Made this yesterday and wanted more, so I made it again.

Fried some cumin, Aleppo pepper, black pepper, and MSG in butter, fried some eggs in that, then took the eggs out and fried sliced grape tomatoes, mini naan, and chives in more butter

Something we’re trying is incorporating more legumes into our weekly rotation of meals, and this was my first official entry into this new routine: sweet turkey sausage sauteed with chickpeas (and some onions and garlic) and topped with a lemony yogurt studded with Aleppo pepper. 

There will be more creative takes to come in the future, but this is your reminder that sometimes the best meal is one that’s simple, nourishing, and maybe not the most photogenic.
