This elder emo is very happy today. Saw A Day to Remember for the 2nd time (1st was warped tour eons ago) and it was just a giant party. Everyone was singing at the top of their lungs for every song and my teenage heart is happy 😊

I find him working with xtina as a good sign, we haven’t seen him work with a woman in the music industry in a while —Avril, Naomi, Halsey being the most recent. But it’s been a least two year since.

And this collab has a sexy and intimate vibe to it already. I mean he holding her golden pump in the video that she must have taken off her own foot. I bet that was his idea, he wanted a gander at her toes lmao. I’m not shipping them, but I like the vibe they’re creating.

It just further strengthens my suspicions that m and him are either on a break rn or in rocky territory. The way he was talking in the live a few days ago about how he’s “starting from ground zero in his heart” more or less. Also singing along to sad ADTR songs.

I also always clock if he’s wearing that chunky ring on his ring finger. Pretty sure he wears it for her, but lately he hasn’t been. All speculation, but worth noting.

I like the video too. I thought it was cute and fun and it makes me all that more excited for their collaboration. As far as he and Megan go, I think I will only completely believe that they are finished if I see one or the other out with someone else in a romantic way.
