Fun Facts: Often people say Luke looks like a sweet baby with a wrong large body to his face. Luke worked hard for his body as he decided years ago he was going to have a typical hero body so ignores people's comments that he is too large.

Is quite strange as thinks everything that happens to him is part of his hero backstory and is actually alright with things that should bother him. His father passed away at the start of the current school year but not a single moment of grief has been seen on his face and he didn't leave school with mother for the funeral.

Loves the world of comic and magic heroes. Is considered a trainee hero as keeps focusing on other heroes and not much on himself. He is working on it slowly though in his own way that gets him into trouble. Obsessed with other heroes like those in his dorm.

Took over his father's electrician and lights business but doesn't know how to run it well so is suffering. His mother who is still in a grieving state is working extra hours and sister had to go to public school to save money. Luke uses small jobs and doing risky things as Light Fuse to make money.

His right eye is a fake smart eye that moves in sync with his real left but at times can mess up and stop moving making it very likely someone will notice something is up with his eyes. He lost it during his 1st attempt to do something as Light Fuse on his own and didn't think the criminal would go that far to retaliate being caught. His family doesn't know about his eye.

As Light Fuse he takes on another persona of a playboy superhero that's overconfident. He is skilled in some wrestling combat and disarm hand weapons but what he amazing at is lighting up dark areas where criminals would hide,find lost people,guide others out of the darkness,a beacon,and with his electrician background he can disable bombs but he hopes he never has to cause of the panic.

Loves praise more so from those he looks up to so will try to impress them the most and confide in others who are close to them. Constantly doing this with Francine,as tells her everything and the only person he is ok with seeing him cry.

I'm choosing to be quirky and use three wips for this one. The Divine, because of course, A Guardian's Tale, and Realm of Mirrors, because they've been on my mind lately

Chocolate Ganache: what made you start writing this wip ? was it a trope ? a vibe ? a character ?

I initially got the idea for The Divine back in I think 2019, when I was watching Go Princess Precure. I've always loved magical girl shows, but like I've said had trouble identifying with it. And so I thought, why don't we just make them boys ? And here we are today !

AGT came about in 2015. I was watching some show with toys that came alive, and there was some talk about how they each represented one of the elements. I found that really cool and so made a story were four kids were given small animal figurines that gave them elemental powers. Then it spiraled lmfao

RoM can about mainly because I wanted to try and write a cast with more girls than boys pffft

Caramel: tell me a bit about your favorite scene, and why it’s your favorite.

Ooooo this is a hard one. I think as of right now, it's a tie between Andie's kidnapping, the encounters with the Messangers, and the Abyss Trials.

Andie's kidnapping is very neat because if The Divine was a show then that scene would be the ending of an episode. It goes from hopefull, with the boys undoing their locks and getting their Aetherium restored. And then Arahmen arrives, breaks the key before Andie can use it, and then just disappears with them.

The scenes with the Messamgers are all cool, because they're the only times we get even close to Cosmia and Ome. And they're all set in alternate planes, the space between divinity and mortality. Their first time with the Iri Wolf is also funny because the boys are calling it names for killing their Lumens and the Wolf is just like ??? I was doing my job ???

The Abyss Trials are fun because I get to torment the boys but also give them euphoric realizations about themselves lol

There are a lot of cools scenes in AGT, but the most iconic one has to be Robin killing Eden. It's a very intense scene that functions as Robin's absolute lowest point in the series. As well as a way for him to get out some pent up anger, because boy's been through a lot. He didn't do anything wrong tho, Eden is an inconsiderate asshole who basically triggered Robin's psychosis so, yeah.

My favorite RoM scene is the climax of the second book. There's a lot going on that I can't really mention because spoilers. But yeah, it gets really heavy.

White Chocolate: tell me a bit about the happiest moment in your wip.

While I don't think it's the happiest over all, the boys realizing that their Lumes are back is up there. The post battle scenes are more soft, but I'm still going to count them.

Definetly the post final battle scene. It's a very intense and emotional scene with a lot of crying and hugging, and it's this overwhelming understanding of "It's over and we're alive." that brings it all together.

Funnily enough, the happiest scene in RoM is the first scene in book one. It's downhill from there. That's not me saying there are no happy moments, but the first scene is of Emil returning to his hometown the the gang being back together again. Kinda hard to beat even without the bullshit about to come.

Fluff Filling: tell me a bit about the softest relationship in your wip.

The relationship between the main boys, no doubt. While the dynamics differ between them, they're brothers and should not be separated. Like, again the post battle scenes where they patch up each others wounds and talk about anything and everything besides the battle. I'm very weak <3

For AGT there are many but I'm giving it to Amber and Louise. Just two neurodivergent girls slowly realizing they're in love and then panic because how do you flirt ?? Like most of their interactions are them fumbling around and trying to impress each other. Trying to be cool and not stim too much because that might be wierd, and they think they're failing so hard but are actually making each other fall in love even more. I love then lots <3

Softest relationship in RoM is most likely Emil and Tess. They've known each other the longest, they're both never in charge of the group's braincell, they're both in awe of everything they see. And spoilers, but Emil's final 'speech' is between him and Tess. So yeah, they <3

Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Day, Dawn and Night... But the High Lady of the Spring Court was absent.

Rhysand glanced at the empty seat. Where was Tamlin? This meeting was important, she couldn't be running late.

But she was. He felt the bond between them grow taut, as she grew closer to the meeting hall. Six heads turned towards the door, as a tall, blonde female entered, followed by a red haired male.

Tamlin Aculeus, High Lady of Spring, and her silver-tongued courtier, Lucien Vanserra. Eyes as green as spring surveyed the room, missing nothing in their observant look. Those green eyes landed on Rhysand, and subtly widened, the flecks of gold in them glowing faintly.

Long, lithe legs carried Tamlin to her seat, beside Tarquin Aestas, High Lord of Summer. He smiled as she sat beside him, eyes as blue as the summer sea, bright and friendly. Tamlin was quiet as she looked each of the High Lords over with sharp green eyes, inclining her head towards each of them, starting with Tarquin.

Kallias Stiriacus, and his wife, Vivienne, of the Winter Court, hair as white as freshly fallen snow, and eyes a pale, winter sky blue.

Eris Vanserra, the new High Lord of Autumn, who returned Tamlin's stare with a sharp glower, russet eyes wary.

Helion Lumen, High Lord of Day who grinned broadly at her, golden accessories and bright amber eyes gleaming as he gave her a wink.

Thesan Prima, Lord of Dawn, who lowered his head in response to Tamlin's inclined head, brown eyes warm.

And... Rhysand Tenebris. His star-flecked violet eyes bored into hers, and Tamlin felt the bond, the mating bond that tied their souls together, grow hot. Her high cheekbones warmed with a blush, and she sat down, gaze flickering to Lucien, who placed a broad hand on her knee. A comforting, reassuring touch. Tamlin could still feel Rhysand's eyes on her.

"Now that we are all present," Helion's voice, a warm baritone, caused her to look up. "The meeting may begin." Tamlin meet Rhysand's gaze squarely, bright spring green colliding with cold violet.

Arc Two 102

(I think we finally hit the new stuff? Maybe?)

“Tell me about this Forge,” Nyota said. She was almost too tired to call the staff to her hand, but it still answered her in a flare of red light that made Gizzie flinch and gasp. The cold metal felt like part of her now. Had it always felt like that, or was it something that had changed in the fight with Aroneus?

Arjun nodded, adjusting his visor to knock off a last bit of frost. “Right. I’d love to take this thing apart, see what makes it work… But no one could put it back together after that. We made it this far, though. Might as well take something back with us, right?”

Nyota frowned. “What exactly are we taking, Arjun?” The warm air in this chamber stung and soothed her throat at the same time; her voice sounded terrible, she knew it.

He gestured at the anvil again. “These Builder’s Forges, they run on some strange, ancient energy source. Can’t translate the symbol for it. But my guess is that staff of yours, being so old, it might just do the trick. It won’t hurt the thing, at any rate.”

Nyota still hesitated. She had grown fond of the odd weapon from the depths of the Avian Temple. It felt like even more a part of her than her favored spear did, responding to just her thoughts. “You are certain about that?”

The old man nodded firmly. “I’m certain. These things can’t be used to break stuff.” He kicked the anvil lightly. “The Builders weren’t big on breaking things, for the most part. In the name and all that. They had tools to break down inert organic matter and remake it, if the notes were right. We’re not really sure how. But the Anvil can’t.”

Nyota took a breath and nodded. That helped.

Lana touched her shoulder. “Chin up, Captain,” she whispered. “It is not an experiment. No control, no variables. Not a lab coat in sight.”

Nyota paused again, just shook her head and laughed. “Only we would think of that,” she whispered back. But Lana was right. There was no need to fear the unknown this time. Lana just squeezed her shoulder and smiled.

Arjun nodded, pleased. “Just touch the anvil, ma’am. That should be all we need to see if it works or not.” He nodded again, hand to chin. “It’d be a miracle if it does work after all this time, no sense in getting my hopes up, of course. But trying can’t hurt.”

Nyota pushed all the possible ways that trying could hurt out of her mind. After all they had done together to get this far, she trusted Arjun. She felt herself waver with exhaustion as she lifted her hand.

Tarvei put a hand on her arm to steady her. “Maybe I should do this one, sis.” His amber eyes showed his worry clearly. Nyota’s tired mind realized her eyes had looked just like his, once, paler sclera and so open, so full of self. So free of the years of masks.

She smiled to reassure him and put her free hand over his briefly. “It’s fine. Just make sure I do not fall over. No, don’t argue. The staff is tuned to me already, so this saves trouble.” And she didn’t want him getting caught up in anything that might go wrong.

Vei frowned, but he bowed to her wishes. “Well, it’ll get you to nap sooner, I guess.”

Nyota laughed, stifled a hoarse cough, and touched the anvil.

Violet light flared around her, tossing her hair and gleaming in her eyes. Someone yelled—Arrowmail and Tarvei flinched back, Hadley and Lana reached for her. But it didn’t hurt. Nyota held up a hand and sparks collected in her palm like snow. The fiery aura settled down to a dull glow.

Nyota shook herself and tried to relax, visibly, and the doubt in their eyes faded just a little. It said something about all they had been through together, that no one questioned her judgment now.

Arjun grinned with fierce wonder. “Guess we finally know what happened to the weird purple energy from that old box,” he said. 

Lumen whistled and flickered with worry. “What’s this ‘bout weird energy? Well, darn silly question, I guess. Captain, last I checked, ya ain’t a novakid. What’re ya doin’ glowin’ like one?” 

“Eh, I think it’s nice on her,” Sonny told him. She sparked bright in the equivalent of a wink, even if her laugh was a little nervous still. “Right purdy lil’ light show.”

Arjun patted Lumen’s back, still grinning at Nyota. “Don’t worry about it. If she says she’s fine, she’s right. Damn, but I never thought… Captain, this is exactly what we were looking for.”

Nyota smiled back, light filling her eyes and dripping down into her hands. It was too overwhelming to speak, but she did not need to. Arjun took the lead. He guided her hands to the anvil, set the staff across it where it just touched her fingertips. 

“This was in Esther’s notes,” he explained. “The illustration was clear enough. You’ll be fine. These anvils were how they created their most useful tools.” 

“Perhaps even the artifacts,” Nyota murmured as some of the sheer force faded. “Arjun, you should record this. The Matter Manipulator has an option for that. The knowledge we gain from this could make everything worth it.” 

Arjun put a hand on her shoulder. “It’s already been worth it, Captain. But I don’t mind a bonus every now and then. Well, we’re almost done with this, then you can rest proper. Just touch the staff. The anvil will take it from there.”

We’re All Going To Die takes on the simple task of exploring the meaning of life. Through colour, imagination, humour and fart jokes, Director Stefan Hunt asks you to look at the what ifs, the why nots and the oh wells that might flash before your eyes when paid a surprise visit by Death. With your internal monologue played by Jared Jekyll and Death played by Hugo Weaving (The Matrix, Lord of the Rings), you’re prompted to get existential whilst grinning from ear to ear during this independent short film of fantastical weirdness.

The film is an adaptation from Stefan Hunt's illustrated book 'Were All Going To Die' and part of a multimedia extravaganza of that same name that was launched in October 2017. The project uses death and art to empower its audience to fear less & live more. "Years ago I was crippled by fear. Reminding myself that I'm going to die has changed my approach to life. It's the most powerful force to live by." says Hunt, who independently funded this project alongside a successful Kickstarter campaign.
