✧ General Creepypasta Headcanons ✧
𖦹⭒°。⋆𖦹 The Lady Oracle's AU 𖦹⋆°。⭒𖦹
Featuring: The Slenderman, Jeff the Killer, Jane the Killer, BEN Drowned, Eyeless Jack
a/n: Just jotting down some of the general headcanons that have been piling up in my notes app! Honestly it's so much that its starting to lag down the note LOL!
Also I take requests so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE shoot them into my ask box!
cw/tw: mention of murder (obvi), mention of torture, mention of vomiting, implications of 'incidents', implications of cannibalism
Tumblr media
The Slenderman/The Operator
10ft tall...and then some
He/Him/It
Goes by both Slenderman and the Operator. The only difference is that he makes his Proxies only address him as the Operator. Denizens (lower ranking creeps, I'll make another post about this probably for my au...) are allowed to address him as either. This is to make sure that the Proxies don't get 'too friendly' with him
Seldom cares about anything going on between the people who live in the manor unless it directly affects him. Will actually get so annoyed if people bother him with petty problems or drama. He only cares about his things, his home, and his business
Is basically a dirty, evil capitalist landlord
Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss fr fr /hj
Is very supernaturally inclined. Reads books, casts spells, and brews potions. Is very knowledgeable of other realms, creatures, and magicks
Is very secretive with everyone in the Slender Woods. For all they know; he is the strongest, most powerful entity there is in the woods and they should fear him. This is how Slenderman likes to keep things
Out of touch with humanity, but sometimes its really funny! He will forget that humans need food to survive, and finds it 'inconvenient' that they need air to breathe...okay maybe its only funny to me
He finds some human things charming! Like fashion - he has a tie for every occasion and always wants to look presentable. He also loves a good riddle
Thrives with paperwork. Literally has a contract for every Proxy and Denizen. Loves structure
Will call the Denizens his 'children' at times....but will seldom ever call his Proxies his children. Proxies are regarded more as property or dogs than they are people
Jeff the Killer
Denizen (at age 21)
Is 29 years old
He/Him/His
5'10 with wide shoulders, a thin waist, and moderate muscle mass
I headcanon Jeff to be half Korean (on his mother's side) I believe this due to the traditional pronunciation of Liu's name
Loves using a knife as his primary murder method because its intimate - he truly considers it to be an art
Is close with BEN. He sees BEN as like a younger sibling (similar to Liu.) So he spends a lot of time barging into BEN's room (much to his distaste) and annoys the fuck out of him. I think he does this because he's pretty lonely too but doesn't want to admit it...
Before his psychotic break, he was obsessed with other famous serial killers. His other hobbies before murdering his parents include: manifestos, torture methods, and anatomy
Is a total metal head - doesn't listen to anything except for alternative music
Will totally ask you to "name 3 songs" if you're wearing a band t-shirt (even if he doesn't know the band...)
Owns a tattoo gun! Is really fucking bad at giving tattoos.....
BEN Drowned
Denizen
He/Him/His
I think of BEN as a sort of shapeshifter. Taking inspiration from the game Majora's Mask, I like to think that BEN is able to change his "skin" to however he wants to appear, but has a default form that gradually changes (so for example depending on who he chooses for a victim, he can portray himself as a 12 year old boy, a teenager, or even older) but his default form is one that can age as though he never drowned as a boy
This isn't just limited to age - he can use this to look as freaky as he wants. Usually this is just to make himself look more uncanny for his victims
I don't think BEN in my AU is the ghost of Ben Lawman (the boy who drowned) I think that Ben Lawman's essence was twisted and possessed by something inherently evil during his death
When he was found in the woods, the Slenderman saw the wicked potential that this new entity possessed and offered him a deal
Probably like 5'5"-5'6"
Skinny, like really skinny - despite how much he eats
BEN is a total incel :/
Frequent Discord, Reddit, and Twitch user
Despite the Slenderman giving him the incredible gift to age as if he never died, he is still so fucking immature. it's like dealing with a child
He always seems annoyed when anyone comes to talk with him. He takes everything as an attack and has the crudest, most annoying, immature sense of humor
He has to be bribed to do LITERALLY ANYTHING
His room smells like dirty socks and vape juice
Literal definition of "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY ROOM I'M PLAYING MINECRAFT"
Jane the Killer
Denizen
28 years old
Latina
Lesbian
She/her/hers
5'7" . Soft hourglass-shaped build with strong thighs and legs!
She is a woman of science and logic, and is overall just a very intellectual woman - lowkey kind of nerdy, it's sweet if you get to know her
Comes across as 'no nonsense' to newbies and people who don't know her well, but she's secretly very sarcastic and clever! She has the realest conversations, and is a powerful ally to have
There are a lot of rumors about her in the manor, because she seems to be the Slenderman's favorite
Oftentimes is doing a lot of household errands or chores for the Slenderman as part of her contract
Helps compile mission files for targets (sometimes helps with research, but mostly puts them together and then serves the assignments underneath resident doors)
Does the interrogations and initiation processes for new recruits to the manor (asks them questions to build their contract, shows them around, etc)
Quick-witted and sarcastic - doesn't let anyone talk shit to her. Literally no misogynistic comment goes by unchecked. She absolutely tears into the creeps that come at her
Has an absolute adoration for old horror films, true crime, and investigation shows
She loves solving mysteries or puzzles. Brain teasers and riddles are totally her thing! But...is like way too good at it. I mean, she can guess the answer to any riddle first or second try, and she's ALWAYS guessing the ending of movies within the first fifteen minutes. It kind of takes the fun out of everything
Usually likes to spend her down time alone. She feels like the 'mom' of the mansion otherwise (and hates when she feels like that)
Eyeless Jack
5'11" with a slim yet muscular build
25 years old
He/Him/His/They/Them
EJ is exceptionally intelligent - both in creative problem solving and just in general with his anatomical knowledge
He's is so quiet in everything he does. Sometimes this is comforting and sometimes its creepy. He's silent. He types quietly, he wraps wounds quietly, he cleans quietly....kind of just a strong and silent type kind of dude
He is the only resident of the manor that the other creeps feel safe and comfortable getting care from, because he actually keeps a sterile and clean environment while he performs operations
KIND OF RANDOM! But I think his parents were total hippies (literal cultists)
I like to think he was a vegetarian before the incident :'(
His skin looks super ashy gray but it's actually super smooth - he moisturizes all the time in attempts to get his radiant glowy skin back but it never really works with his dark gray skin
Has to wear eye masks to bed so that the ooze doesn't get all over his pillows and sheets. Usually he doesn't care if it drips on him or his clothes, but hates when he wakes up and it's all over his face
Cannot eat anything besides human organs without vomiting - and HATES vomiting. Like he's developed somewhat of a fear of it now...especially how it looks when it comes up
Tumblr media
That's just about it for now! Thanks byyyeeee~!
xoxo -Oracle

your art is so cute and i love the artstyle, can i ask how did you developed it?
well i've been an anime fan since i was a pre-teen so i started by imitating pieces of official art/screencaps of shows that i liked. as the years went by i acquired a better grasp of anatomy by trial and error and doing the proper research, but i wasn't Fully satisfied with my style because it didn't look as cartoonish as i wanted it to be, and this year i went ahead and studied shape language + different heavily stylized stuff that i enjoyed (but didn't necessarily want for myself as a whole) to see what i liked from each style and incorporate those characteristics into my own art. thanks to that i learned not to overcomplicate things because when i think Too Hard about a drawing That's when i end up screwing up, and that if parts of it needed fixing, then i could do that once the overall image of what i wanted was done. coloring wise i wouldn't say i had any conscious development aside from getting into color theory recently 'cause i just pick what i think looks best, but when it comes to shading i took inspiration from old book illustrations. and yeah that's pretty much it lol... thank you also !!!

do you have any drawing tips? i'm just starting out and your style inspires me to keep going fr!!
HIYA !!! thank you that is so kind of you, i would say to keep drawing with references and do studies!! typically art studies (in like art school lol) are of old masters (da vinci, etc) but doing studies of styles that you like, like trying to copy a certain artist you like, also helps you develop skills !!
for example, lots of people (especially fanartists lol) do studies of artists like leyendecker while making the models their favorite characters/ocs, so it helps to make studies fun. literally look up leyendecker study on tumblr dot com and you will see hundreds.
(gets a bit long and rambly so i've thrown it under the cut :')
Tumblr media
style studies can be anything! above was done while watching wolfwalkers, just loose sketches that copied the style as the movie went along. i love the design and style in that film, wanted to incorporate it in my character design work, so i tried it out myself! it let me know the kinds of shapes used in the construction, the way it moves (wrt to animation) and silhouettes. by copying something, you learn how to do it on the way (so the kinds of colors used, what works best with shading, etc) it's like. reverse engineering
even very loosely copying something to identify what you like about the style helps! these were modelled after the way slimsense on ig paints (her work is 2nd + 4th examples below, my attempts at 'paint' 1st and 3rd lol), but doesn't really look like her work. i'm not necessarily trying to make perfect copies. i liked that her paint didn't blend perfectly, was blocky, and the additional lineart over the painting, so i brought that into my own art. i tried to create a painting style that was 'my own' off of lots of trial and error, and seeing what stuck!
Tumblr media
also find brushes you like! adobe has a bunch on their page (if you have photoshop, but i know there's some for procreate and other programs) and if you want the adobe brush files, lmk. i will send a drive link to you LOL (sketches of the same characters, using different brushes below. the two i used the most often, one being a solid inker and the other being a paintbrush)
Tumblr media
generally doing figure drawing is good too. i've heard advice about art where you can only start breaking the rules after you understand them, and a good grasp on anatomy, proportions, etc is definitely a good place to start! good sites to use for this are line of action for poses, and the morpho books (if you need pdfs of this let me know, though you should be able to find them if you look lol) !
i would also say learn perspective early on. i have no tips for you here i am so sorry. i didn't and now it bites me in the ass, but there has to be a youtube tutorial for this out there that can help you AND me. same goes for color theory. quickly dropping my favorite van gogh quote of all time:
Tumblr media
(quote is from a letter to his brother) just everyone needs the fundamentals first. don't worry about a personal style: that just comes naturally as you develop as an artist, and i was certainly inspired by a lot of the things i watched/consumed and artists i admired which absolutely shows in my work i think (manet. western comics. fma. avatar. pjo fanart. there are tells. you know how it is.)
also flip your canvas !!! like see below ... frankly this marcille is so lopsided (her entire face should shift to the left) LOL !! flipping horizontally makes the anatomy mistakes obvious, and shows you you what you need to fix. i should never have posted this as is but sometimes it works for humor and an artist is lazy </3
Tumblr media
AND ALWAYS USE REFERENCES WHEN YOU CAN!! i should use more references tbh!!! it helps with posing, getting anatomy correct, etc, and my friends use pinterest a lot, though i tend to just google when i need to LOLLL
Tumblr media
also draw what you like. there is genuinely nothing that is better for your art than getting into something REALLY BAD and then non stop drawing it. time + practice will lead to improvement no matter what the subject is!
i hope this was not too much information all at once !!! and some of it is helpful!!! it's a lot of basic improvement tips that i try to practice and use when i can :) so sorry that this got so long!!!!

what was your inspiration behind monotora?
Since Rexx was the one to create Monotora, I've asked him to answer this question (everything below is what she's written):
When it came to replacing Monokuma for DR96 it took a lot of thought and planning on how we could have a character that can stand out to be a threat rather than something that's passive aggressive like Monokuma himself. Throughout the months of production they went through so many design ideas it was tough to find one where it wasn't too complex or it didn't fit in with the setting DR96 was taking place.
First one was done in around the end of September 2021, and originally they were going to be blue/dark grey - but I did not want to get any comparisons to Sans so I immediately changed them to a very desaturated orange/dark grey with blue eyes. It didn't really last long though since their colours felt like they weren't really popping out enough and were bland. I also went overboard with their markings so they needed to be simplified. (I would've shown what they'd be if they were blue but unfortunately it's been lost </3)
Tumblr media
Second concept was a little after in around early October 2021 for a reference sheet, they were still going to be bipedal and had a lot more scars on their body (except those were done as a deliberate design choice rather than something you'll receive in a fight.) They were more scruffy with an ear notch included and had an overbite, but this didn't really last long until I did another concept design for them. Around this period I struggled a lot when it came to designing them without stepping into the complex design boundaries.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Third concept was originally going to be used for their splash art but I wasn't really fond of that pose and the yellow scars were so icky to me so then they were edited to be more fleshy coloured (as in a shade of red you'd get from freshly opened wounds) which leads to their splash art we used to reveal Monotora to the discord server during the announcement (which was drawn in November 2021 time) I was going through the period of learning to draw a lot of sharp teeth so the anatomy looked really rough.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A lot of these are really old and outdated but the most up to date version is what they currently look up to chapter 3, they have a more animalistic look and they're no longer bipedal. Generally they're really fun to draw and goof around with and it's been fun using them for DR96 :)
Tumblr media
I do have a list of characters/creatures that are main inspirations to fleshing out Monotora's personality and traits here:
Monokuma + Monokid; these two were mainly a guideline to starting off with designing a mascot for the killing game.
Doraemon; at the very beginning his design was Monotora's main inspiration but overtime things would've been changed or scrapped, however a few traits are still there such as Monotora being able to hid things in their stomach like how Doraemon can hide things in his little pocket on his stomach.
Nightmare Fredbear + Montgomery (FNAF); these two characters helped flesh out that 'threatening robot' kind of thing (Fredbears off-putting dialogue in UCN and Montgomery's temperament and determination to hunt you down in SB). A fun fact is that Monty's voice is my personal HC voice for Monotora lol
The indoraptor (Jurassic World); a pretty obvious thing from the indoraptor is it being built to be used as a weapon, Monotora has the capability of killing just like the indoraptor (only differences is that Monotora doesn't have the laser targeting system and they're smaller than the indoraptor). But generally Monotora gets their animalistic behaviour from this dinosaur. I've also seen a few people mention how Monotora looks similar to Mapleshade from Warrior Cats but she was never ever used for inspiration (which is surprising considering I have the books) LMAOOOO

Who are your favourite artists? Greatest inspirations?
Im not entireeelyyy sure about my favorite artists honestly. J.C Leyendecker is a huge inspiration for me, and Im inspired by a lot of Genndy Tarkovoskys work and designs, Im generally a huge fan of art styles that include graphic and geometric elements. Keith Harring is also an artist I enjoy
Im mainly inspired by a lot of collaborative efforts like shows and such. Huge style inspirations come from The Venture Bros (shocker!) Spawn, various comic book artists (Im a sucker for that stuff, even though Ive never committed to actually buying comic issues. Any reccomendations are welcome!)
Im also inspired by the shows I watched as a kid, primarily old Hanna-Barbera cartoons, those hold a special place in my heart. Other shows I watched as a kid are like, Invader Zim, Courage the Cowardly Dog, 6Teen (remember that show?) as well as various animes I used to watch, that all really helped me develop my art style.
And finally just in general I looovee concept art. Concept art makes me so happy. Music inspires me a lot, as basic as that sounds. ALSO this sounds weird but im also really inspired by surgeries and photos and paintings of human anatomy, its like a morbid curiosity thing but it interests me so much. I think it would be cool to get to watch a surgery. Thats my weirdest inspo I think
I think thats all that comes to mind, I probably could name more artists but my memorys really shit lol

I just saw a chiluc ask with reading hcs and ive gotten iNSPIRED--
I feel like shenhe would know how to read ancient languages but cant read for shit when it comes to the modern tongue. Im p sure the adepti havent really taught her much of anything relating to present day so shes really helpful for when they get stuck in ancient ruins with puzzles-- just kinda reading the ancient script on the wall out loud to them and stuff
Ayato i feel like-- would read out poetry. Haikus specifically. Oh god-- remember the haiku battle from Avatar?? YES. THAT. And it also becomes double purpose since it helps shenhe practice writing in modern Common and everyone also has fun! Win win!!
Yelan feels bilingual or like a polyglot to me, especially because she works undercover a lot. She needed to learn a lot of languages to pull those personas off. That also means her accent is shit-- as a person whos bilingual, i can attest to that. Been made very self conscious of my atrocious accent whenever i speak my mother tongue lol. But i feel like yelan hides it really well. She only lets the accent slip out with the bullies which is really sweet to me since theyre the only ones who get to hear her "real" voice (and wont make fun of her for her atrocious accent im not projecting yOU ARE--)
Diluc feels like a guy who reads things out loud a lot. Either it be reciting a list of mission parameters to the bullies or even just reading out tax paperwork to help bore the bullies to sleep, he be readin. If the kids were also here, he'd definitely be the type to read them to sleep every night. The kicker is that they cant tell whatever it is hes gonna read for them that night-- it could be the history of horticulture, or something entirely Liyuean (yelan is live translating in the background) or an actual bedtime story. But it doesn't matter, because hearing Diluc fondly describe turtle anatomy or whatever else is enough sign for them to know theyre loved (give it up for "diluc should adopt diona" truthers)
Tumblr media
I definitely think Shenhe has an easier time. Reading blueprints old schematics, and reference material than books. Because that's all, I imagine Cloud Retainer has in reading material-wise. But I think she likes Diluc reading stories to her, though. Diluc has a nice voice. And she does end up picking up more interest in reading after Diluc's recommendations.
And mostly because Yelan and Ayato have a high reading compensation and enjoy more classical material than the more accessible things Diluc and Shenhe like. Like Diluc, he enjoys classical literature and encyclopedias, but I think he has the best time reading stories with his kids and Shenhe.

Your art is so amazing, I am in LOVE. What/who inspired your art style? If there were any.
hahaha shoot thank you so much!!! ive been working with MEANBOSS super closely on our collaborative freak comix since 2018 so over time i definitely starting aping off what he was doing & vice versa, i loved his hatching & studied what he was doing with faces super closely cus theyre amazing
ALSO im in my 30s & grew up back when they used to play old ultraviolent 80s anime movies at 6am on the scifi channel on saturdays, & one of my true loves to this day is yoshiaki kawajiri. he directed vampire hunter d bloodlust, bio-hunter, wicked city, demon city shinjuku, cyber city oedo 808, & like 5billion other weird movies with the word city in em LOL. im not a one-for-one copy but if you look at kawajiri's stuff you can absolutely see his fingerprint on what i do! the general influence of gritty weird cybernetics & overall cyber terror before technology became a normal thing to culture at large is also firmly from this era, & it's something i wanna continue to emulate going forward in LOVOS4017.
ALSO another big influence was masayuki taguchi's work on the 15 volume-long battle royale manga which is just about the most alienating & disgusting extreme gore comic you can find, significantly worse than anything uziga or kago is putting out imo. (quick addendum but fuck uziga.) i read this in highschool with my buddy at the time, we used to own different volumes & trade them back and forth during class depending on which one we were missing LOL. my roughs for sad sack had battle royale manga all over it, i LOVE how grotesque taguchi pushes faces, like not one person is pleasant to look at.
ALSOOOO definitely kouta hirano of hellsing fame but only the first 2 or 3 books when he was doing really sloppy inks as i only read the first couple books back in the day & didnt check out the rest of it until years later. my hair movement, inks with white outlines, & every tooth in the mouth thing are straight outta hirano's playbook!
ALSOOOOOOOOO id be a liar if i didnt give jhonen vasquez the credit he's due with johnny the homicidal maniac, hail to the king baby lol. i dont push it as hard as he does, but his stuff gave me total permission to completely shatter skull anatomy in the service of a Bigger More Crazy Facial Expression, & i still use that trick to this day!
there're smatterings of suehiro maruo, shintaro kago, junji ito, francisco goya (disasters of war era specifically), francis bacon, art spiegelman, & charles burns in there as well, but those up there in the list are the big influences! fun fact ive gotten comparisons to the old æon flux cartoon from mtv in the past, but i actually never saw æon flux until like Super recently so i just assume peter chung & i had similar inspirations lmao, like you can already follow the inspiration line pretty clearly with gustav klimt -> peter chung -> jhonen vasquez so i figure i just took my inspo from someone later down the line in that thread lol
ok thats all i got for this question THANK FOR PLAYIN i sincerely love getting the opportunity to talk shop!!!!!!

Artist Resources (Part 1?)
This is basically just going to be a bunch of resources I have found to be useful. I can’t say that I’ve used all of them, but I’m sure they’re all worth checking out.
I’m also gonna try to put a detailed description for most of the links so you have a better idea of what you’re getting. I apologize in advance if some of them are redundant lol
(I put “Part 1″ if in the case I make another one)
~Links to Tutorials, Tips, Resources, etc~
Another Resource List -- Leads to another Tumblr post. Apparently, the post isn’t mobile-friendly, so it’s suggested to view this on Tumblr browser. Has a bunch of other links. I’ve checked out a few of them (mainly the copyright stuff lol), and it seems that some of the links may be a bit outdated. Still, it doesn’t hurt to check out the links.
Arms and Legs -- Leads to another Tumblr post. A handy tutorial on elbow and knee placement.
Art & Game Dev -- This leads to my personal playlist of a bunch of YouTube videos. Has a bunch of tutorials and interesting videos that I’ve collected over the course of a few years lol.
Blamblot -- A website that contains resources and tutorials on comic lettering. This is primarily in reference to western comics, but it doesn’t help to take a looksie.
Commission Calculator -- Leads to another Tumblr post. Helps artists to stop selling themselves short.
Comparing Heights (hikaku-sitatter) -- A height comparer for centimeters.
Comparing Heights -- A height comparer for feet and inches.
Mouth Shapes and Lip-Syncing -- Leads to another Tumblr post. Useful for... drawing mouth shapes.
Reference Angle -- Useful for when you’re trying to map out a face from an odd angle.
Soft Proofing for Printing -- Leads to another Tumblr post. Helps when you’re trying to make prints of your artwork.
Textures -- A website full of different and mostly free textures. While this website is made for 3D texturing, it can also be useful for 2D drawings. Signing up gives you 15 free credits everyday, and you can use those credits to download some textures for free.
The Models Resource -- A website of models ripped from a wide array of games.
The Spriters Resource -- A website of sprites ripped from a wide array of games.
The Textures Resource -- A websites of textures ripped from a wide array of games.
~Links to Stock Images~
Please check out whatever policies they may have for their images before using them!
(not sure if any of them are active anymore as I followed some of these accounts a long time ago when I used to be more active on Deviant Art lol)
adorkastock (formerly senshistock)
anatoref -- Leads to another Tumblr post. Has a bunch of hand photo references
charligal-stock
HumanAnatomy4Artist -- Does contain nudity
null-entity
PhelanDavion
RobynRose
~Links to Other Artists~
Akihito Yoshitomi -- Yoshitomi is a mangaka who has tutorials on manga making. He also has an insightful series in which he drafts and draws a 30-page manga in 18 days. Remember that every artist works differently and his process may be different from another’s.
Drawfee -- Drawfee is an improv drawing show of four artists: Nathan Yaffe, Jacob Andrews, Julia Lepetit, and Karina Farek. While they don’t have tutorials in a sense, their videos explain the different processes they go through as they draw. They also occasionally provide tips, tricks, and resources in their videos. They do have another channel and a Twitch channel where they host drawing classes in addition to other fun shenanigans.
EtheringtonBrothers -- Has a bunch of useful and eye-catching tutorials called “How to Think When You Draw”.
Mark Crilley -- Mark is a comic artist, specializing in manga, who has a bunch of tutorials about anatomy, perspective, comic making, and other things.
Miyuli -- Miyuli is an artist who posts tutorials on their Twitter. Their tutorials range from anatomy to clothing to other things. They even have a few books of art tips. Currently (as of the time of posting this), their 2018 version is free for download, so I highly recommend you download that. Some tips may be outdated, but they should still be helpful.
Whyt Manga (Twitter/YouTube) -- Odunze is a comic artist, specializing in manga, that has a bunch of tutorials on manga making and drawing characters of color.
~Links to Free Programs~
Blender -- A free 3D program if you’re into 3D modeling and such. I also personally haven’t used Blender (I use Maya lol), but I know it’s a respectable program.
Krita -- A free painting program if you can’t afford Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint. I personally haven’t used Krita, but I have recommended it to a few friends and they have positive reviews about it.
Paint Tool SAI -- Okay, this one isn’t free, but it’s a significantly cheaper painting program where you don’t have to pay a subscription. It’s 5,500JPY (~50 USD). I’m not sure how well it still works on modern computers (the last update was 2016), but I still use it here and there because I love the pen tool feature it has, and it still works like a charm for me.
~General Tips From Raine~
Raine admits that she’s guilty of not following her own advice, but Raine hopes that the tips that she does know will be beneficial to someone who will follow them. She’s also going to keep all her tips under the cut so as to not make this post a huge wall of text (even though it technically already is lol)
Also, if you have some resources, tutorials, tips yourself, please feel free to send them to me and maybe I’ll make a part 2 to this post!
ALWAYS LOOK FOR REFERENCE. This should really go without saying. You can’t draw from life if you refuse to observe life itself.
If you can’t find the exact thing you need, MAKE YOUR OWN REFERENCE. Time and time again, I can’t find something exactly that I need. So instead, what I do is that I take pictures of my own reference. Sometimes I even grab a friend and take pictures of them doing whatever it is I need.
Have a mirror handy when you’re drawing. Sometimes what you need is actually right there in front of you.
Having trouble drawing something? Do some studies. Take the time to understand what it is you’re drawing. I can’t remember the exact story, but I heard that the people who were working on Tarzan were having a hard time drawing his hands. So, what they did was spend a few hours looking at hands to try and understand how they work.
IT’S OKAY TO STUDY THE ART OF OTHER ARTISTS. Just as we look to the old masters as a reference, it’s definitely okay to look at modern-day artists for reference. Just don’t go copying exactly everything that they do, or worse, trace what they do. Just don’t do it... at all.
Not every line needs to be realized. The viewer of your work will automatically connect the dots.
DO NOT TRASH YOUR OLD DRAWINGS. Please, never ever do this. Your old drawings have value to them, even if they look terrible to you. Old drawings may hold ideas for things you could do for the future. They also serve as a way to see how far you’ve come as an artist.
GETTING BETTER AT DRAWING TAKES TIME AND EFFORT. You’re not gonna get better overnight. It’ll take months, or even years, to feel like you’re a competent artist, and even then, you’ll still have room for improvement.
DON’T LOOK DOWN ON YOURSELF IF YOU’RE TAKING A LONG TIME TO GET BETTER. It’ll be better for your mental health in the long run.
Alternatively, DON'T LOOK DOWN ON OTHER ARTISTS EITHER, ESPECIALLY TO MAKE YOURSELF FEEL BETTER. You know the struggles it took for you to get where you are, so don’t go putting down other people when you’ve been in their shoes once.
KEEP DRAWING. If you’re not making an effort to get better, then you’re not going to be better. I get that it’s hard to find the inspiration to draw (I’m very guilty of this), but just keep trying. It doesn’t have to be big or spectacular. You don’t even have to post it if you’re the type who likes to post their art stuff.
Try to find references from real-life. It’ll help you better understand form, lighting, shadows, etc., especially if you’re going for a more realistic kind of art style. Otherwise, finding reference from things like cartoons, anime, comics, etc. are just as good.
Try new things. Try new art mediums. Try a different art style. Switch up the way you do things. Maybe you’ll hate it, maybe you’ll like it. Who knows if you don’t try.
Watch time-lapses (or speed draws/speed paints) of other artists!
Pinterest and Google are your friends if you need tutorials or references or whatever.
If you’re offering commissions, DO NOT WORK UNDER YOUR LOCAL MINIMUM WAGE. You are literally devaluing the work you actually put into a piece.
I like to think I’m an aficionado of Photoshop, so feel free to ask me questions on how to achieve something! I’ve used Photoshop for about 11 years now and know my way around the program. On another note, I do recommend setting custom keyboard shortcuts in Photoshop because the default shortcuts are terrible (in my opinion), and because having custom shortcuts increases the speed of your workflow.
Because I’ve been seeing this a lot lately in Twitter, you’re never too old to start in art. Art is just one of those things that anyone can pick up at any age because the only thing you really need to get good in art is time, diligence, and patience.
Try not to post hi-res images of your artwork to prevent art stealers from selling your artwork in high resolution.
Always, always, always add your signature and watermark on your artwork. I like to add my signatures and watermarks in places that’ll be hard to erase or crop out. I’ve also seen people add their signatures and watermarks in creative ways (ex. on a character’s shirt). You need to protect your work in an era where people will just blatantly steal it and make profit off your work.

Hello lovely! Could I get a dead by daylight matchup? Could you match me with a killer please, thank you 🥺
I’m non-binary with they/them pronouns <3 I’m pansexual with a preference for males 👉👈
Appearance: I’m 5’6, slightly fluffy right now, but overall strong. I have icy blue eyes, short fluffy hair (originally my hair is dirty blonde/ ginger, but I dye it crazy colours constantly) right now its white & brown. My hairstyle looks very much like Quentin Smith’s. I’m extremely pale, I practically glow in the sunlight. I have a birthmark in the middle of my cheek, and smile lines. My lips are naturally very full and rosy, but my smile is odd and literally goes “w” 😭 I have birthmarks all over actually nvhchfb shh-
Fashion: I wear darker clothes, mostly with a red and black aesthetic. My usual shoes are my black, lace-up doc martens, accompanied with black high waisted jeans and a t-shirt with a design on it or a button-up shirt. I’ll change my style depending on my mood really. My other favourite outfit is of course my boots and jeans then a fluffy lighter coloured sweater like pastel yellow or periwinkle. I’ll wear outfits inspired by characters occasionally!
Hobbies: I enjoy skateboarding, hikes, swimming, reading, listening to music, singing (I’ve been told I’m good at it?), writing, cooking, watching horror movies, videogaming, and doing photography! I spend most of my time with my pets! A dog, cat, and two lizards :D
I’ll sometimes write notes on human anatomy/psychology since I’m a forensics student and its my main interest :)
Personality: I’m naturally very quiet and tend to be shy around strangers. I’m a very caring person, if I see someone get hurt my first instinct will be to see if they’re ok. I’m also very loyal, I’ll be there for my friends and people I love no matter what. I’m very creative, I occupy myself with artistic hobbies and problems are usually easy for me to work through because of it. I can empathise with people quite easily, thats how I make friends very quick! I’m very observant, I find it simple to figure out people’s personalities quickly. Finding someone’s true intentions is never an issue. I’m very polite, even if I don’t find someone particularly pleasing, I won’t be rude to them. Don’t let my outside personality fool you.. I’m quite silly and love to joke around and tease friends! I “revert to being a five year old” once in a while and will get very loud, puppy-like energy. (Sometimes I’ll grab onto my friend’s arms and hide behind them when i’m like this lol). I’ll blabber on for hours about random things and get distracted by a dog or other animal and then have to talk about that hfhfhfb. I’m generally just friendly and will make friends easily.. I’m the one to make friends with the kid who no one talks to 👉👈
The downfalls to my personality? I have horrible social anxiety and have panic attacks around large crowds. Sometimes if I feel like i’m annoying or a bother I become very distant/quiet. I’m very clingy and get distressed if my friends seemingly “ignore me”. I’m super touch starved and will literally beg for hugs or attention from my friends. I can also get a bit temperamental if I get overworked or stressed. I try not to snap at people, and friends know to leave me alone for a bit. (Hugs or tea will fix this issue)
Likes: Animals, music, art, true crime, horror, psychological horror, books, Victorian era styling, Halloween, sweets, sweaters, cuddles!, affection, rain, fall, naps, warm tea, the outdoors, plushies, and wacky earrings.
Dislikes: Hot weather, rude people, being alone for long periods of time, being misunderstood, spicy things, and deep murky waters (other than a pool).
Weird facts: I can name any dog’s breed if you show me a picture :D! I speak Italian. Uhm I squeak when I’m excited lol. I am extremely flexible, and have accidentally scared people like that…
Thats all! Thank you so much and I hope you have a lovely day! <3

I match you with Frank, Julie, Susie, and Joey aka Legion!
Your attire caught Julie's and Susie's attention. You obviously had good taste, and they could tell by how you took care of your hair also. Not to mention, your smile was SO cute, but they couldn't just go and suggest to the guys that they should all secure you merely by your style.
Little did the girls know, the guys had taken notice of your interests. Not only are you cute when you act all shy, but Frank sees potential in you when you rush to save David from the hook and you manage to lift the huge man and patch his shoulder. Joey appreciates the loyalty you show.
You emphasize four of them. Frank how badly he was usually treated in foster homes. Joey came from a rich family but wanted to be a person of his own and not just the heir of a rich family. Julie wanted freedom and a bigger more meaningful life while Susie just wanted the gang to stick together and always be friends.
You see past their walls, lies, and sweet talk so it's hard for Frank to manipulate you, but the rest of the gang just suggests that they should all be honest with you. So when they approach you and ask if you would be interested to be with them, you blink before blushing and asking if you could learn to know them first. Which is totally okay with them.
You're shy, they get it and they do their best not to alarm you. Julie and Susie told the guys to be more sensitive around you, but the young men just laughed and told the girls that you are tougher than you let them see.
These four Killers absolutely LOVE IT when you cling to them in fear or out of shyness. They feel like you trust them.
Frank and Susie are huge dog fans. Frank likes how loyal they and he bonded with this misunderstood Pitbull in one of his foster families. Sadly, he had to move to another home and leave the dog he bonded with behind. Susie loves cute dogs, but her taste is a little funny. Not everyone thinks Bull Terriers are that cute as she says they are.
They love watching old horror movies with you, because you tend to analyze the killers or ghosts or demons and it's honestly fun for them to hear your take on things.

Hi there!! (^~^)/ I really like your ideas and your writing is really great! Do you have any thoughts about the whole team?? Like what do they do when they're not working??
Hello sweet anon! So sorry for the long wait, I’ve been mentally rotting these days.;;; I finally, FINALLY got to this ask! I adore exploring the rich inner lives that these lads must inevitably lead when they’re not putting on full mafioso airs.
Special thanks goes to @amarettocoffee for her input and for listening to me talk about this idea. I banged this whole thing out in the span of about 20 minutes and she was like yeah this looks legit. Shoutout to @vanwizard for their fucking phenomenal post about Giorno’s greenhouse, which I reference. Also, creds to @bucciaratis-titty-window, whose character study posts are referenced twice.
HCs About Team Buccellati When They’re Not Working
Content Warnings: very brief mention of suicidal ideation (what? I’m bringing up Abbacchio alone with his own thoughts, this was obviously gonna happen).
It goes without saying that Mista, Narancia and Fugo hang out even without team obligation—they didn't just come up with the torture dance out of nowhere. I think they have a group dynamic that could be described as, "two extroverts picked up an introvert and said 'yup, we're keeping you'". Fugo claims he's a reluctant party in their antics, but he enjoys company that puts no expectations on him. He's always been held to ultra high standards, but these boys just want another friend that they can fuck around with.
Narancia actually spends a good deal of his downtime studying (when he isn't doing some dumb shit with Mista and Fugo). He's a genuinely persistent student, trying his absolute hardest to get good at whatever his learning level's curriculum entails. Also dancing and listening to music (we know he's found a work-life symbiosis when it comes to those, lol). He just wants to be a normal kid outside of all of this.
Fugo reads in his off time. Riveting, I know. But really, it makes his brain shut up, so he takes to the most immensely boring content and eventually tires himself out. Also, cookbooks. He never really puts the knowledge in those books to use, but he likes absorbing it. If he bothered, he'd probably like to get into sports. I can see him liking tennis or soccer football.
Mista listens to music, dances, works out and often skateboards when he has the time. He's a very active and hardy person, if you can't tell. That thriving energy flows into everything around him as well, considering he keeps a number of equally thriving houseplants (including a few cooking herbs). He's also a sucker for reality TV and soap operas when just chillin' out. He's certainly forced Fugo and Narancia to watch a season finale or two with him. (This has made for a number of highly specific inside jokes between the three, including the "PANTS!" incident. Fugo has forbidden Narancia and Mista from telling that tale, but they're able to set him off with that one five letter word.)
Bruno overworks himself—he spends most of his off-duty time building a good rapport with civilians in the area, speaking to informants, and doing his own personal work and planning. He doesn't view his place in Passione as a duty to fulfill and retreat from, but rather as a permanent obligation that infects even the smallest corners of his personal life. In a lot of ways, it is his personal life. If he stops and decompresses, though, he usually finds himself either reading (any material will do, from trashy tabloids to hardcover classics) or, in the event of some serious downtime, painting.
Abbacchio has... well, the exact sort of downtime you'd expect. Music, wine, vacant thought and poetry he swears he'll never show to anyone (it’s actually quite good—he’s had years to ruminate, and misery apparently likes company in couplets—but he’ll only ever chalk it up to depressive trash). Also practices makeup application—the one thing he really lives life to the fullest with is using up cosmetics. If he's gonna die sometime soon, either on a mission or by his own hand, then he may as well use that shit for all the lire it's worth. Oh, also, he still does drag sometimes (took up the practice in that mysterious span of time after leaving the force), but has largely fallen out of the practice since joining Passione. You can't really schedule gigs when you're beholden to something as unpredictable as Passione's work times.
Despite being quite the busy lad, especially after the events of Vento Aureo, Giorno has a number of pastimes. Scamming & pickpocketing are just the tip of the iceberg in his case, considering those hobbies got shelved when he climbed his way into the rank of Passione don. Gardening, life drawing—particularly of his own creations, but he also enjoys field drawing and hiring live models for studies of anatomy and form—listening to music (he's probably a vinyl junkie, let's be real) and creating weird temporary animal amalgams with items around him (yes, this is inspired by the kinder egg bird) are some passions of his outside of work. Exerting his stand’s life-giving powers never ceases to be amusing. Come on, if you were basically god at fifteen years old, you’d wanna use that shit all the time too.
He also likes to do normal kid things too, and takes joy in—gasp—doing homework. In the idyllic event that he had more time to befriend Narancia, the two would definitely form a study group with a (supposedly) reluctant Fugo.

I like asking digital artist about how they became such great drawer. it’s really interesting to hear from other artist. Hope you will answer my question you may skip if you don’t want to answer some^_^ Thank you for answering!
Tell me a story of how you became a artist.
Who inspired you?
How did you start?
What was your first drawing?
How did you start drawing SNK?
What do you want your artwork to say?
Do you ever want to do commissions or sell your art one day?
Have there ever been a time you didn’t want to draw anymore?
Who’s your favorite Anime character? Tell me why?
Describe what kind of person you are.
What is a advice do you want to give to other artist?
This is such a fun ask omg, I’m sorry it took me so long to reply…  The reply itself is also quite long because apparently I can’t stop talking once I’m being asked this type of stuff.
Who inspired you?
Back when I was a kid, my main inspiration were cartoons and comics that I watched and read. I used to have a lot of VHS (*old person voice* remember those) that didn’t even work properly anymore because I rewatched them 3-4 times in a row sometimes, and it ruined the tapes.
I don’t think I had one particular person around that inspired me, mostly because I didn’t know the names of the artists whose stuff I liked. But I remember that I started drawings comics because my cousin was doing it (I was ~6-7? I don’t remember). He lost his interest very quickly though, but I kept drawing them by myself.
Oh oh! I also remember enjoying thick books of political caricatures by Jean Effel and Herluf Bidstrup. Didn’t understand a thing, but they sure were funny lol
And when I was 13 I discovered manga, and the rest is history.
How did you start?
Well, I don’t remember lol I think my mom told me something about trying to keep me busy while she was working. And then the cartoons, the comics, the manga, and then, as I started to sliiiiightly lose interest, Katsu became a huge part of my life, so I kind of never stopped drawing.
What was your first drawing?
I have no idea lol it was sooo long ago
How did you start drawing SNK?
Like I said a couple of times, we watched SnK in 2013, and I wanted to draw a fanart of it, it was just an obvious thing to do. We didn’t post much back then, but I always want to sketch at least one little sketch after we watch/play/read something that we like, just as a memory piece. And SnK wasn’t an exception – the characters were just too darn memorable and fun not to draw them.
But I’ll say this: it took me a lot of time to start drawing the way that satisfies me and Katsu. Not only anatomy-wise, but also design-wise: for some reason I used to mess them up royally… You can see it in my Levi-throughout-the-years post.
What do you want your artwork to say?
For the most part it’s “I HAVE SO MUCH FUN DRAWING THIS CHARACTER OH GOD” lol, the majority of my artworks (if not all of them) are simply love-letters towards our favourite shows, characters and ships.
But I also think that a lot of drawings say “hey what IF”, and those are my favourite ones to draw. It’s obvious that we have a lot of fun with AUs, concepts and other stuff, and it’s especially cool when we manage to put some ideas and concepts out there.
Oh yeah right sometimes it’s just “isn’t it funny? LAUGH AT IT”
Do you ever want to do commissions or sell your art one day?
I do commissions wink wink
Have there ever been a time you didn’t want to draw anymore?
Nope. I don’t think there’ll ever be a moment when I feel “well I think I’m done”, to be honest, not anymore. Too much stuff to draw…
Who’s your favorite Anime character? Tell me why?
I have tons of favourite Anime characters… as for now, I think it’s a tie between Levi and Killua Zoldyck? I love it when characters are loyal to someone but aren’t afraid to call them out, to grumble, to critique their actions, but ultimately still side with the said someone because they’re very dear to them. It’s a very broad way to describe Killua and Levi’s relationships with their special people, I know lol but it’s also about someone being very powerful, but also quite sensitive when you look at them closely. Also both of them are super funny and I love their designs.
Describe what kind of person you are.
Katsu called me Connie Smith the other day, I still think there is no better way to describe me.
What is a advice do you want to give to other artist?
Don’t forget that art should be fun, first and foremost. But that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t push yourself out of your comfort zone and try new stuff. Even if it’s difficult at first, it’ll get easy and exciting once you figure it out, and you’ll definitely figure it out eventually if you keep trying. Don’t torture yourself, but don’t be afraid of trying new things: these make the drawing process more interesting,
Phew, I think that’s all… Thanks again, it was a fun ask!
Sorry for the late reply.

I love your art...how? No seriously can you share what did you focus on/ how did you practice to get this good? (I also paint ppl but I started 2montgs ago and boy do I need to git good)
Thank you so much!! You’re so sweet adjdjkskk
I’ll gladly give some advice. (This all has to do with my personal experience but everyone is different!)
I’ve been drawing for my entire life, and only recently have I begun to really be happy with some of my art. Some people only need a few years to get really good and be proud of their work, whereas others, like me, take much longer.
So my first piece of advice: Don’t beat yourself up!!
Your art journey is particular to you and each stroke of a paint brush or a pencil is a step closer to where you want to be.
Secondly: observe and “steal” techniques!!
To clarify, definitely don’t plagiarize lol. When I say steal, I mean to observe what you like about other artists’ pieces and the real world and practice doing that.
There’s a book called Steal Like an Artist. I haven’t read it, but from what I can tell, it asserts that “stealing” other people’s’ techniques will help you get to where you want to be. It’s truly some of the best advice I’ve ever followed.
When I was younger, I couldn’t draw feet for the life of me. But my best friend, also an artist, could. So what did I do? I looked at how she did it and practiced mimicking that, and also asked her how she did it and if I could try copying her other techniques for practice. I also looked up photos of foot structure online and tried to copy that.
What ends up happening as you do stuff like this is that you eventually develop your own way to draw/paint things. All the different aspects from all the different styles you study eventually mesh (after lots of practice) and you begin to add your own details without even thinking about it. The way you draw/paint noses becomes a practiced habit. The figure of a chair is on your page with a few strokes of your wrist. “Stealing like an artist” is taking inspiration from around you and using it to create your own style.
(Again, to anyone reading, you should NOT copy a piece of art and post/share it, especially without credit, and ESPECIALLY without permission. Ideas and inspiration can’t be copyrighted, but the actual art itself can.)
Tumblr media
(x)
P.S. taking inspiration from old works like renaissance and period paintings is a great way to get a grasp on anatomy!
Now. This next one is very important.
Not every art session has to result in a masterpiece, or even a finished piece.
This is one that I struggled with a LOT and still struggle with to this day!! When you sit down to paint/draw/create art, sometimes you may feel a pressure to create exactly what you envisioned or at least come out with a beautiful, finished work.
But realistically, most the time that doesn’t happen.
Most of my best pieces come when I least expect them. Other people can sit down with a vision in their head and execute it perfectly. That’s not me. Whichever you are, you are doing amazing just by creating art.
If you grow frustrated and want to stop, then don’t force yourself to continue! Art, though it can be hard and frustrating at times, should overall be something you enjoy! I don’t draw because I feel an obligation to draw. I draw because drawing makes me happy. Whatever medium you may use, you should enjoy creating as a whole! Humans are dumb and sometimes make themselves suffer even when there’s no good reason for it. So don’t force yourself to do a hobby you hate, because then it is no longer a hobby.
Lastly, be patient.
This is one that frustrates just about every aspiring/learning artist. Myself included—I’m still learning and improving every day.
It took me two years just to learn how to draw a human figure right. It took me longer than that to learn to draw facial expressions or clothes wrinkles.
These things take time. The trick is this: rather than frustrate yourself thinking about all the work it takes to get where you want to be, just... create. And enjoy it. Enjoy the work. Again, the work is the fun part! And when you do something great, be proud of yourself!! Applaud yourself!!
Like I said, everyone is different, but I sincerely hope this advice was general enough that you, Anon, and anyone else reading this can take something away from it.
Thank you for the ask and happy art-ing!❤️

How to become an Illustrator??
A 15 year-old wrote to me, asking how he could become an illustrator/get an illustrator job (literally that one question was the entire email lol) so I wrote an long-winded response. I tried to be as informative and honest as possible so hopefully this might help others? Here we go:
Becoming an illustrator first and foremost starts with drawing. Lots and lots of practice, learning basics like light, color, value, composition, anatomy, and so forth. Learning basics helps to hone in on good designs for strong illustrations later. After getting the basics, you can develop your own illustration style, which will evolve and come naturally, based on your likes and dislikes while creating your artwork. You then build a portfolio of your top few pieces, showcasing it on a website, and then show your work to interested individuals (like emailing art directors at companies, social media etc) to get paid to create artwork for them, or commissions from people that like your art style. Your portfolio can also be used to land you a full-time creative job in book publishing, video games, graphic design, and more. You figure out what you'd like your illustration work to be seen in or used towards. Do you want your work in magazines and newspapers like an editorial illustrator? Or maybe children's books? Or greeting cards? Maybe concept art for video games and film? Your portfolio will be tailored to show the work YOU want to do. That's the super boiled down path!
So where to start:You can either go to an art school, OR, do a combination of online classes if the cost is too high for university, but either choice your make, you want to focus on learning foundational art skills first. I think there are pros and cons to attending art college, and the super high tuition cost these days is definitely a negative - BUT I can't make that decision for anyone, and a lot of the positives for going to college are being around other students, bouncing ideas off of them in-person in classes, and building good relationships among your peers that continue after school. What you get out of college can vary from person to person, and some simply do better by being self-taught and not attending college - it's a personal journey!
Taking classes on your own, or finding some sites to follow along from videos is another great start. You can draw on paper, or use digital drawing programs if you have a wacom pen/tablet and computer, or an iPad/e-tablet (some programs like Clip Studio Paint, or Procreate are more cost effective than buying the entire Adobe Creative Suite!). To start, you can check out some places like:
Ctrl + Paint - https://www.ctrlpaint.com/ -  free online video library that touch upon drawing basics, and you can put that knowledge towards your own personal art. Also helpful for diving into digital art programs. Highly recommend!
Schoolism - https://www.schoolism.com/ depending on what you're interested in, you can pick and choose online classes from professionals that work in different creative fields
Baltimore Academy of Illustration - http://www.baltimoreillustration.com/ - After High School, should you still have an interest in an illustration career, there's great online courses available here, even for beginners! These guys can help you develop good concepts and ideas for your work, which goes hand-in-hand with illustration.
Following other illustrators on Social Media like Instagram and Twitter - If you like a particular artist, I'd recommend following them! Illustrators regularly will give insight on their careers, and show their latest works, which can give lots of inspiration and advice for younger artists like yourself Hire An Illustrator - https://www.hireanillustrator.com/i/search/ - since you found me on here, I can assume you were perusing around portfolios! Hire an Illustrator has a ton of people you can follow, and also has some great advice (https://www.hireanillustrator.com/i/blog/c/advice/) when it comes to an Illustration Career
Other resources that can aid in gaining knowledge towards your career is the Graphic Artists' Guild (https://graphicartistsguild.org/) and maybe listening to Illustration podcasts (like https://player.fm/series/the-illustration-department-podcast or https://player.fm/series/the-handsome-frank-illustration-podcast and https://player.fm/series/illustration-hour just to name a tiny amount among many) which interviews professionals and talks about the ins-and-outs.
Overall, to get into illustration, you'll be drawing. A LOT. A big portion of it can be drawing really boring things for learning, and you'll need an immense amount of patience, but as long as you're taking in the information from fundamentals and applying it towards drawing things you love, then you're doing it right! It's also okay to feel frustrated because drawing is hard (you can ask any professional, we'll all say it's always hard, the learning never stops, and you're constantly working on your craft!). It's something that develops over time without instant results, so you're in it for the long-term goals.
Hope this helps someone else! (Obviously I’ve missed a lot but I wasn’t about to write an entire thesis for a reply!)

What’s a job that you’ve had that people might be surprised to find out you’ve had? I’ve barely had any actual employment, but I suppose that me working at a tech company last year (I illustrated stuff and other things) would be kinda surprising, considering how I’m not a fan of new tech?
Look up. What’s directly across from you? An empty cookie jar
Do you own any signed books/memorabilia in general? I have managed to gather up some autographs on paper, but one signed BOOK I have is from when I was little, and our family apparently met with Ilon Wikland (an illustrator, mostly famous for her illustrations in Astrid Lindgren-books). me and my brother got a different book each (ones that she had both illustrated) and she signed them for us. I used to love just looking at her illustrations and take in the atmosphere of them. Her art was prolly my first major source of inspiration, even.
Preferred way to spend a rainy day? Stay inside and enjoy the fact that it’s raining. But I also love to take walks when it rains

Have you ever been horseback riding? yEus
What was your “phase” when you were younger? (i.e., Mythology Nerd, Horse Girl, Space Geek, etc) Most of my phases haven’t really been phases at all, because I’m still into most of those things. I guess my true crime-thing was KINDA a phase, in that I don’t really have the hots for you know.....any of those guys >-->
Have you ever been to jail? Nah
What’s your opinion on Lazy Susan’s (the spinning tray in the middle of tables)? They’re nice furniture to have when playing ACNL

Lakes, rivers, or oceans? All bodies of water are Noice but dat ocean tho
Favorite mid-2000s song? (we’re still IN the same century js) “Temperature” by Sean Paul, I guess??
How do you dress when you’re home alone? Like I normally would tbh
Where do you sit in the living room (we all have a preferred spot, and you know it)? Either on the couch or by the table IN the living room
Knives or swords? hmmmmM.... Swords
A song you didn’t think you’d enjoy but ended up loving “You Make Me” - Avicii
Pick an old-school Disney Channel Original Movie I haven’t seen any of those, but uh... Northern Lights?
Are you a “Quote that relates to the photos” caption-er, an “explanation of where I took the photos” caption-er, or a no caption kinda person when you post pictures online? I prefer captions, yes
Name a classic Vine I’M ABOVE SUCH THINGS (idk if this was a vine video but you’re welcome anyway)
What’s the freezer food that you stock up on when you go to the grocery store? Ice cream...
How do you top your ice cream? I don’t really do that a lot, unless it’s plain vanilla ice cream. In that case: CHOCOLATE SAUCE MFS
Do you like Jello? I might? I don’t think we have it in Sweden tho
What’s something that you don’t have a picture of that you wish you did? Me meeting Rutger Hauer IRL. (if I actually DID meet him, that is)

I read this comic once and I got inspired and it reminded me of M.K and Meg but I thought if M.K actually blew the house up and he burned away hed be a walking skelleton for a bit but would regenerate  Or like if he  put his gun in his front of his pants and shot his dick XDDDD it would still come back but it would HURT LIKE HELL AND LIKE MEG would come home and find the house blown up the kids aren’t home but like half the house is missing and he crawls out and says there was a jetfuel leak in his rocket and it exploded in the basement he managed to put it out before he burnt to a crisp. But like lol hed regenerate but like Meg would look over once and FREAK OUT BECAUSE LIKE HE LOOKED LIKE A PAGE OUT OF AN ANATOMY BOOK lol  till he was back to his old self lmao.
Also not everyone of their kids has his unique ablities Ren has it and Archie has it Hunter aquired some of his dads ablities but not all Ren is special to M.k because she does have most of his ablities including talking to animals Meg can’t do that obviously Hunter Fae and A.J can’t do that
