While Alphine Skyline may be my last favorite chapter from AHIT (Again, not because it's bad, I always have a fun time with it but the other levels are just mo r e fun in mult opinion) I still want to show it some love in some fan projects and stuff.

AHIT Fanfic/AU with no title yet?

So. I came up with an idea. Like a few other people, I think Alphine Skyline needs more attention! So, I have brought the idea of the Illness back. :) What if it spread further than just Alphine Skyline? Ssoooooo, have a prologue! It would be amazing if you want to read it. I have so many ideas. <3

This takes place after the game’s finale. Not all timepieces are collected however.

It had taken days to gather everyone and even worse, to get them on the spaceship. There were so many people and every time the space child discovered there were even more people to rescue. She went all across the planet, even nearby ones. The Spaceship was full at some point.

“Darling? Shouldn’t you take a break? You look absolutely exhausted..” DJ Grooves said, sitting next to the girl on the soft green carpet in front of the giant window. The girl had been staring at the planet in the distance. She had been looking for distress calls for a whole week. Her Spaceship was now filled with Mafia Goons, birds of all kinds, cats and more. Of course she got helped by Bow Kid and Mustache girl.. But she couldn’t keep taking care of all of them.

“No.. There are still people who need help.” Hat Kid said with a sigh and rubbed her eyes. “This isn’t everyone. There are people missing.” She looked over her shoulder. DJ Grooves, the Conductor, the crow agents, owls and the penguins. The Empress and her cats.. The Mafia Boss and his goons.. The Goats and the Nomads. It looked like everyone.

Suddenly she felt an arm across her back. “Come on dear. You should go to bed. We will continue searching tomorrow.” DJ Grooves smiled and helped the child get up. “Now you must rest. We can take care of ourselves.” She looked at the penguin with tired eyes, but nodded. She slowly made her way towards the bedroom.. While the DJ and Bow Kid watched her go.

“She is going to be alright, isn’t she..?” DJ Grooves asked and looked at the green dressed girl next to him. “I don’t know. She can handle some stress but something else is bothering her.. I don’t know what though.. So far everyone is safe and sound. Mafia town is completely empty, so is the studio. Some cats may still be in Nyakuza Metro but the infection wasn’t there yet, we only picked them up to be sure. There may be some people left in Alphine Skyline..” She said and rubbed her chin as she started thinking. “I think it’s just the stress and exhaustion.. She might be thinking of a place to drop everyone off because we can’t keep everyone here forever. The oxygen will be running out eventually and we don’t have enough food for everyone. But no place is safe on your planet if I have to be honest..”

Bow Kid got caught into a gentle hug. She giggled and hugged DJ Grooves back “H-Hey, I am fine! I don’t need hugs!” She squeaked, enjoying the hug anyway. She had never been hugged by a penguin. “Darling, you’ve helped everyone as well. I think you should rest as well.”

“Aye, I agree!” The Conductor said, stepping forward. “We can keep ourselves safe on this ship. Ye should take some rest too kid.” He pat the girl on her head, causing her to smile. “Maybe I should.. Please keep an ‘eye’ out on everyone.” She giggled and ran off. “I will be back in a few hours! Don’t start fighting!”

 “. . . Why do people point that out all the time?” The yellow bird sighed and rubbed his face. “I DO HAVE EYES LASS.” He yelled as the girl quickly disappeared into the hallway to the bedroom. “Kids are a pain, Grooves, never get children ok friend?”

DJ Grooves chuckled. “I promise nothing sweetheart.”

 “Hey, what’s bothering you Hat?..” Bow asked as she entered. She knew Hat Kid wouldn’t be sleeping, instead, she was staring through the window with her nose and hands pushed against it. “I am worried.” She mumbled. Bow Kid went next to her and did the same, face pushed against the window. “About what? Everyone is safe and sound. So far, no one started a disagreement or a fight. Even Mu is doing okay! I think she is becoming friends with the Empress..”

Hat Kid snorted. “Yeah, of course. They fit together perfectly.. But no. That’s not it. They have to get off someday soon..”

“Yeah, but we all know that.” Bow kid said and leaned against her. “Who is missing?” Hat Kid quickly turned at her and bit on her lips. She turned the other way, looking at the extinguished candles. “..Snatcher…” She whispered and turned back to the window. “..I didn’t hear anything from him… I know-.. I know he doesn’t ask for help very quick. But the flowers will reach his area pretty soon, if it hasn’t already. I expected him to be here already with his minions and the dwellers.. He would’ve teleported here. I don’t know how they’ll affect his area, or him.” She couldn’t help but wipe a small tear away.  Bow Kid put her arms around her and nuzzled her cheek. “If he is still there it probably means he is fine Hat.. We will keep an eye out. Currently, the Conductor and DJ Grooves are taking our places so we can take a nap. Come on..” She began to pull her cape to get her to bed. “You’re tired, you have bags underneath your eyes. Don’t have me call the Conductor to force you!” Bow kid giggled.

Hat Kid smiled and nodded defeated. “..I guess a nap won’t hurt…”
