We took that dumb clock back to the store!

And instead we all talked Cool Ken into getting one of those alarm clock watch thingys that vibrate on your wrist. It’s like really slim and just looks more like some athletic looking bracelet. Never would guess it’s an alarm clock honestly.

He got one in his favorite color, which is green by the way, and tried it out a few nights ago.

Dude. It was amazing. He woke up without any problems, and those of us who like to sleep in never heard him get up or anything. And we’re all happy about the new setup. It was perfect.

Hello, does anyone perhaps have any good alarm/clock app recommendations (for Android, without any gen AI additions) in which when the alarm rings, a voice says the time of ringing out loud as well? I used to have it as a setting in some phone a very long time ago, but I don't think it's built-in to the default clock app anymore ;-; Would really appreciate any recs, thank you!
