Merry Crisis, my dear friends, hope this holiday period is going swimmingly well for all of you (and that y'all are with the people you love and there's no drama of the negative sort—only the positive type, of your own choosing—and no crises, hopefully!) <3
Here's a quick but simple greeting card I made with my simself (and my friends' simselves that I made LOL [that's how I show my love for them])!
From my family to yours, I wish you all a Merry Christmas. This year, a lot has happened to my family. My grandmother was hospitalized twice this year, and currently, she's doing good now! Though she's unable to walk by herself, I'm happy that she gets to have another Christmas with us. So please, if all of you have elderly members of the family, please give them a hug, and wish them a merry one.
To those of you that are alone this celebration, know that I'm here for you! Sending warmest hugs from the Philippines!
May you had a yummy noche buena/Christmas eve dinner, and opened a lot of exciting gifts! Happy Holidays!
it wasn't exactly a photobomb, he just kind of showed up and stood between us and the camera, and we weren't sure if we should just sort of push him away.
he turned out to be very soft and cuddly, though. jury's out on whether we're keeping him.
I don't know how to say this. How do I even start. I'm utterly touched by your writing. You have so much talent and sensibility. I wish I could acknowledge and tell you about your writing with the same reverence I read it. I just can't stop reading your words. Thank you for sharing them. They're so clever, your ideas are so good, it surprises me every time. Sometimes I have to make a pause, because you write about some deep stuff and it leaves me wondering, heart clenched tight. It's poetry. Thank you. I wish I was more articulate to tell every little detail that makes me love the way you tell a story, I need a moment for that though. And I want to ask you something. Would you allow someone to translate your stories to another language?
bro 🥺 thank you so much for these lovely lovely words! yes actually, some of them have already been translated! as long as i'm credited it's all good with me, and i'd love it if you'd drop me a link if you ever do translate one!
I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and a nice day inside with your loved ones! It’s so good to be off from work and relax, especially after a hectic two days of party planning and gift-making. I wanted to make something sweet and simple and my friend sent me a picture of the Winter Wonder Lane Dress Form Tree, so I took that as permission to use that as inspiration, haha! It’s getting cold out there, so even if you’re going out, please be sure to bundle up and stay warm!

You looked up, smiling through the kiss your love placed on your lips. "Merry Christmas, baby." You giggled at the present they placed in your lap. "Wrap it all by yourself?"
"Sure did." They sat next to you, taking a sip of thier hot chocolate. "Though you technically picked it out."
Brows scrunched in light confusion, you plucked at the bow haphazardly pinned to one corner. You ripped off the paper. And began laughing.
How many times had you walked by that window? Drifted by it, hummed at the future memory of having it your home? You'd only gone into the store once to see it up close. Your partner had been with you, but if your memory was correct, they had wandered over into another section. And you said as much.
They sheepishly rubbed the crook of thier finger along thier jawline. "I was actually watching to see what you picked up."
"You spied on me?"
"Kinda," they grinned, "yeah."
Still, you thought back. "That... but that was months ago!"
Thier smile warmed even further. "And you had been watching that thing for weeks before that. You wanted it. I got it. Merry Christmas."
You melted into thier arms.
As wonderful as receiving this gift was, you couldn't wait to see thier face when they opened thier next gift. It had been the same process for them. And thier surprise was going to be worth the months of waiting to give it to them.
