Woke this morning to discover that Lince Works, the studio behind the Aragami games, are closing their doors. I'm very sad to see them go. So I spent most of my morning sketching one of my favorite indie games about ninjas.

Not long after the emergence of Quirks, scientists discover a strange new species of single-celled organism, dubbed Oracle Cells, with incredible medicinal potential. They do, however, have the small issue of symbiotically joining together into giant ravenous monsters that devour conventional weaponry used on them. You know how it is.

These monsters, dubbed Aragami, quickly devastate most of the world--except for New York City, which is covered in a storm of blood red mist, but that's probably fine. Since Oracle Cells seem to pretty much just fucking eat weapons used against them, Quirks quickly become the most effective deterrent against the Aragami threat. These efforts are organized by the multinational research and military organization, Fenrir.

The effectiveness of Quirks against Aragami means that the situation is somewhat less dire than canon God Eater by the time that Bias Factor technology is properly developed and civilization starts taking back territory from the Aragami. It's even possible that the Ash Storms never happen. In fact, most of the research into supersoldier programs would be Quirk based instead of Oracle Cell based.

Without a Quirk, Midoriya cannot enlist in anti-Aragami missions. However, some Fenrir scientists approach him as a potential candidate for a special unit they're putting together using some experimental biotech enhancements. Midoriya agrees.

The first sign that he may be in over his head is when Midoriya stumbles across a girl with white skin, white hair, red eyes, and a horn. Despite calling herself Eri, she is labelled as a 'Humanoid Aragami Specimen.'

Aka the girl who dreamed meeting “PUPA”. Except he wasn’t PUPA at the time. He’s somewhat similar to Aragami’s case, gaining a song after the fact.

Okay actually, I'm gonna make a list of songs I want to use for assclass so I don't forget it and MAYBE I'll actually attempt something as big as animating one day if I keep staring at this list.

Therefore You and Me - basically all about Akari and Kayano throughout canon. And her relationships with others.

Incyde - Akari/Kayano's state of mind throughout canon, BUT the second half of this song will dive into the GoM AU. So I guess I can make a "short" version with only canon-related stuff.

Matryoshka - Not Kayano centered, but I want to draw all of Class E to this song.

Utopiosphere - Everything would be very vague, showing all the students and teachers and other significant characters and it's sort of retelling the story, but not really. It's beautiful in my head I promise.

Nonsense Speaker - This is self explanatory with Kayano.

Aragami - This one goes with my edgy Koro Q AU where basically, Kayano goes berserk against Yanagisawa (who somehow revived, since this AU takes place after the manga) and turns into a monster while fighting him. (Note to self: use ANiMA with Nagisa first.)

Angelfalse - Edgy Koro Q AU. This would take place after another song I'm not listing here, but I have a playlist of songs to go with this AU SKLDJFKLDS anyways, the RGB trio fights against a monsterized Kanzaki(maybe???) but then Kayano gets shishkabobbed like she did from 2.0 in canon. Except it's one of her friends who does it this time. Not fun. But then Nagisa's bug/glitch/power activates and causes all three of them to fuse into one powerful being, which also saves Kayano from death, and with the power of friendship they save their corrupted friend.

Run go Run - Assimilation AU, taking place in Kayano's mind. Basically, she fights herself (except it's the tentacles) and loses control of her body to them.

Lost in the Nowhere - Same AU as the previous one, following Nagisa's fight against himself.

In the Backroom - Idk exactly, but I think it'd be a fun song to use for the fun visuals in my head. With Kayano of course.

Kafuka - The Aberration AU is entirely inspired by this song so I GOTTA do something with it one day.

I Don't Care Who Somebody Go Out With Me! - Ever since I discovered this song I immediately thought of either Okajima or Maehara as the main lead. No matter who it focuses on though, it's going to be funny when the beat up sequence happens.

Interstellar Exploration - Not an AU, but it's about the class playing an Among Us game and getting offed by the imposters one by one.

Nevermore - The Eldritch AU is partially inspired by this song. Features Karma (gasp) and Fuwa.

I'm gonna add more once I remember them. >:] I'm getting excited just typing all of these down.

S1: Rouga Aragami.

He is precious. I really want to know how he and Kyoya could communicate when they first met. Did Kyoya know his language? Did he speak English? Did he live in some poor part of Japan? (Unlikely, but still.)

He walks like he thinks he's all that and acts really weird sometimes, like when he lay on the floor with his back to the screen at Sengoku, but that's what makes him so very human.

S2: Sofia Sakharov

She is the unanswered question that haunts me at night. She eats her ethnic food and likes fuchsia and can use mysterious powers and induce possession in people, yet she lives with Kyoya and seems to know Rouga well and no one ever explicitly tells us the source of her powers.

I love puzzles and she is one.

S3; Zanya Kisaragi.

I know he only appeared in like one episode this season, but he absolutely captured my heart. As I grow up I'm discovering just how hard it is to balance commitments. To make time for things you love even when you're tired and not doing well at them and being not relevant to the communities you're in for those things. He resonates so much for me.

Also, Akatsuki says he subsists on green tea? What the heck?

S4; Ku Teito

She is so young, and somehow on the police force. I like to wonder exactly how she got onto the trainee program. It's kinda nice to think that although everyone except Tasuku quit after hundred, the program directly resulted in more trainees! So sweet and thoughtful of Bushiroad.

ACE:

I'm just a disaster for Cosmoman and Mamoru. Making your own merchandise? He is an artist, a hero, and a chuuni all at the same time. His pride is incredible.

Scrunkly:

Kyoya is my scrunkly. I know he wants world dominion and all, but his chair legs are so short for a reason...... it's so his legs can reach the floor.

Headcanon that's also why he built his organ so high. It's so that there's no awkward looking up at the people he's trying to impress lolol.

Scrimblo Bimbo:

Suzuha Amanosuzu forever......she is a girl power queen. Instead of only thinking about losing....or winning.... she's more concerned about how her teammates develop. She's determined and generous and always such a wonderful representative of what authority should be like.

Glup Shitto:

Megumi Mamakari. You know she's a tuner? A tuner! She's not just an analyst, she's a buddyfighter, and she's smart enough to recognise Kiri in disguise as not Akatsuki, which is incredible considering half of the characters can't tell Death Sofia from Death Shido.....plus she's sarcastic. Best vibes.

Poor Little Meow Meow:

Raremaro Tafudonokimi is a poor little guy whose only problem was using strategically strong cards against overpowered opponents with meta cards.

Horse Plinko:

Doctor Gara is so fun to play around with. He trying to crack Bal's shell? It was such a pleasure to watch.

Eeby Deeby:

If there's any character that deserves to be sent to superhell in Buddyfight, I think it's Mr Magoroku, Shido's father. He spoiled his son to excessive degree, committed acts that would destroy the earth knowingly, and even tried to corrupt the buddy police in order to get into Kyoya's good books. He's quite irredeemable.

I still get chills thinking about when you first hear wind scene, I love frogs theme and decisive battle with Magus, I've had Gatos theme as my ringtone for years (even tho my phone is almost exclusively on vibrate), the soundtrack is just so beautifully crafted by Yasunori Mitsuda and the others helping him, and really sets the scene and creates nice and memorable moments. There's also a plethora of covers and fan rearrangements I reeeeeaaaaaalllllyyyyyyy love listening to, it's truly timeless

Been playing animal crossing new leaf on my 3ds for a bit, I'm trying to kick the power washing addiction and just stick with a simple casual game while I'm putting most my energy towards making stuff for the visual novel my team's submitting to this year's spooktober

Masaki Masaharu

The YouTube algorithm is a strange thing. Sometimes it knows what I want to watch and sometimes it is totally off. But as someone who listens to music a lot, I don’t mind getting random Japanese VTuber karaoke.

I don’t remember what day it was exactly when I found this karaoke or when exactly I watched it. The stream was posted November 13, 2022. And I remember watching an announcement video premier live which was posted November 26, 2022 (I didn’t understand any of that but I tuned in). Lastly, I saw that I watched another karaoke but I’m not sure if I watched it live, which was posted on November 23, 2022. For videos between November 13 to 23, as I can see it doesn’t have any indication that I watched any of the posted videos and most of them are not karaoke streams. So I’m thinking I watched it between November 13 to 23.

I would be honest, he’s not the best singer. But I don’t want to think that way since 2 of my oshi aren't the best singers either.

Over the last year, I continued to support Holostars (I’m Hakooshi when it comes to Holostars). Arurandeisu, who openly said that he is taking singing lessons, has greatly improved. Aragami Oga also greatly improved (possibly taking secret singing lessons). Masaki Masaharu consistently had karaoke streams. Like they say, ‘practice makes perfect’. And maybe their singing ability is not perfect but for sure if they continue with the singing lessons or continue with the karaoke streams, they’ll sound great.

But you know that’s not why I wanted to post this, I just wanna compliment my oshi’s Aruran and Oga. Aruran has covers but for now only posted under membership and he sounds great. Oga is still shy about singing but judging from the recent streams, he has definitely improved!

And the same is for Masaki, he has improved as well. Except, I watched his progress, and little by little, without realizing it, his singing has definitely improved.

I have made a handful of fanarts of Masaki since I discovered him and I hope I can do more and that he continues his activities.

You fumbled around the large boxes within the room, searching for the lost bracelet that you thought you placed in the girl’s cabin. You nervously bit your lips in frustration as you tried to sort through all of the nearly ripped clothing that was patched up with tape, most of which were clothes Hugo bought for you as a gift when the time came. However, the bracelet was a special case that was irreplaceable to you.

It had been given to you when you were much younger, perhaps around the age of twelve when Hugo went on a mission and found scraps around the area. He had been scrounging through different broken ruins to find pieces he could use to make a bond or “promise” bracelet as he referred to it as, something to reward you with when he got back from his mission. 

He was able to find enough materials to make two black bracelets that were long enough to wrap around your wrist multiple times, they were identical in appearance but had small noticeable differences. For one, Hugo’s was a bit scratched up due to his habit of wearing it wherever he went, while yours was more intact as you left it behind at the caravan before a mission. 

“Here, I made this for you to say thanks for always being by my side,” Hugo said, asking for you to extend your arm out, “it took me a couple of weeks to find the right materials but I finally did it.”

You extended your wrist towards him, allowing him to delicately wrap the bracelet around you with his smaller, childish hands. Although the armlets around his wrists were bonded to your body like handcuffs, he was still able to put yours on. Your eyes grew wider as he held up his own arm, he had placed his on the opposite side of yours and he gave you a wide, goofy smile. 

Your fingers dragged across the smooth material of the bracelet, admiring the amount of effort Hugo had put into such a gift. There were smaller patches of tape lining the edges of the bracelet but it held itself quite well together. You could feel an overwhelming rush of emotion flood the edges of your eyes as you wiped them away with the back of your hand. Hugo’s eyes softened as you threw your arms around his neck, burying your face into the crook of it. 

“Thank you, Hugo, I love it,” you said, his neck being tickled by the smile which touched his skin. 

Now that you had lost the bracelet somewhere on the caravan, you were beginning to sort through your entire box of clothes just to find it. You sore that you had left it on your bed or table before you left, but once you came back from the mission, it wasn’t there anymore. You were beginning to doubt whether or not you had even placed it in your room, perhaps you might have accidentally left it on your arm while fighting the Aragami, it must have broken off or had been sliced and left behind to rot at the mission area. 

You felt your sore shoulders and legs ache desperately, your mind drawing back to the earlier mission which left several bruises around your skin when you were dragged across the ground. You hadn’t checked in the mirror but you could feel your neck feeling funny, it was as if someone or something had bitten you the other night. In addition, some areas were simply sore, as if you had done some sort of intense work out before the start of the mission, however, you were starting to forget what exactly happened.

You tugged on the tips of your hair as you groaned. Cursing to yourself for your foolishness, you rummaged through your clothes for what seems like the fourth time already, growing increasingly desperate to find the sentimental gift. The doors slid open, Claire, Phym, and Lulu walking in together to see the floors of the girls' cabin covered in your clothes. 

“What’s going on? Is everything alright?” Claire asked, coming to your side as you dropped your clothes onto the floor with a dejected sigh. 

Perhaps it might be better to tell them after all, you thought, closing your eyes and sighing. 

“I lost the bracelet that was important to me, I can’t find it anywhere in the cabin and I think it might be outside in the Ashlands,” you replied.

“The bracelet you wore around the caravan?” Lulu added, to which you nodded in response. She and Claire hummed while Phym ran up to you to give you a comforting hug.

“Don’t worry mommy! I’ll help you find it!” She said, “we can look around!” 

You smiled and patted the top of her head, “thanks Phym.” 

“We’ll help too, it might be in the lobby or the Medical Ward,” Claire said, putting a hand on your shoulder, “what does it look like?”

You looked down at your empty wrist, “well. . . It should look like Hugo’s. . .” It was hard to describe your bracelet due to how simple it was that it might get mixed up with other products on the caravan, comparing it to Hugo’s was possibly the best option as he wore his around his wrist for the entire time. 

Lulu pressed her lips together as she placed her hand underneath her chin, “maybe it’s in the guy’s cabin? Hugo might have taken it by accident if they look the same.” 

You scratched the back of your head, your mind still fuzzy regarding the events of last night. You were unsure about whether or not you had left it in the guy’s cabin, you vaguely remembered going there when Hugo asked you to come during dinner but couldn’t remember anything after that. Perhaps checking the guy’s cabin would be a good idea, it might even be there if you looked around but you didn’t know if it was an invasion of privacy to do so. 

You released a sigh and nodded, leaving to open the doors of the cabin and stepping out with the rest of the girls following suit. You turned towards the male cabin and knocked on their door, hearing the sound of shuffling and mumbled voices as Zeke opened the door. 

“Oh hey guys, what are you doing here?” He asked, letting the crew come inside the extremely messy cabin. 

You scanned your surroundings, seeing a variety of playing cards left on the table and ground with records and disks scattered across the room. Some of the beds were extremely messy except for the top bunk, which you assumed was Hugo’s based on how straight-faced he could be at times, it reminded you of when Hugo would tell the other kids to make their beds properly before they left the room. It didn’t seem like his advice really aged with Zeke considering how battered and messy his bed was. 

“We were looking for her bracelet, it looks like Hugo’s, have you seen it?” Claire asked. Lulu looked around the room while Phym danced around to try and find the accessory. 

“Oh you mean the gift Hugo got for her? I haven’t seen it here, and if it’s here it must be buried in the sheets somewhere,” Zeke replied, putting his hands on his hips, “you could search around if you want but stay away from the laundry basket, that's pretty awkward just saying.” 

“We aren’t gonna dig through your laundry,” Lulu playfully rolled her eyes and came to Phym’s side, her hands searching through the boxes for any sort of bracelet that matched the description of ‘Hugo’s bracelet’. 

You nodded and began searching through the boxes, most of them consisted of playing cards or secret stashes of food, you assumed that Ricardo gave them to Zeke for him to share with Phym whenever she did a great job on her studying. Everyone searched through the boxes and eventually came to the realization that it wasn’t in the boxes at all. You began to feel even more stressed by the idea that perhaps you truly had lost the gift and it might be in the Ashlands somewhere. 

“Where is Hugo anyway?” Claire asked, closing the box and setting it back on top of the shelf.

“He’s with Hilda and Keith right now, they’re talking about the Acceleration Trigger and how it could rack in some money,” Zeke replied, shuffling through a deck of cards, “maybe you could ask him about it? Better yet, let’s check his bed!”

“What? Why?” Lulu asked.

“The man sleeps on the top bunk, he must be hiding something dude! Look how clean his bed is! There is something going on there,” he said, “I swear sometimes when we adjust the bed, his bunk is a bit loose at times.” 

“Huh, that sounds pretty strange,” Claire said, brushing Phym’s hair as she held onto her in a hug, “maybe he’s just planning something or writing his reports in bed, he is a pretty serious worker.”

“Maybe you should check, you’re his closest friend after all,” Zeke awkwardly coughed. 

You gave Zeke a nod as you climbed the ladder to Hugo’s bunk, fumbling with the sheets until you touched something. You pulled it out from under the sheets and dropped back down to the floor, opening your hand to reveal a black bracelet that was exactly like Hugo’s. 

“That's great! You found it in Hugo’s bed, I wonder how it got there in the first place,” Claire said, Phym clapping her hands in happiness. 

“Mommy you found it!”

You pressed your lips together as you examined it, there were a few scratch marks on the sides and it was much bigger than you remembered it to be. You examined the bracelet closer and realized that while it looked exactly like Hugo’s, it was because it was his.

“Hold on, it’s not the same one,” you replied, keeping the bracelet in your hands whole the group raised their eyebrows in confusion.

“What do you mean? It looks just like Hugo’s doesn’t it?” Lulu asked. 

You shook your head, “not to be picky or anything, but this one is a lot bigger than my wrist, and there's a few marks on it. It means it’s a bit more worn out than it should be.” 

Zeke scratched the back of his neck, “oh man, I thought we actually found it but I guess it wasn’t the case.”

“Where else would it be then?” Lulu added.

The metal doors of the cabin opened up to reveal Hugo, standing there with a shocked expression, in his hand was a black bracelet and his wrist was completely bare from accessories, aside from his twin armlets. 

“Woah what are you guys doing here? I was just looking for you,” Hugo quickly came to your side with a nervous smile, “I think I took yours by accident.”

“Wait so you guys swapped bracelets?” Zeke asked, Hugo nodding in response.

“Yeah, sorry about that. I’m sure you were worried about it, weren’t you?” Hugo casually brought your wrist up to help tie the bracelet together, “my bad, our’s just looked the same you know?”

Phym smiled, “mystery solved! Mommy got her bracelet back!” She ran up to you and you brought her into your arms, picking her up and bringing her closer. 

Claire sighed in relief, “that’s great news, may I ask where you both got your bracelets?”

Hugo turned to you and took his bracelet back, wrapping it around his wrist, “we both got them as kids, I usually went around to salvage some abandoned parts for something to give to the other kids. I just happened to find these two.”

You knew that he dumbed down the story a bit, in reality, you knew he had spent many days looking for parts to make a sturdy bracelet that would last years. Hugo smiled at you while you gave one back to him, the rest of the group chatting amongst each other as he brought himself closer to your ear, speaking in a low voice to avoid Phym hearing. 

“You left it here after last night, how are you doing? You were limping a bit at the start of the mission,” Hugo whispered, you slowly turned to him with a blank expression before turning a flush red color. 

You had completely forgotten what you had done last night with Hugo but it was slowly coming back to you. He had invited you to the guy’s cabin to check over some documents but it ended up getting a bit. . . Frisky. You pressed your lips together in embarrassment while Phym tilted her head in confusion to what Hugo said. 

“Haha, don’t worry about it, I thought you would remember it with. . . You know,” he tapped on the sore part of your neck, causing you to flinch and have shivers run down your spine. 

“I-It’s fine,” you replied, seeing Hugo give you a familiar goofy grin while Phym held onto you tighter, “just. . . Remind me next time okay?”

“Alright, I’ll remind you more often,” he gave you a teasing wink to which you responded with an eye roll.

Oracle Cell: so, since you have teased that AFO is the big bad of the first arc/equivalent to the first game, how does that eventually come to a head?

Also, does Midoriya still get to interact with his family and the Bakugous? I would say friends, but he didn't really have any before, and he wouldn’t really get any while in the program except perhaps the other members of the special unit.

Midoriya would still get to interact with other people, especially other members of Fenrir outside of the special unit. There's nothing stopping him from spending his downtime between missions with friends and family.

As for AFO, he would eventually mutate himself into a giant Aragami monster thing, probably with his human body still present there somewhere, with the goal of psionically controlling all Aragami into an army. Eri wouldn't be affected thanks to her humanoid nature and her bonds with Midoriya and the others, but it would put quite the damper on Fenrir's activities.

"You set a .. hmm a new goal to yourself--not to die. I mean, I sure hope I drilled that in your head to begin with but another factor would be nice. For someone who regularly enjoyed teasing others at any given opportunity, it was rather ironic that he’d get so flustered when on the receiving end ——— though, all amusement (and his laughter) aside, Soma knew that the man’s heart was in the right place.

Time was not their friend; it never was. As long as the Aragami lived, they would never be safe. Their lives would always hang in the balance of fate, and one wrong move would mean the end. He knew, as much as anyone else, how easy that could be.

Thus, any chance to grasp hold of some sense of normalcy—or rather, happiness—in a world so bleak was often taken without question. What else was there, after all, if death was not an option any of them would take willingly?

”I know you’re only trying to look out for me — and I do appreciate that, even if I pretend not to.” Lindow was similar to her in that regard ——— not wanting him to continue living so recklessly, to be willing to put his life on the line in everything he did. “...My father never got to say goodbye to my mother when I was born ———... because there was nobody left in that room alive except for myself.”

When he thought about it, he wondered if that was the catalyst for his own insanity - and inevitably, his downfall. Though he still would never forgive him for having neglected him for as long as he had, the thought of losing someone close in the blink of an eye was nonetheless a mutually shared fear. “I don’t want to lose her before telling her that I’d want to... you know.”

—Spend the rest of his life with her, is what he’s looking for; but he’s somewhat embarassed to say that out loud in front of Lindow, of all people. It wasn’t everyday that he was this honest with his own emotions, after all. “...I still don’t know if I’d make a good spouse ——— but considering we’ve made it this far together, then... perhaps I have a chance.” He smiled softly when he said this, and looked back at him with a similarly calm expression.

”I certainly don’t know what I’m doing though, so if you could, ah...—help me, I guess—that would be nice. For once, I don’t mind being given another one of your little lectures.”

Being Claire has to be a trip tho

You're on this Ash Crawler, just trying to make a simple delivery, an Ash Storm gets in the way and throws you back to square one, but that's okay, it's nothing you can't handle...

Except suddenly the only other God Eater on board isn't just Ricardo anymore, who is more interested in chores than fighting anyway, but three active in the field AGEs, a huge fucking nerd and a bunch of kids?

And not just any AGEs but fresh out of a hellish prison cell, insanely good, tough and battle hardened Pennywort AGEs who don't just look the part of barely scraping by on a daily basis because of Aragami and horrible treatment both, but also give off an aura of "do not fuck with us" that has to be pretty disorienting for normal God Eater and regular humans

Except they absolutely don't behave like they seem like they should? They don't just stick to the cabin, they roam the Chrysanthemum as if they belong, show up at her post as if to challenge her, Hugo trolls her, picks a fight and then Luca smooths it over again in typical Luca fashion and Hugo is like "yeah we cool" immediately, Zeke is Zeke and also Keith just kinda...hangs out in the Lab Block?

And then Lulu shows up and goes from taking Zeke hostage, to just sorta standing around like an order no one picked up and from tough, cold and unapproachable to absolute sweetheart in 0.2 seconds, and suddenly there's an Ashborn and PHYM?

This was supposed to be a simple transport mission. Why is life so weird?

Day 4 A trip to Venice

So to start the day off right Bismarck (Azur Lane) woke from sleep for a meeting her Queen Elizabeth (Azur Lane) and Belfast (Azur Lane) to which we had a long discussion about properly rationing the food and tea. After the first day we ran out of a years supply of tea as Elizabeth consumed entire barrels within hours.

After wards I got out off the ship by using my Azurial key that allows me to walk in one door and out another as long as I know where the door is. The key was a gift back when I signed as an Azurial investigator which I got relieved of not long ago, but got to keep the key.

My sister Elana was having an argument with my brother Shuuho. I have no clue what they were fighting over but it got rather heated and Belfast was forced to separate them. This was rather humorous as Shuuho screamed in Japanese to be released however Belfast gave nothing but a wry smile and dragged him to his quarters.

I was having a conversation about how I constantly leave the ship to continue working on mercenary contracts with Bismarck when a door opened right next to us... realizing where it lead I tried to ignore it but Bismarck grew annoyed at the sounds of young girls begging for help and kicked through the portal, gapping me to Gensokyo where Youmu (Touhou) and Reimu (Touhou) were fighting a 20ft. tall anthropomorphic elephant with six arms and swords in each hand.

I hid with the girls as I tried to figure out what this being was here however gathering no information decided on an eradication measure. So I pulled  Black Gold, my katana, from it’s sheathe using many techniques and hundreds of parries I managed to weaken the elephant only for it transform into a dragon. So I played DDR with the dragon for a while and eventually managed to waste enough time for my power to fully manifest allowing me break parts of reality to attack my enemy. One “Broken Wing” later (my ultimate technique) and I had removed the problem from reality shattering it in the space between dimensions.

I left Gensokyo as fast as possible those girls have given me enough trouble in the past and the last thing I needed was to get shot. I remembered that the ship name the HMS FU was docked in Azur Lane territory in the port of New York so I went somewhere a decent distance away, Venice except that I screwed up and ended up in Fortuna.

When I arrived I was greeted shortly by Bismarck who had stolen something from my house in NYC that made it easier to track me, she had requested a portal from Amy (my sister) who obliged. While we began talking she pointed to the sky at a meteorite coming into the vicinity that crashed in the city.

The meteorite burned with the heat of a star while cracking open revealing a giant chicken aragami (Ra), because of course it did. Ra exploded with flames and I managed to pull nearby civilians to safety as I began to walk continuously towards Ra where Nero (DMC) was already engaging the large monster. He was running in circles around the beast avoiding its flaming bullets while returning fire with his own gunfire. Bismarck had held back to escort the Civilians out of the hot zone. I proceeded to run towards Ra unsheathing BG for the second time today slicing though Ra. The monster had regenerated all the damage instantly super heating its body searing it’s flesh together.

Ra had to Pac-man like flaming orb satellites that produced the flame bullets I attacked them with my Chaos magic and managed to temporarily disable them as Nero flew in cutting off it from the neck. For a second the structure seemed silent until it erupted violently the bright red orbs changed to resemble bloody faces as they charged for us, Nero managed to dodge effortlessly however during my dodge I had been nicked by the orb tearing of a portion of my flesh.

As I recoiled in pain the Aragami entered burst mode seemingly healed from any damage we had managed to accumulate. I pulled out my book of the Azure to receive the last of the healing that I could receive for the day and continued to fight using a technique called shadow slashing allowing me to remain nimble despite the pain in my hand. Nero had managed to distract the large chicken monster by taunting it and as it flew into a rage the last bit of my power activated and the moment my dark chaos cloak surrounded me I released one more “Broken Wing” with everything I had left.

Ra was to powerful to simply shatter the reality around it and call it a day apparently as it got back up as Nero and I left to check on the people however it was most certainly not expecting a bombardment from her main cannons. Ra faded into ash at this last attack and the day was saved. At this point I do not know exactly what happened as I passed out. When I awoke some of the locals were badgering Bismarck about how much damage was caused but as she looked over to me and gave me a face of “I got this”. She then fired a flare and booked it over to me dragging me across the streets of Fortuna as Nero simply chuckled at the absurdity of the situation. 

After an emergency call to the HMS FU Amy created a portal for us to get back aboard and Bismarck and I agreed to never kick each other through portals to other dimensions as the consequences were to severe. After this we got patched up by having Amy call the Death Knight medics and after an Evaluation, that showed that nothing major was wrong, managed to bandage both of us up we went to my quarters so I could make this report. Today was rather crazy but we managed to save another dimension and a whole city from total destruction and now we can continue our journey to the Amazon now that the ship is restocked with food and supplies as well as enough oil to get us there and back several times over.

[!SPOILER!] Code Vein 1st Playthrough!

“Raise the level, Attack with Yakumo” is the most optimized strategy. In my case, from the beginning to the end, the buddy was Yakumo and the weapon was Evil One. However, other powerful weapons can be acquired along the way. I am satisfied except for the fucking-map.

If possible, each chapter’s boss battle should have a better experience by selecting the buddy related with it.

Yakumo is the best boy in my journey. But I am interested in his relationship with Riki lol.

I also like the relationship between Aurora to Karen, Jack to Eva. They had a beautiful romance. ※Digression※ I thought that the scenario writer in GOD EATER2 wanted to express the relationship between Julius and Yuno like Jack and Eva. Ah so, Lindow and Sakuya’s relationship is similar to Yakumo and Emily, and if it was like Jack and Eva, I would have agreed a bit, but that is not a topic now. In the Japanese version GOD EATER2, Lindow does not say “Your Darling” or anything. Unfortunately, the English version has a lot of exaggeration and does not convey the atmosphere correctly.

If the world of Code Vein is the Same Universe or the Alternative Universe as God Eater, it is probably the latter. I think that the crossroad was born by the method to counter on Aragami (Creature).

In any case, the truth is not known unless there is presence like “Accord"  that goes back and forth between the two universes.

I initially thought Cruz is a Soma’s alternator. But If anything, Cruz is his mother Aisya, and the protagonist who inherits her blood is the Soma’s alternator. Io was Shio. Born from same mother, dear sister.

And Louis was too much like Ren from the beginning.

I got to the Best Ending "Dweller in the Dark".

This is just basically a whole ass post about Ami’s backstory through God Eater. I actually had a more fleshed out writing about it, but charahub died and it pretty much went with it. My toyhou.se kinda has it but I kinda had to scramble and it’s like word vomit so yeh.

You can skip it if you want, it don’t matter. Also SPOILERS FOR LIKE THE ENTIRE GAME SERIES.

So before she even became a God Eater she was part of a traveling caravan as far back as she can remember. When they were stopped at a checkpoint she was tested and confirmed a match as a potential God Eater at 15, but she officially joined the ranks at 16 when she was confirmed a bias for the New-Type. 

Joining the Far East branch. Her wep set up then was a short sword/buckler/and whatever that first gun was (tbh I didn’t start using the gun mode until GE2). Anyway, she has a talent for catching on quick to fighting Aragami, if not a bit silent. So when Lindow went MIA it completely wrecked her mentally. She had all this potential and yet couldn’t save the one person she wanted to save. She would lay down her life for all of Far East, especially the First Unit, but ngl she was crushing hard on Lindow (they joke about it together now, since she knew she never had a chance and she sees him as a dork at worst and a cool dad at best).

Shio completely changed her life and she finally realized what it meant to have a family. Especially with Soma, since the two were always on missions together for Shio. Which has the side effect that people think they a couple. They’re close but def not a couple, the Ami/Soma dynamic is more so brother and sister (they vibe really well and respect each other’s need for just silent moments; there are a many of times that someone would find them taking a nap together on a couch).

When Cradle got formed, she declined to join to stay within the Far East. After her childhood is filled with going from place to place she didn’t want to do that again (LOL). 

She transferred to Friar under Doctor Rachel’s request and forced insisted by Fenrir. Rachel somehow discovered that Ami’s bias can adapt to changes (taking up Lindow’s God Arc during the Hannibal storyline tipped her off). She worked well with the Blood Unit. There she changed to short blade/that middle gun that was OP/shield loadout. She cares a lot for the Unit, specifically Julius because being a leader is hard and she saw much of herself in him. That’s why during Romeo’s death and beyond she worked hard to get him back (an aside: Matt Mercer voiced Julius wonderfully, like it was a perfect fit). Over the course of this, she started to have feelings for Gil. And I guess he reciprocated (IT’S MY HEADCANON HE LOWKEY CRUSHES ON PROTAG DANGIT). The two are idiots and didn’t really realize it until they became normal humans again at the end of Rage Burst story. Literally for Ami it was like “Oh! Oh shit, I guess I did fall in love with him huh?” At least enough that they put on a ring on each other after being in a relationship for a couple years. And things were alright.

Except for when the Ash started. 

She’s a originally a resident of Dusty Miller, helping Ein out. Then there were rumors of Pennyworth being the most absolute shit with AGEs so she volunteered herself to go undercover and see how truly shit things have become. And because of her body being able to adapt to new Bias she was able to slip in as a new AGE, she can’t wield others’ god arc like Livie could at first, just that her body doesn’t reject getting a new bias (having her records hidden that she’s a renowned GE helps a lot; she looks sorta kinda young but actually the same age group as Ein and is a past acquaintance of his). There she met Hugo (either a couple months into him being an AGE or maybe a year) but she immediately wants to protect him. She sees him as her son and will not hear any more of that (there’s a sickfic I want to write where she takes care of him while he’s sick when he was younger and he calls her mom in a haze and it’s that moment she realizes she wants to protect and help make his future brighter). So when the plot actually starts, they’ve known each other for years. At this point, her loadout is Biting Edge/Sniper gun/Shield.

So when eventually she meets the rest of the AGEs she seems them has her children (though none of them realize how old she is, so everyone except for Phym sees her as a big sis;). When Ein appears, they have to pretend they don’t know each other for the sake of the charade (tho Ein has Ami’s wedding ring on him for some reason HMM?), eventually it does come to light that Ami is a veteran God Eater (I wanna say when Phym leaves for Odin). This is probably gonna change as more info about the actual timeline between GE2RB to GE3 maybe gets revealed.
