I know this is Rusty. But putting down our preconceptions for a moment…I think we might actually be planning to play in the realm of The Guardians etc.

We’ve got this real focus on physics and the way things can be disrupted when messing with physical laws - both with the creatures from WBY but also the mavity stuff. We’ve got the power of superstitions and creating new physics where the walls are thin. And a little reminder that the Doctor is…something else.

The Toymaker floats in that weird realm of external to the universe hyperpowerful being. But this doesn’t feel like the sort of thing you set up once for an episode and then it’s gone. I think this could be a start of introducing those kinds of beings back into Doctor Who.
