Reflections || Let’s talk about Activating your Affirmations. This is something I started speaking on a lot this year with the @mirrormagic_is community. Affirmations are like simple, but powerful ways to set the vibration of manifestation forward through the power of sound. But if you practice this, yet wonder why there are no or limited results, there may be several reasons causing the blockage. One way to move through the block is to do what I call #ActiveAffirmations - putting an action to your intention. For me, it may seem silly or trivial, but choosing #RedHair for my latest hair style was power packed with major significance for me!! I don’t know why, but even though I’ve thought of doing red before, for some reason I was scared. 🤷🏽‍♀️ So moving into the new year I needed to do a tangible thing that made me push through a fear. To you, it may seem basic AF. To me, someone who attaches meaning to eeverrrrything - color symbolism/therapy is real. Passion, power, determination, life force, etc.. I wanted to tap into this energy moving forward in my life!! ✨✨✨Lesson: Choose a tangible action that you’ve been afraid to do, no matter how trivial or monumental it is... DO IT!!
