This is a huge gamble, but does anyone on here know how to work with passing JWTokens back and forth inside of HttpOnly cookies between a C# ASP.NET Web Api backend project and an ASP.NET Web MVC (Model-View-Controller) application frontend project (utilizing JavaScript and C#)???? I'm trying to work on a term project for an Advanced Web class, but I think I've blown it slightly out of proportion. I'm following tutorials, but having some difficulty wrapping my head around it.

How to improve navigation in a Shopify Store using UX?
Want users to engage with your products on your website?
Improving navigation in your Shopify Store can play an important role in providing a positive User Experience.
Tumblr media
Here are some tips from web application Developers that can help you improve your navigation on your Shopify store:
The main menu is the first place a user views on your Shopify page. It is very important that you promptly display the categories and subcategories on the page so that it gives a strong clear idea to the viewer as to what to expect and which category to choose. It's better to use concise and clear descriptions.
We do not want to overwhelm our users with too many options. Thus it is necessary to limit the number of options on the main menu and one might consider having dropdown menus for subcategories to keep the main menu clean.
It should not be difficult for a user to find what they are looking for by creating a prominent search bar on the main menu with autofill options we can make it easier for them to find out what they might be looking for.
One might be willing to create an optimized product filter so that users can filter out the options that they will be interested in looking at. Filters could be size, color, price, etc. Filters should be easy to find out and apply.
Navigation should be mobile-friendly. Most users are on smartphones and tablets thus it is very important to have an interface working smoothly on smaller screens.
Including breadcrumb navigation can help users understand the structure of your store and understand where they are and facilitate navigating to previous pages.
Make sure that the call to action is consistent, prominent, and visually appealing for the user. You might want to include CTAs like add to cart or buy now etc.
Recommend popular products on the homepage or subcategory pages and use exciting descriptions and images for users to be interested in exploring more.
You might include sticky Navigation so that users get the important information displayed even while scrolling various pages.
One should implement an easy checkout process, include proper indicators of steps for checkout, and include minimum steps on checkout. Also shipping charges and any kind of extra charges must be mentioned before checkout to ignore any kind of friction in the process.
One must consider carrying on rigorous A/b testing on various pages to make sure menu structure, buttons, clickons, and every element of navigation is functioning properly.
The attention span and patience of the user are very short. It is very important to make sure that the pages are fast-loading. Slow-loading pages might create frustration among users and lead to an increase in bounce rates.
As we know:
Providing a user-friendly and engaging navigation experience to the users through better UX practices can help improve customer satisfaction and contribute to conversions.
Thus it is very important to trust an experienced UX designer to help you give your user a satisfactory navigation experience.  Tech Wishes has been providing such services for years now. So don't forget to contact them to grow your Shopify business and provide the best user experience to your customers.

hi there! im a fan of your page 💕
can you give me the best studying techniques?
hi angel!! @mythicalmarion tysm for asking about study techniques 🤍 i'm so excited to share my secret methods that helped me maintain perfect grades while still having a dreamy lifestyle + time for self-care!! and thank you for being a fan of my blog, it means everything to me. <3
~ ♡ my non-basic study secrets that actually work ♡ ~
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(don't mind the number formatting)
the neural bridging technique this is literally my favorite discovery!! instead of traditional note-taking, i create what i call "neural bridges" between different subjects. for example, when studying both literature + history, i connect historical events with the literature written during that time. i use a special notebook divided into sections where each page has two columns - one for each subject. the connections help you understand both subjects deeper + create stronger memory patterns!!
here's how i do it:
example:
left column: historical event
right column: literary connection
middle: draw connecting lines + add small insights
bottom: write how they influenced each other
the shadow expert method this changed everything for me!! i pretend i'm going to be interviewed as an expert on the topic i'm studying. i create potential interview questions + prepare detailed answers. but here's the twist - i record myself answering these questions in three different ways:
basic explanation (like i'm talking to a friend)
detailed analysis (like i'm teaching a class)
complex discussion (like i'm at a conference)
this forces you to understand the topic from multiple angles + helps you explain concepts in different ways!!
the reverse engineering study system instead of starting with the basics, i begin with the most complex example i can find and work backwards to understand the fundamentals. for example, in calculus, i start with a complicated equation + break it down into smaller parts until i reach the basic concepts.
my process looks like:
find the hardest example in the textbook
list every concept needed to understand it
create a concept map working backwards
study each component separately
rebuild the complex example step by step
the sensory anchoring technique this is seriously game-changing!! i associate different types of information with specific sensory experiences:
theoretical concepts - study while standing
factual information - sitting at my desk
problem-solving - walking slowly
memorization - gentle swaying
review - lying down
your body literally creates muscle memory associated with different types of learning!!
the metacognition mapping strategy i created this method where i track my understanding using what i call "clarity scores":
level 1: can recognize it
level 2: can explain it simply
level 3: can teach it
level 4: can apply it to new situations
level 5: can connect it to other topics
i keep a spreadsheet tracking my clarity levels for each topic + focus my study time on moving everything to level 5!!
the information architecture method instead of linear notes, i create what i call "knowledge buildings":
foundation: basic principles
first floor: key concepts
second floor: applications
top floor: advanced ideas
roof: real-world connections
each "floor" must be solid before moving up + i review from top to bottom weekly!!
the cognitive stamina training this is my absolute secret weapon!! i use a special interval system based on brain wave patterns:
32 minutes of focused study
8 minutes of active recall
16 minutes of teaching the material to my plushies
4 minutes of complete rest
the specific timing helps maintain peak mental performance + prevents study fatigue!!
the synthesis spiral evolution this method literally transformed how i retain information:
create main concept spirals
add branch spirals for subtopics
connect related concepts with colored lines
review by tracing the spiral paths
add new connections each study session
your notes evolve into a beautiful web of knowledge that grows with your understanding!!
these methods might seem different from typical study advice, but they're based on how our brains actually process + store information!! i developed these through lots of research + personal experimentation, and they've helped me maintain perfect grades while still having time for self-care, hobbies + fun!!
sending you the biggest hug + all my good study vibes!! remember that effective studying is about working with your brain, not against it <3
p.s. if you try any of these methods, please let me know how they work for you!! i love hearing about your study journeys!!
xoxo, mindy 🤍

Sims 2 Tools - Repository Wizard
Repository Wizard
The Repository Wizard is a utility for automating the repository technique for objects and clothing.
Object Mode
Tumblr media
This mode of the Repository Wizard automates the process described by HugeLunatic in their Repository Technique tutorial.
Clothing Mode
Tumblr media
This mode of the Repository Wizard creates new re-colours for a new/modified mesh based on an existing mesh with its own set of re-colours.
This is NOT the simple approach to the repository method of linking the dependant's TXMT resource(s) to the donor's TXTR resource(s), but a new, more advanced, approach of linking via the 3IDR resource.
See the application’s web page for extensive details about both modes.
If you do not know what the repository technique is, or why you would want to use it, this application is not for you!

"you cant just use the same OC over and over again in every thing, thats not how this works!"
The ever applicable Weaver:
Tumblr media
Been rewatching some of Transformers Animated lately and got inspired to put my spider in there. Should I have instead studied the existing material to find a unique angle of character to design while still fitting in the established lore? Fuck no, I'm instead gonna jam my sona into every possible franchise and work it out from there simply because no one can stop me.
Anyway, this is WEAVER, "Web-generating Emergency All-terrain Vehical and Enviromental Repair". A prototype vehicular robot invented by a Sumdac engineer named Kumo Tafette. It was designed to stabilize and temporarily repair structures and infrastructure during an emergency using synthetic webbing. It's head is filled with both a cockpit and an advanced sensor array capable of identifying not only structural faults, but also any life signs trapped by rubble.
Its spider legs allow it to traverse nearly any environment, and its silk can be engineered on the spot to fill any needed role. The spider shape was due to its inventors' fascination with arachnids. It was also far easier to engineer a vehical transformation with a spiders body instead of a humanoid one. The face and design were also built to be appealing to citizens to help ease them in emergencies (and it looks cool).
Anyway, justifications that I only thought of just now now aside, lets talk combat capabilities. Weaver was never built for combat really. Being an earth robot. It's not made of the same tough stuff as cybertronians, still he likes to help when he can by webbing up bad guys. The webs typically degrade over a few days so their repairs are very temporary. good enough for an emergency or to snag a foe but not great for long-lasting structures. They dispense webs through the cannons on their arms. And they can do that while in vehical mode too. In a pinch, the claws on the ends of their arms are hard enough to break concrete if punched with so they can hurt pretty bad in a fight.
Still not sure if I should give them the allspark shard treatment or not.

STARKSTRESSER -PLATİN
Tumblr media
In a digital landscape where stability and performance are paramount, StarkStresser offers cutting-edge solutions designed to elevate your online presence. Whether you are a gamer seeking a competitive edge or a developer ensuring robust application performance, our comprehensive suite of tools—including advanced IP stressers and free IP booters—caters to a multitude of needs. With a focus on delivering seamless connectivity and unparalleled reliability, StarkStresser empowers users to effectively test their networks under simulated conditions.
Stresser
A stresser is an online tool designed primarily for testing the resilience of networks and servers against various types of attacks. It simulates Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, which can overwhelm a server by flooding it with traffic, and it is crucial for organizations to understand how resilient their infrastructure is to such threats. Using a stresser can help businesses identify vulnerabilities in their systems and improve security measures.
However, it's essential to note that the ethical use of stress testing tools is paramount. Users should only test devices and networks they own or have explicit permission to test. Misuse of a stresser can lead to legal consequences, including potential fines and imprisonment.
When searching for a reliable ip stresser, it’s vital to look for one that provides clear usage guidelines and supports ethical considerations. Many reputable services also offer features that allow users to simulate attacks within controlled environments, enabling businesses to prepare better for real-world cyber threats.
In the realm of cybersecurity, understanding the capabilities of a stresser can empower organizations to actively defend against potential attacks. Be sure to research any selected tool thoroughly, ensuring it aligns with your security testing needs and ethical standards.
Ip Stresser
An IP stresser is a tool or service designed to test the resilience of a network or website against various types of stress attacks. Often utilized by web administrators and security professionals, an IP stresser can simulate considerable traffic to help evaluate the potential vulnerabilities of a specific IP address or server. This testing can help organizations strengthen their defenses against actual malicious attacks.
However, it is crucial to note that the use of an ip stresser should always be conducted ethically and legally. Using it to attack or disrupt services without authorization is illegal and can lead to severe consequences. Always ensure you have the necessary permissions to conduct such tests on a network or system.
In the context of stress testing, there are various types of IP stressers available, which can differ in their methods and intensity. Some users prefer IP stressers that offer adjustable parameters to customize the attack, while others might seek those with user-friendly interfaces that can deliver quick results.
Another vital aspect to consider is the choice between premium and free IP stressers. While free versions can be tempting due to their no-cost nature, they often come with limitations in terms of performance and reliability. Paid options typically provide more robust features, better support, and a more reliable service, making them suitable for serious testing purposes.
As you explore various IP stressers, it’s essential to choose one that aligns with your specific needs, whether you're looking for free solutions or comprehensive paid services. Always prioritize using reputable services to ensure that your testing complies with legal requirements and ethical standards.
Ip Stresser Free
When it comes to stress testing your server or network, finding an ip stresser free option can be appealing for many users. Free IP stress testing services, commonly known as stresser tools, offer a way for individuals to test the resilience of their networks without incurring any costs. However, it is crucial to be aware of the risks and limitations associated with these free options.
These services typically have a limited capacity compared to their paid counterparts, which may restrict the intensity of the tests you can perform. Users should also consider the legality and ethical implications of using such tools, as testing without permission can result in significant legal troubles.
Moreover, relying on an ip booter or free stresser might expose your network to potential vulnerabilities, including the risk of data breaches or exposure to malicious attacks. Therefore, it’s advisable to conduct thorough research and choose reputable providers when selecting an ip stresser free option.
In conclusion, while free stresser tools might seem like an appealing solution, always prioritize security and legality by using these tools responsibly and considering paid services for more comprehensive testing solutions.
Ip Booter
An IP booter is a specialized tool designed to perform Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks by overwhelming a specific target IP address with excessive traffic. The idea is to disrupt the target's online services, making them unavailable for legitimate users. Booters have gained popularity in certain circles, particularly within gaming communities, where individuals seek to retaliate against others by interrupting their connection.
It's important to distinguish between legitimate use and malicious intent. There are instances where individuals may seek to test the robustness of their own networks or those for whom they have explicit permission. However, the use of IP booters against unsuspecting targets is generally illegal and unethical. Many countries have strict laws against unauthorized DDoS attacks, which can lead to severe penalties.
In addition to the ethical concerns, users should be wary of utilizing free ip booter, as they often compromise security. Free services may expose users to malware, phishing attempts, and data breaches. For those considering a stresser or IP stresser, prioritizing reputable and secure services is crucial, ensuring that they comply with legal standards and best practices in cybersecurity.
In conclusion, while the allure of using an IP booter may be tempting, it is essential to recognize the potential consequences—both legally and ethically. Responsible internet usage and adherence to laws protect not only individuals but the entire online community.

So way back last spring, I consolidated my student loans over to Mohela--I no longer remember exactly why, but it was supposed to benefit me in some way to to this.
They got them transferred over, and the next step was to put them into income-based repayment--which I had been on before, but since they were with this new servicer, I had to do a new application and so on.
They didn't get around to processing it, and they didn't get around to processing it, and then the first federal freeze came in: it was the result of a lawsuit, but the judge, for whatever reason, decided to freeze applications for all income-based repayment.
I've been given to understand that most people caught in this snare simply had their loans put into a processing forbearance, and have been there ever since.
Not me, though! Me, every 3 months, I get a letter from Mohela saying that my payment of about $750 is two weeks overdue, and my next one is coming right up, so if I could please send them $1500 right away, that would be just swell.
So I have to get on the phone, work my way through the phone tree, wait on hold for the next available represenative to be with me shortly, who when I finally get htem looks at the file and says, "Hm, you really should be in forbearance, but you aren't. Let me escalate this to the advanced team." Then I wait again for the next available representative to be with me shortly, and when I finally have them on the line, they ask me about five questions, I say "yes, I understand" or "yes, that's correct" about five times, and it's done for another 3 months. The whole process used to take about an hour and half.
Well, today it was time to make that call again. This time, when I get through the phone tree to where I'm waiting for the next available representative, the automated voice tells me that my wait time is two and a half hours. So I wait about three and a half hours, and that finally gets me to to the first round of speaking to a live human being.
As is the custom, she spends a little time expressing her surprise that I am not on a processing forbearance, reads me the required legalese, and puts me "right through," she says, to the advanced line.
There, the automated voice tells me that my estimated wait time is three hours and five minutes.
So I wait about four hours, and then a voice comes on the line!
But it isn't a representative. It's a drunk-sounding individual who keep saying, "Hello? Hello? I can't hear you." Her voice cuts in and out, and she occasionally can be heard making semi-verbal statements without apparent context, which seem at times to be replies to someone I cannot hear. I try saying that I'm on hold for Mohela and there seems to be something wrong. It is unclear whether she hears me or not; she moans something that sounds like "web socket" and "green." I am reminded of the utterances of Laura Palmer in the Black Lodge.
Eventually she hangs up, or something, and I am back to being on hold. The automated voice comes on and says that my estimated wait time is one hour and twenty-seven minutes.
The security guard at my place of work informs me that he is locking up the place and I need to leave. In the elevator out of the building, I am disconnected.
I want to stress that I am not exaggerating about these times; I was literally on hold with Mohela, the federal student-loan servicing contractor for the United States, for an entire work day, during which I had one normal conversation with someone who was polite and fine but unable to help, and one fever-dream interaction with a person who may or may not have been affiliated with Mohela in any way, and who did not seem to be on the same plane of existence as I was.
Anyway, I'm not doing it again. I wrote a letter saying pretty much what I've just told you--slightly less detail about the weird lady--and uploaded it to their inbox, copied it into their comment form, faxed it using one of those free virtual fax things, and printed out a copy to mail. (Phone is the only way that I have successfully achieved contact with a human being who works at Mohela in the past.) I conclude the letter by offering them numerous ways to reply, and saying, as politely as possible, that if they call and leave a message, they will need to give me some way to get back to them without being on hold for six hours.
We'll see what happens.

What's your comic writing process like? I'm starting to get into making my own comics and I really admire your work!!! Any advice?
Ah, intrepid traveler, you've done well to journey to this secluded mountaintop spire, in search of the answers you seek. I indeed can provide such forbidden comicmancy knowledge... at the cost of your mortal soul...
Tumblr media
coughs. anyway, I'm going to warn you immediately that what works for me does not work for everyone else, and in my experience the way I do things can prove very slow and discouraging for anyone who is more interested in the actual "drawing the damn comic" part of the process. I only do it this way because I enjoy weaving a narrative web that feels not only fully contained but re-readable, but my projects are often so long and my memory so shitty that I can't just keep all of it in my head! It would spill all over the place and make a really embarrassing mess of brain-juice. Not ideal.
but as for my own process, uhh... I suppose a comic would be fitting, right?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
a little choppy but you get the idea.
as for turning words into art, I've been experimenting with figuring out the best way to do that for a little while now. Originally what I was doing for something like Ad Astra Per Aspera was to take my "script" and sketch it out on paper very loosely, before transposing that onto my canvas and working from there:
Tumblr media
...but, I've found that can make it kind of difficult to space everything around on your standard page-size, and the thing I'm having the most problems with currently seems to be finding the sweet spot of panel-size proportions. So, I've taken to printing out standard thumbnail templates (you can just find these on google) and sketching very tiny panels in those, which seems to give me a slightly better sense of scale... (mild chapter 5 spoilers, sorry ad astra fans)
Tumblr media
but I have yet to totally pull through on this, so who knows, maybe I'll try something else in the future!
As for advice, this is probably most applicable to me, but as a disabled artist I have a very hard time managing my workload without literally working myself into injury. I don't think I talked about this publicly but when I was working on that ten year anniversary comic I was literally drawing every single day for 3 solid months. Sometimes, in my case, I really can't bring myself to stop once I've latched onto an idea, and sometimes I find the most rewarding thing I can do with my time is to draw- but I seriously cannot overstate: Do not fucking do this.
You will fuck up your wrist, your back, your neck, your eyes, and probably your mental health. It's a well-known fact that mangaka have a lower life expectancy than the average japanese person due to the intense workload imposed on them by deadlines and personal expectations. Comics are a very demanding artform, and even though I'm not on any sort of mandated schedule there are times where I've toiled away at something when I likely should have been exercising or taking vision-breaks. Therefore the best advice I can give you is to chill the hell out.
Namely, find parts of the process you can be lazy about, and embrace the laziness! You don't like digitally sketching? Don't do it! Skip it, or maybe find a way to traditionally sketch things out in advance like I do. Hate lineart? Don't fucking do it. You really don't feel like wasting your time writing 72k words of comic scripts? ...then, don't be like me. skip that part. I'm a flawed human being and what works for me might not work for you.
The second most important piece of advice I could give is to read comics. Of all kinds. The reason for this is pretty self explanatory: In order to figure out your own comic-making style, you should first pick out bits and pieces from the artist's buffet to add to your plate. Manga, graphic novels, american comics, european comics, weird niche little webcomics, funny papers, anything and everything. This advice rings true of pretty much any art form, but I find it to be essential to honing comic-making skills because so many things you feel will just come intuitively often don't. and that's okay! nobody is born knowing how to leave space for speech bubbles or shape their panels in a way that imitates stretches of time. The best way to figure out stuff like this, in my experience, is to study the "masters", and then after becoming well accustomed to the basics, figure out what rules you want to bend or break to create your own style.
I consider myself to be in equal parts a writer and an artist, which lends itself well to making narrative comics, but maybe you're a bit more of an artist and want to focus on panel-by-panel visual storytelling. Or, conversely, maybe your talents lean closer towards writing, and the art itself is more of a secondary skill. Regardless of your unique blend of talents you can and should make a comic, you should just also be aware of your strengths and try to hone in on those- there will always be opportunities to build up skills you lack, but focusing on what you do best will always lead you in the right direction.
Anyway, that being said, here are some recommendations in no particular order:
Monster, Naoki Urasawa (!!)
Bone, Jeff Smith
Witch Hat Atelier, Kamome Shirahama
The first IDW run of Transformers comics (namely More Than Meets the Eye and Lost Light)
Persepolis, Marjane Satrapi (!!)
Through the Woods, Emily Carroll (really any Emily Carroll comics)
Kill Six Billion Demons (webcomic) (!!)
Akira, Katsuhiro Otomo
The Third Person, Emma Grove
Tintin, Hergé (can be super racist please be wary)
Dungeon Meshi, Ryoko Kui
Calvin & Hobbes, Bill Watterson
Maus, Art Spiegelman
Cucumber Quest (webcomic)
Jellyfish Princess, Akiko Higashimura
Golden Kamuy, Satoru Noda (!!)
Note that I did not grow up with manga so I am seriously behind on a lot of extremely influential japanese comics such as Dragon Ball, One Piece, basically any of the original Shonen Jump comics, but they're widely considered building blocks of the genre so if you love the artform I think you should give them a try! Same goes for classic non-shonen manga genres like various Shoujo, Josei, Yuri, Gekiga, ETC.
same as above applies to a lot of classic DC and Marvel works, I unfortunately am just not a big fan of superhero comics... but I'm sure there's good stuff in there. a couple of my mutuals talk about booster gold and the blue beetle all the time so I'm assuming there has to be something worthwhile.
...and many, many, many more that I'm forgetting! I noticed as I made this list that, to my knowledge, hardly any of these are made by black or just non-japanese-mangaka BIPOC artists, which makes me sad about the gaps in my own comic collection. Therefore, anyone is welcome to add their own recommendations in the replies!
now go forth, and combine images with text!!!!!!!!!!!

A web client is a software application that accesses and displays content from the World Wide Web. In this particular case, Mastodon (and some other Fedi sites).
These apps are here to bring all of your different accounts into one application for easy posting, browsing, and management.
Below, I've reviewed the ones that I've used myself so far. I encourage you to try as many as you can to find the right fit for you!
Rodent- Very minimalist. Very little customization, no access to profile links unless in bio, no direct access to profile. On Playstore
Focus- Popup ads👎On F-Droid/Playstore
Fedilab- Good! Post draft option, notifications filtering, access to profile links, trending tags, trending posts, schedule posts option, font resizing, icon resizing. On F-Droid/Playstore
Tusky- Lots of UI customization, access to profile links, post draftability, post scheduling, trending posts/hashtags, and notifications filtering. Slightly more legible ui compared to Fedilab, though has mostly same features. On F-Droid/Playstore
Subway tooter- More advanced UI customization (for the people into those smaller details). Same as Fedilab & Tusky in usability but comes with a trending posts page. On Playstore
Moshidon- Very similar to the OG Mastodon app in layout. Comes with a few color pallet options. Simplistic and easy to use. On F-Droid/Playstore
ZonePane- Slightly less intuitive UI but entirely still usable. Includes lots of customization in font sizing/spacing, thumbnail sizing, icon shaping, the ability to hide follower/following counts, the ability to hide other numbers such as likes, RT's, etc. Similar to Cohost in this way. Has Banner ADs!! On Playstore
Pachli- Similar UI and customization to Fedilab & Tusky. On F-Droid/Playstore
Tooot- Has a simple UI layout with very few customizable aspects. Font size adjustment is available, as well as light and dark themes. On Playstore
Trunks- Super clean UI with losts of fun features like pinned shortcuts, an exploration page, a trending page, profiles have an engagement gage, and much more. Just a few of the customizable things to look out for are lots of different font options and the ability to hide muted posts from your timeline. On Playstore
Buffer- Makes you sign up for a separate account to use it 👎
