The amnesia one shot. Amazzzzzzzing. Wow. Thank you so much. Not gonna lie, I am kind of curious to know how you imagined Harry remembering and everything that lead up to him at the hospital to get her back. Like going off on Camille, talking to Anne, planning the surprise, everything.

i won't do a whole fic bc there's other stories to tell, but as i imagine it goes w/amnesia, he felt very disoriented

he remembered camille was his gf and never having met doctor!yn, but i think deep down he knew that something wasn't right, he just couldn't put his finger on it

he spends those three months focusing on rehabilitation, and even though he's getting better physically, he doesn't seem to be regaining any lost memories

camille is sweet to him in a way he doesn't remember her being, and he knew she was keeping something from him, but he thought it was cheating or sm like that, and bc things don't feel right between them, he's never intimate with her. they kissed and held hands and laid in bed together, but he can't help but feel like something's off about all of it

and then he sees doctor!yn again and she says the thing and his memories slowly come back in fractured bits in pieces. like one time camille is drinking red wine and he's like "don't you hate red wine? i thought you said it was too sophisticated for you" bc he remembers the moment, but not who it was with, so he assumes it was camille

and for privacy reasons, h had pretty much been cooped up in his house, so he didn't have very many visitors (anne had gone back to england after the first month and camille had purposely kept ppl out bc in this universe she's batshit) but one time one of his friends like mitch or tyler or jeff pops by and they're like "where's y/n" and harry's like, "sorry who?" and whoever was there gets into this huge fight w/camille for letting this go on and she tries to defend herself, but what is she going to say? "harry couldn't remember he had moved on from me and had a fiance so i capitalized on it?" so all she can say is that she was doing what was best for him, but the friend ultimately kicks her out

h is obviously confused but not totally surprised, that missing piece of him finally making sense as his friend explains everything: how you met, how long you'd been together, etc. he didn't understand why no one said anything, esp his mum and so he calls her and she didn't know that camille had taken it that far, but h is rightfully pissed that she agreed to keep it from him in the first place.

after that night, he goes through his house and finds all the things camille hid around the house to keep up the charade, and from there he really starts to remember, and once he calmed down he called anne and was like "what do i do?" so she helps him come up w/a plan and flies out again to spend some time w/him and give the family ring back

seeing the ring in his hand helps everything fall back into place, and at first he's devastated and frustrated that he'd forgotten someone so special to him, and he's like "mum, what if she doesn't want me back? what if it's been too long?" but anne reassures him that y/n will understand, that she's in a unique position as a doctor to understand more than most

so he goes and gets her flowers bc he couldn't go empty handed to win the love of his life back, right? and he sat outside the hospital for like thirty minutes trying to build up the courage to go inside, and when he does, he sees alex and remembers that he was a colleague of y/n's and pulls him to the side and is like, "you have to help me," so alex does, and the rest is history

yaaassss queen gooo united! and yeah girl, i'm home (popping with my pimples ofc). my cousin's wedding is coming up so i came home to help my aunt out and it's been STESSFUL girl. i have three tests next week, but prepping for this wedding seems more stressful. other than that, i've been getting some quality sleep (much needed)! i saw you went to the art museum today though! did you have fun? it looks like you saw a ton of cool exhibits!

Oh man, I have so many thoughts about weddings these days 😂It’s all become way too much, and you should not get stressed out planning such a happy event!!! I’m sure everyone will be relieved when it’s over, which is not what getting married should be like... but that’s just mY oPInIOn!!!! 😂

I hope you do well on your tests!! Now those are definitely okay to feel relieved about once they’re over.

And yes, we went to the High! They have a new exhibit of a collector’s European art pieces, and it was amazzzzzzzing.

Oh my god. I've forgotten how blissful it is to have a house to yourself for a night. No having to worry about having the TV to loud and no one judging you for being lazy. It's amazzzzzzzing. Can't wait until my house is ready to move into and then I've got EVERY night alone.
