Trying to get back into game dev, so I practiced using the bois

I've made some dating sims as a joke for me and my friends + some actual games in unity but I haven't touched it since that whole debacle last year, so I've been meaning to get into Godot, the only problem is that Godot has their own language and I like using C#, and although they have improved their support for it, all of the tutorials use Godot Script or whatever so I have to actually read the documentation. I miss the unity UI creation and gameobjects, still getting used to the node system

Trying to program their movements is pretty interesting though, rn it's way too smooth but this could work for their alt mode, like when you press and hold shift they can transform into their alt

…Dannny Phantom fics often talk about Amity being chill with ghosts and whatnot, yet I don’t think I’ve ever really seen the logical conclusion of that:

Dying but just… keeping going.

A kid at Casper High dies in an accident and comes back in for class a few days later. Moves the memorial off their desk to make room for their notebook.

An elderly book club member shows up to the new meeting semi-transparent. They laugh off any concern with something along the lines of “At least my back pain’s gone!”

Someone calls in to their job like, “Hey, uh, I died. Does… does that mean I get the day off?”

No one quite knows how to react. Phantom shows up the first few times to ask if everything’s alright, but then starts to leave them be.

It’s… fine?

At first, people very carefully walk on eggshells around the topic of death, but it gradually fades into the background. People just treat it as a new rule of polite conversation. The world goes on. It’s still just Amity Park, the most haunted city in America.

They’ll have to address it eventually, they know. It’s far too big not to. But for the moment, things just keep going as they were.

It was supposed to stay as a blank sketch but I had the brilliant idea to colour it in- now I have to repeat it for the rest of the cast when I make their human versions- bravo face, bravo. AAAAAnyway I'm still in doubt on some of their roles but I did see a reblog bout kingers role in the circus by @bookoramaenderteeth so Imma role with that concept. Also I have no idea what Jax is supposed to be doing, the possible ideas are written right next to the sketch. I have a thing for grabbing the most expressive and we'll made characters and throwing them in my "average-fy" machine and they come out looking boring as fuck
