Sensory issues are so funny. No I can't eat the spaghetti you bought a slightly thicker spaghetti than usual. And today isn't a spaghetti day! Oh nevermind today I don't care. I have so little texture related sensory issues I'm so glad. Nvm I can feel all of my seams and I'm wearing the good pants and also please get me scissors I haven't cut the tag out of my new shirt yet. Oh my sensory issues with sound are nonexistent. More respect for mentally disabled people. Respect people who have trouble interpreting numbers and difficulties doing basic math unassisted. Or remembering things like which month comes after which. People who can't come to conclusions based on a few social hints and need to be told things upfront. Who don't understand big words. Who need alot of things explained. People with cognitive disabilities. People who need slow, clear and personalized instructions, or hands-on assistance in tasks other people may find "obvious". People who are unable to study independently. People who are unable to work independently, or heck just do any task deemed "ordinary" independently. People with high assistance needs deserve more respect period

i hate having to pretend to be happy because my intense emotional pain is a result of something 99.9% of people would find pathetic and laughable. yeah i felt like i was stabbed in my heart and i cried myself to sleep for a week because i am in love with a fictional character and also i am another fictional character from the same manga. no i can't just "grow up" or "touch grass" and become a normal person who goes on dates with real life people. i am mentally ill and it shouldn't be an insult or shameful to be

do any other schizoids feel like you experience life from far away? like you’re trapped in a bubble, isolated and alone, even if you’re hanging out with people, and you interact with the outside world through a screen and controllers- that it’s not “you” interacting with other people, it’s a “character”, like you’re piloting a mech. some screenshots from the app Vent bc it’s dying and I will forever miss it. Figured I’d at least archive some of the emotions from it for the ~aesthetic~ but also bc it’s helpful for me to dissect my feelings. These in particular were really important to me! These feel like they were made by people who struggle with these things, that they were made by people who really listened to the communities.  I hadn’t seen a company do RedInstead ever I think? It’s so rare for really good representation. Hope this is useful for some other people!
