Mina WIP

Hair needs a little tweaking in the back but I really really really wanted to work on the freckles already. I just started this after not drawing for a couple years so she’s honestly coming out a lot better than I’d hoped. :)

I like to imagine that every smiling critters was physically affected in these years after the hour of jo so I did what I think Craftycorn would look like before her unknown demise.

Also I really like the strong Fluttershy vibes that I feel from this character and I wish we could see more of them

Did my own (very) light redesign of the Sand Wraith, taking heavily from bearded dragons for the head shape.

It looks a bit like a derpy lizard now.

I also made it piebald... Pretty much on a whim. That was actually the reason I even picked up the pen, I wanted to see a piebald 'wraith.

Marrying my own beginnings of an art style to HTTYD's was an uneasy pairing, I basically just threw HTTYD to the winds for the legs because the way I draw stuff does NOT mesh well with the rounded, almost plush-like way HTTYD does legs. Had to compromise in other areas as well such as the wings and feet.
