Is AI Video Making An End Of Job in Graphic Designing and Animation Industry?
In the past decade, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made immense strides in various sectors, and the creative fields are no exception. Graphic designing and animation have long been perceived as industries that rely heavily on human creativity and skill. However, with the advent of AI-driven video-making tools, there are growing concerns about the future of employment in these sectors. While…
The world of animation and animated videos has been revolutionized by the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. AI has proven to be an invaluable tool in the creation of visually stunning and lifelike characters. This article delves into the applications of AI in animation, the realism it brings to animated characters, and how content creators, including YouTubers, are utilizing these AI-powered solutions to generate revenue.
For animators, AI offers a consistent impact across both 3D and 2D animation. AI will accelerate the interpolation of production-grade animations, enabling animators to transition from key poses to final output more efficiently, while maintaining the character’s arcs and weights. If they are dissatisfied with the result, they can introduce new keyframes and interpolate the animation.
AI algorithms can analyze human movement data and create fluid animations for characters, mimicking realistic movements with unprecedented precision. These algorithms take inspiration from motion capture data or deep learning techniques, producing smooth and lifelike animations.
Text-to-video models can be used to create short-form video content from a provided text script. These models can be used to create engaging and informative marketing videos. For example, a company could use a text-to-video model to create a video that explains how their product works.
While AI is making significant strides in animation, it is unlikely to completely replace 3D animators. Instead, the future is likely to see a collaboration between AI-driven tools and human creativity. AI technology is a valuable tool that can greatly enhance the work of animators.

Here's the last old Hakuouki art I'll be posting today! (I've got more but I don't want to spam the fandom tag, lol). ⚔️🌸 Chizuru bringing some tea to the Shinsengumi captains! 🍵💚 (2017).
A controversial opinion perhaps, but I actually don't enjoy ethical AI art either.
Sure, if an artist wants to draw like 200 pictures and then train an AI to reproduce their style, they can do whatever they want. If they want to sell that and are upfront about it being ethically made AI art, whatever.
But the entire notion of automating art, something that makes humans uniquely us, something we've been at for millennia, for the sake of capitalism or production or time-cost saving or whatever, makes me sick.
With just a few changes barely visible to the human eye, Glaze will make your art bewilder AI models, fooling anypony trying to steal your specific style into instead mimicking the style of van Gogh!
(or somepony else - there’s more options than just van Gogh!)
Little break to get rid of the desire to draw Hoshino Ai, the love of my life forever ♥
Thank you all so much for the messages of support regarding my mother! I've read them all and I really appreciate it, sorry if I don't reply to all yet. It is a topic that still keeps me busy and that is hard for me to talk about. But thank you very much for the patience and love <3
that midjourney leak is remarkable to me in a very specific way. there is a huge amount of artists who have a wide array of styles on that list (hussie and the xkcd guy are on it!) and yet every single image that it produces looks like a sakimichan picture. bc the people who use it as a substitute for commissioning artists or learning to do art good think that specific aesthetic is the only "good" art style, so over the course of millions of billions of prompts the thing starts self selecting against literally all other styles in its internal list unless specifically told otherwise, so all its "artistic" outputs gradually start looking like undifferentiated shiny slop
it's almost fascinating. it also obv sucks donkey nuts in a big way that all these tech weirdos are falling over themselves to avoid just hiring artists to make art for them
?? someone’s rb’ing posts about ai-generated images as an accessibility tool for art but that doesn’t actually address the exploitation of artists & the use of their work to feed a neural network without their consent
Bringing more old Hakuouki art! ⚔️🌸 This is a 2015 artwork featuring Heisuke and Chizuru in their Hekketsuroku outfits that I did when I was first learning soft shading coloring!
