♡ gray singing honey (are u coming?) on stage. he's in dark jeans that make his thighs look great, and he's not wearing a shirt. usually that wouldn't fluster you, but his ice devil slayer markings are on full display. the only thing adorning his torso besides them is his silver necklace, shining in the mood lighting of the venue.

♡ his biceps strain as he plays a complicated melody on the guitar, face and body covered by a sheen of sweat as he concentrates. you think that you'd be drooling if you weren't busy screaming along to the music.

♡ you're trying hard to stay in the front of the crowd, but it's hard when you're being jostled around. you're sure there's more enthusiastic people in the audience, judging by the screams, but when your eyes lock onto gray's, he doesn't look away.

♡ "meet me there where it never closes, meet me there where it's never hopeless" your gaze is transfixed, and it's not your imagination hoping that gray's getting closer to you because he is, and oh he's still playing the guitar but he's on his knees and- you feel your legs go weak and your face burn. you grip onto the barricade like a lifeline because otherwise you might get pulled under.

♡ when the show comes to an end, your ears are ringing, your feet ache, and you think you're going to lose your voice tomorrow. you shiver in the cold, lamenting your decision to forego a jacket. still, you forget about your discomfort when the back door opens and gray comes out.

♡ he's wearing a coat (unlike you) but your mind goes a little fuzzy when you realize there's still no shirt on his body. gray's eyes light up when he sees you, and he's quick to settle his hands on your hips. he frowns when he notices you're trembling, and he immediately pulls you into his arms. you nuzzle into him, grateful for his body heat.

♡ neither of you say anything, voices exhausted from screaming all night long. that is, until a tiny smirk forms on gray's face. you eye him warily, unsure of what the trickster will do to you. there's no tickle attack or tossing you over the shoulder, though. no, instead, gray leans down, his breath hot against your ear, and he whispers, "did you like the show, honey?"

what are some artists that really inspire u?

one of my largest inspos to date has been Gigi Cavenago ! his work is just an insanely unique blend of painterly and graphic that appeals to me sooo much

even his less elaborate sketches show just how insanely skilled he is his understanding of gesture and line dynamics is crazy! not to mention most of his work is entirely digital he just has such a good handle on when and where to apply texture to mimic traditional ink drawing and painting techniques

other than him some huge influences on my work (far from being all of them though) have been Cliff Chiang (artist of Paper Girls, really fantastic inks and also just draws women really good) Eric Canete (does a ton of shit but i like his sketches a lot really good understanding of anatomy and how to stylize it) and Aleksander Rostov (I feel like most people know and love the art of Disco Elysium at this point but still unbelievably gorgeous stuff)

also im just inspired by almost every single artist i see especially my peers! I try to play around with style and technique as much as I possibly can because thats how I personally learn so my inspirations range wildly from comics to fine art painting to 2005 anime fanart

It’s strange, I’m used to hyperfixating hard on things like HARD (beats my 2yr long beetlejuice musical obsession back with a stick) but Starbreaker- not even fantasy high itself took me over to the point of feeling like a teen about. Like I haven’t had this much fun in fandom in years. I haven’t like- interacted with people this much in fandom in years (which is still not enough but if I beat myself up about social interaction again I’ll jump off a cliff)

But there’s never been a concern of like “this obsession won’t fade for a while but it’ll lose popularity” and that’s fine and surprisingly it hasn’t. But it is different. It’s like adapting to it constantly as the thing itself changes even when there are aspects that you’d like to stay the same. Like that ‘I don’t go to this school of thought, but I’ll still take the class bc it’s interesting’ sorta thing.

And then there’s that feeling of WANTING to contribute but the thing has become such a beast that it’s like oooh I’m so out of my depths here.

Also like constantly having to look myself in the eye and be like ‘bitch you don’t have to talk or contribute to EVERYTHING’ and the sooner I accept that and accept that it is what it is, ill miss things, I won’t get enjoyment out of every aspect and every aspect isn’t for me and that that isn’t a bad thing, I’ll stop having moments of feeling weird and out of place. I have my lil corner and that’s okay

there's this baby kitty in my neighborhood whose tail has been injured and as far as we know doesn't have any owners. we finally got her trusting enough to come up on the front porch and sleep, but the rush of power at being on higher ground must have gone to her head cuz she has since completely ignored us for 3 days while she stalks her terrorizer so hard he waits at her feet in fear of her weirdness. well i think the bout of ghosting us when we call for food time might be over cuz this morning there was a bird next to the front mat and she was screaming for sustenance. the thing is, earlier in the morning she was out there yelling but we didn't have time to feed her then. and we only saw the bird when we came back about an hour later so. either it was already there and we missed it or she said 'oh no food? i can trade u want trade? we share?' and ran to go find an offering. but also the bird she brought isn't one we really get at our feeders so this skinny little paperweight of a cat ran a fair distance somewhere and carried this bird that's the size of her head, if not bigger, back uphill, upstairs, through a patio gate, and gently lined it up next to the mat. not even on the mat. it was perfectly parallel but out of the way of where we walk. i maybe should have been more horrified than i was but frankly i've been missing her and i am flattered by the sentiment.

all the leaders would have sky flames only ichiro and kuukou would be pure sky flame users with kuukou having the highest grade purity, samatoki’s would be mixed with storm, ramuda’s with mist, jakurai’s with cloud and sasara’s with rain, i think amy rose should have a piko hammer hypnosis mic and her tarot cards would be her speakers but a little bit mechanical in design to show her trauma with metal, sonic himself would have a mic similar in design to dice’s but with a ring and a dj set up speaker like ichiro, kuukou would be a lizard type sonic character with a super form that transforms into a dragon like trip—
