴 the whole thing is just such a messSSS
