some things i didn’t realize were my ADHD until fairly recently:

(i’m probably combined type btw)

constantly starting new projects and wanting to do loads of things all at once, and then having loads of unfinished ones all over the place because i get tired of them before i can finish them and have another idea that i want to pursue

binge-reading books or whole book series within a few hours/days and not being able to think or do anything else other than that

being suddenly possessed with the urge to clean my entire room every once a month to a few months and not being able to do anything else other than that in that time when i have that urge, and getting incredibly angry and/or anxious when interrupted

being absolutely depressed, anxious, and having SI and/or SH urges/thoughts just because i’m bored, and nothing being able to solve that boredom no matter what i try to do

feeling rejected/unloved/unwanted in a ton of situations because of the way someone worded something

not being able to follow conversations because i keep getting distracted by my trains of thought, and because i can barely understand the person i’m talking to since i can’t hear what they’re saying

forgetting something i was thinking about/told/etc. as soon as i step into a new room/environment

forgetting literally everything, and learning to make lists, checking everything so many times, and thinking again and again about something to make sure that doesn’t happen

always fidgeting in some way, even when not anxious, and needing some sort of stimuli on in the background

my brain racing 90% of the time (the other 10% is when i’m extremely exhausted and my brain is shutting off/has shut off), even when i’m not anxious, and sometimes getting overwhelmed by that

forgetting something from a few seconds ago, and constantly needing to retrace my steps, whether physically or mentally

becoming really attached to someone new incredibly fast, and then feeling nothing (or not as much at least) for them once i’m adjusted to them

and many more things. i might do a part 2 another time, and just keep adding from there. but it’s incredibly astonishing to me that i only recently figured out these things and found answers for it all.

78 degrees is awful, my house feels like a sauna, sweat’s dripping down my face, my computer’s on fire. I hate it

   i have literally the exact opposite problem my dad keeps the house at 68 i have 2 wear a sweatshirt at all times   

god and here I thought my mom and I were weird for having the AC low but 68 would be too much even for us, and we both still sleep with fans on during the winter lmao

now I’m actually starting to get a little too cold in here but I’m gonna tough it out because I don’t want it to be all nasty and hot when I go to bed

god liara garrus miranda tali ashley james i love them all so much i cant choose bc i have literally never been exposed to any piece of media that has this many characters i care so much for what the fuck bioware. but liara and garrus are like way up there

Paragon or Renegade? paragade 100% but if thats not an option then paragon bc im secretly still a girlscout

Favorite class? vanguard lol what else

War Hero, Sole Survivor, or Ruthless? sole survivor 

Spacer, Colonist, or Earthborn? earthborn oh my god i love this backstory so much its more #relatable than the other two too

Favorite alien?: the turians or quarians for aesthetics and just in general, but also the krogan bc theyre the most Unreal and Extra

Favorite planet/location? i love virmire, despite the shit that goes down its just beautiful and i love how it contributes to the series-wide water motif

Favorite DLC? citadel bc i am a slut for healthy longstanding supporting friendships

Favorite weapon?: assault rifle or just any biotic move 

Favorite Shepard/OC?: blaire shepard, who is my Disappointment Child but also not as basic and not as boring as my other sheps (i have also never ever gotten thru more than 5 minutes w any male shepard lmao)

Favorite mission? fuck if i know lol i always look forward to virmire and ilos and i love any mission where you pick up old squadmates in me3 (and ofc the suicide mission is unforgettable)

Favorite track? an end, once and for all complete with my sobbing ass on the ground

ME1. ME2 or ME3?: me2 is obviously vastly superior but i love me3 so much its the most fun to play for me

SR-1 or SR-2?: sr-2 is also vastly superior but im going with sr-1 bc its more cozy and nostalgic

I just got through doing that in DA2, I can’t do it again in ME... I’m not strong enough. plus ME has all these missions where you gotta go to some planet and go into some little station and kill a bunch of husks or w/e and it’s just too frustrating to keep track of which planets and systems to go to.. I just wanna get to ME3 asap lmao

2. Does your OC have a temper? Naah, not really. He’s a huge sweetheart and is usually pretty calm & chill. Only very rarely & under certain circumstances does he lose it (if anyone threatens the people he loves, etc). otherwise, he’s cool =)

15. Give me a description of their family: He has a fairly small, close family. Immediate: Mom, Dad (though unfortunately he died shortly before me1), and a younger sister (its legit, let me live). And now post me3 he has a family of his own with Tali - adopting Jona the quarian & a human baby girl =) 

21. Do they suffer any mental disorders? (PTSD/Depression etc): Unfortunately he does. All throughout the games he has mild ptsd and probably a bit of depression by the 3rd game. Slowly but surely he’s recovering - he’s a trooper. <3
