I started out loving this idea but I hated the execution (God forbid me trying to manually draw another Batik pattern)

Fortunately after 8 hours it is finished. Now out of the Chromatic Crew (is that what you guys call them), only Delta hasn't received a pretty kebaya. I have plans.

I think I'll grow fond of this.

The fabric draped over Killer's shoulders is a last minute addition, it's called so many names that I cannot say exactly what it is. In Melayu, it is usually called Songket.

Purson: Queer. He hasn’t interacted with people enough to know exactly what he likes but he’s figuring it out! He has those “he’s so cool I wanna be like him” thought which in a few years at like 3am he’ll realize that that was a crush and thinking about every interaction he had

Elizabetta: Biromantic Demisexual. She’s spent so long thinking about the man she’s going to marry she never considered that women are an option too.

Kerori: Lesbian. She thinks girls are just so cute!!! Also *gestures to Gyari and akudol arc in general* She does think that male akudol’s are cool tho and knows when a guy is good looking but she not into them

Game Fuckery Help and Linux List [Update].

I'm avoiding re-installing this shit again, so in the meantime I'm sorting some stuff into lists. For Linux research purposes.

Edit: Standby Memory Allocation on Windows 10: New info coming in: That's not the issue. However, what i wrote below about TM is my own experience and has worked for me (without doing what Jessa was saying in the SB memory part, I remembered, hope I didn't waste anybody's time). Does it make sense? idk, but it's harmless, and if it's actually a thing and not just a freak coincidence, and can help anybody else then why not. I do remember trying it with and without cleaning cache :/ [for fuck sake the nerve on EA to put out for sale a new edition without improving it to 64bit]. As discussed by Jessa below, it's an OS problem. What worked for me, for some bizarre reason was to keep Task Manager on before and while playing the game. without it my game was crashing often, on my main non gaming computer. What solved it was fixing windows... for anyone's interested, the gory details are at the bottom of the post under the cut.

+ That combined with clearing cache often.

Task Manager thing briefly, for the curious (as if it interests anyone else but me, but in the interest of keeping track).

So the game was crashing often. That thing was easy to spot because the laptop would make loud airplane noises when I'd load the game. It got stuck or something, so I went to end it by force with task manager and noticed that all the resources where used to the max - right up until I'd open TM, and then everything would cool down. Like it was playing hide and seek with me. So I figured I'd get smart with it right back, and just leave TM open the whole time. Low and behold, the game stopped crashing. That combined with clearing cache often. Does it make sense? idk, but the computer works in mysterious ways.

saturday/sunday sleepover: is there a sleep or night-time headcanon you’d like to share about alina?

yes i do!!!

so alina is an incredibly cuddly person when she sleeps (i say as if she's not an incredibly cuddly person always - she loves physical affection and it's especially important for her in a relationship). once they start sharing a bed regularly (i kind of see this turning point in their relationship being around the beginning of b4), they settle into a routine where nate and alina will go to bed together every night. some nights they both sleep (and cuddle), but other nights nate will just have dedicated time to read while alina sleeps all tucked up against him and under his arm.

having a dedicated time to relax together and share in non-sexual physical (and oftentimes emotional, if they chat before bed) intimacy becomes such an important part of their relationship that alina is completely unwilling to give it up after she becomes a vampire and suddenly needs to sleep less. alina insists that they still have their dedicated cuddle time (as close to every night as possible, though that's not always an option), even if neither of them sleep that night. some nights they just cuddle and read their own books, or chat, or take turns reading to each other, etc. it's just about having that private and intimate time for them.

idk which school/hospital/library/corporate office needs to hear this but your bathroom facilities need to have doors that lock and toilets and sinks that consistently work and soap and towel dispensers that are consistently stocked and floors with undamaged tile that people can safely walk or roll a wheelchair over and there need to be grab rails and hooks for basic accessibility functions and there needs to be a gender-neutral bathroom that people can access without requesting a key or climbing seven flights of stairs with no elevator and there needs to be a safe place for women who cannot undress in the same room as a man to change and there need to be sanitary bins for disposing of menstrual supplies and there needs to not be broken glass just left on the floor for weeks at a time literally ever and yes, all of this costs money, but it is actually a good use of funds to make sure people can physically be in the building where your organization is located without compromising their health or safety or dignity. institutional recognition of the needs of the human body or i kill you!!

I love just opening tumblr on web and suddenly there's a new symbol in the corner that cannot even guess the meaning of and when I click it it brings me to a new type of dashboard that only partially works. I never want this website to change

Edit: Turned of a browers extension that changed the tumblr layout and now the layout of the page is fine (and Patio is labled lol). Some column types don't work but overally I think I actually like this. Won't use it as my primary dash but it's fun to have the option to keep my dash open while cleaning out my likes, for example. Or go scrolling through a tag/blog/etc
