Airbnbs should be at least the quality of a shitty hotel, if you’re paying for 4 beds they better at least be separate structures even if one or two are pull outs or futons. Can someone please tell me why the bed I’m sleeping in tonight is less than a yard from the ceiling and noisier than my childhood third hand bunk bed? At least at a hotel I can semi-reliably count on a basic cleaning standard, instead of finding multiple loose skittles in the corner of the room amidst a whole litter of dust bunnies. I’m not even kidding when I tell you: I accidentally ripped off the bottom fake drawer in the bathroom because it was so poorly attached I thought it was painted shut, it was wood glued to a piece of wood that was (you guessed it) glued to the inside of the original opening. This place is the landlord special to end all landlord specials, I literally found white enamel spray paint in the cupboard. The only reason I’m not using said spray paint on the shed outside is because I wasn’t the one who picked the place out and paid for it, and I don’t want to cause any problems for my dad who did.
