There are actually TWO people working at the clinic- Doc and Dia :]

Skyfire is the resident cybug at the veterinary clinic. Doc found him half frozen in the winter and nursed him back to health, and now he just lives there

Cosmos lives at Doc's house instead of the clinic, but they'll bring him in sometimes because otherwise he gets a little lonely :(

Dia has some cybugs as well! They started off with just one, but then things kept happening and now they have like, a whole scuttle of them.

They helped foster a couple of cybugs that were rescued, and ended up keeping both of them ^^" They then ended up with another after they uh... encountered a cybug traveling in their direction. Very swiftly. (Dia is still recovering.)

Also there's that one cybug in their garden that kinda hangs around their porch. He's an honorary member of their household, even though hes a stray

Doc is also a moderator on r/cybugs. He had to break up fights between Buster and Bob and became acquainted with them that way

also i didnt know where else to put this but. i imagine you can also hold seekers like how people hold small birds when they tag them.

Anyway, the long awaited (lying) continuation of this post!

This is the rest of Boxten and Poppy's friend group. They make Boxten worry and Poppy worse.

Gigi is the youngest of the group and arguably the most chaotic. She is not the loudest in the room, but she is definitely not the one leaving empty-handed. Her kleptomaniac tendencies got her barred from a lot of jobs early-one, so why not open up her own shop? Gigi's resourcefulness in finding treasure out of trash, social media literacy, and money-savvy attitude has made her small business very successful. She also has a constant supply of support from her parents and aunt, along with her dad's friends who own the lot her store is in. What can she say? She has extremely good luck.

Flutter is a quiet and well-mannered butterfly with only a reasonable amount of chaos in her brain. She grew up in a poorer environment with a ton of siblings with only one (Flyte) that she is close to. She loves to write and create stories but took journalism as a more "practical" degree in order to get out of her family's house. She works as a barista to pay off her debts while also working on her debut novel, "Into the Pits of Ichor", and journalism job hunting. She also has two small pairs of arms under her cloths (as all butterflies do), but they are hardly useful. She and Gigi are also high-school besties and are seen hanging out all the time.

Razzle and Dazzle are conjoined twins living on their own. They grew up in foster-care with no knowledge of their family before and aged out once they were old enough. With their combined bodies, they can work longer hours (each taking breaks while the other works) and get double the pay, which allows them to pay off their one-person apartment with little issue. They do not butt heads often, but they do have things they disagree about. Razzle does yearn for more, wanting to leave this mall and state to make it big as an actor or Broadway performer (despite singing terribly). Dazzle, does not have large ambitions, being content enough with their situation and not wanting to put their livelihood in jeopardy for something that is not guaranteed.

Cosmo is a Swiss roll who works for his family's small business. And by small business, I mean there are a couple stores around the mall all run by his family. He is an only child but grew up alongside a lot of cousins, so he understands the sibling experience. He also a hard worker who is kind of a pushover, often taking more work for himself to give other people an easier time, to his detriment on occasion. Despite that, he grew up in the mall's kitchen and loved every second of it, even going to a trade school after high school to get a certification for it. One day, he wishes to leave the nest and build his own restaurant, but as for now he is content in the mall.

After Poppy and Boxten became friends, Poppy met Gigi while looking for decorations for Classic Records. They became fast friends, and the three of them became a mix-matched trio. In Galactic books, Boxten met Flutter while sitting in for one of Brightney's book club meetings. The two of them became aquainted, but they did not become friends until Gigi formally introduced Flutter to the group and they hung out. After a bit of being a group, they enter Ribbon Captures to take some photos together. Razzle and Dazzle are working that day, and some small talk and Dazzle being recognized from the book club roped the twins into the squad's photos.

Later on, Cosmo enters the picture too, but he's more of an extra because he's usually too busy working to hang out. But that does not stop the gang from coming over and being annoying on their breaks~

i love the prospect that in a post-war au, some humans are talking to coswave about words for s/o's and someone goes "huh, well in english we have a few, you guys just have conjunx or bonded, right?" and cosmos is like "💕💕🤭🥰yeah soundwave is my conjunx🥰🤭💕💕" and soundwave is like "affirmative ... 💕" but someone's like "oh, well we have husband, wife, spouse, partner there are probably more but those are the main ones" and soundwave's like "!!" and cosmos is like "oh, you like one?" and soundwave just echoes out in perfect monotone, "soundwave: cosmos' loving wife" and that's it because i think she deserves it

The emojis made me giggle way too hard hold on. Cosmos absolutely uses a downright atrocious amount of emojis it’s more emoji than text. Hold on gimme a second

I totally love the idea of post war Cosmos and Soundwave get conjunxed and Soundwave regularly lets Cosmos go with him on his trips to Earth. Naturally the discussion of marriage is brought up and Cosmos is way too happy to talk about how much he loves his Conjunx (Soundwave doesn’t talk much about his personal life to humans. Or anyone, really. But especially to the humans—there’s only one human he’d be comfortable with talking to about that, and he’s gone). Cosmos is like a sponge, he loves learning new things about different species and integrating it into his own life if he can. So naturally, when he learns about different terms of endearment and names for loved ones, he’s quick to adapt them to show his affection for his Conjunx (though, he doesn’t quite understand strict gendered terms. He immediately calls Soundwave his wife and refuses to be corrected by anyone).

Soundwave finds it very silly and charming. Cosmos tries out different pet names (honey, darling, sweetheart, baby) and some receive a giggle of amusement while others receive a crinkled nose of displeasure. Cosmos chooses pet names depending on how amused Soundwave gets when he’s called them (“darling” always gets a flare of amusement from his partner, as does “honey” and “lover”).

Soundwave doesn’t quite understand nor care for pet names, but if they make his Conjunx happy then he’s happy to accept the new nicknames.

Guys. Guys how the heck did I get 600 followers in a month??

What if I made another AU but it’s mundane and everyone worked in a mall. How boring and unoriginal is that?

Anyways, welcome to the Dandy's Mall AU!! I don't know if this has been done before, but this is my own spin on the idea. This was kinda inspired by the Spotlight AU and Dandy's Block a little bit, but for the most part it's just me and my hcs making a story. Very mundane, very chill, definitely has no deeper lore or anything to remind people this is indeed derived from a horror Roblox game. Not at all.

The two "mains" in this AU are Boxten and Poppy. It follows their misadventures in adulthood, both in and out of the mall. They have a friend group too, but I wanted to showcase them first.

Boxten is a reserved and anxious wanna-be music artist. After getting his first degree in Music, he went back to college a year later to get something more "useful" in his eyes after not getting immediate results. His overprotective parents cut him off after this decision throwing him into the world with very little street-skills. However, he is determined to have a good life, so he works hard (sometimes to his detriment). His anxiety stops him from taking huge risks and being adventurous, but being around others makes him much more efficient and open, especially thanks to a bubbly outgoing Poppy knows just what to do to encourage him to break free and experience the world to its fullest.

Poppy is the typical spunky excitable girl who likes to try new things and live life to its fullest. She came from a somewhat rocky family, but those experiences have aided her to be self-sufficient and resilient in the face of opposition. She works two jobs to avoid boredom, and she is getting her degree online on the side. She is trying to settle down, but her tendency drift is making that difficult. At least she has a grounded friend like Boxten who is able to keep her head out of the clouds.
