Okay. I'm about to say something that's probably going to get me run out of the fandom, but.

I don't actually think Tommy leaving their date early had anything to do with him not wanting to pressure Buck (regardless of what he claimed later). Instead, I think it had everything to do with Tommy being annoyed and no longer into it that evening, and I think that is both okay AND significantly more interesting than taking him at his word later and framing it as some selfless act by a sanitized elder gay shepherd just trying to do right by Buck.

The idea that earthmover plushie was something i could realistically maybe make was beamed into my brain on friday may 10th at exactly 11:23 PM and then proceeded to consume my entire weekend. i did not know if this would work but i did it. i made him. my weird lopsided dog Benjamin

(I'd be happy to write up the pattern/instructions if people are interested- I think it'd be pretty simple to recreate since he's like 90% rectangles- but be warned that I have never tried to draft a plushie pattern from scratch before and it's kinda janky as hell the way the legs are attached feels like one of those illegal lego techniques so you have to promise not to make fun of me ok)

Order of the Pheonix AU where almost everything is the same except the people in Grimmauld Place stay there the whole time because they're there for protection for various different reasons to be hidden from the wizarding world until everything's safe. And have to pretend to be one big happy family to fit in.

Oh, and no magic. Absolutely no magic otherwise they could be tracked down (no I don't know if magic works that way for the sake of the plot it does)

And the house is an absolute wreck, so now they're all having to clean it and renovate it with no magic and live there with each other 24/7.

The Weaselys are there because Arthur keeps offending the Ministry and they're worried the kids will be used against them. Hermione's there because she's also offended the Ministry by being too smart, somehow. Harry's there because his existence offends Voldemort. Remus is there because his existence offends the Ministry. Sirius is there because he's offended everyone. Tonks is there because she's also offended everyone. And Severus is there because he's offended Voldemort.

And so somehow they all need to work together and try cooperate while multiple people (Severus and Sirius) hate each others guts.

Also, while they're renovating, they're finding it ridiculously hard without magic or house elf help. All except Severus, who somehow does his assigned rooms twice as quickly. Naturally Harry and Ron think he's using magic while being forbidden to do so. They spy on him...

And it turns out, Snape's just really good at painting walls. Because "Not all of us had house-elves waiting on us hand and foot, Black. Some of us actually had to get things done on our own". Aka growing up poor in Cokeworth means learning to repair everything yourself

You know that whole trope/adage/etc. about the fact that people are strongest and most powerful when united against a common enemy?

Climate change is a common enemy for all of humanity. And unlike most instances of "banding together against a common enemy," fighting climate change doesn't require hurting anyone - only healing each other and the world.

So let's all band together and hurt the hell out of some oil company profit margins instead of each other.

I have no idea if I’ll write it, but I started thinking of Springtrap x reader plots, and then I started talking to @ravenmccookies about like... the main idea that I have.

So, imagine: Y/N is one of those people who likes to restore old things. They never worked at the attraction, and never actually knew about it, either—but they heard about something burning down.

While out walking, they end up discovering Springtrap, and they’re like: “Oh, a cool robot bunny. I’ll take it back with me and fix it up. Should be fun.” And they drag him back home.

And they basically start streaming on what they plan on doing—and when they go to the room that they were sure they left the rabbit in... he’s just gone.

Y/N manages to find him, but in a panic, ends up hitting Springtrap with a bat that they happened to have brought with them.

And that’s just how the two actually meet. I have a ton of other ideas involving this potential thing—including ideas for how it could actually end. Something angsty, I’m thinking.

But anyway: shenanigans occur.

Just as Red Shoes represents giving in to the desire to hurt others for your own gain, Pink Shoes represents giving in to the desire to give up, and let others make the decisions for you. We've seen this in how Ishmael needs someone to be her compass, and if she lacks one, she latches onto one goal obsessively (prior to her learning to chart her own course in Canto V, at least), and how Hong Lu is expanding his horizons merely because his family told him to. It's about taking a passive role in your own life, but in a guilt-laden way- you know you shouldn't be letting others dictate what your every action will be, but... doesn't it feel good to be guided?

However, it is also equally and transparently about bdsm, so if you want to draw any character in that EGO for those themes and NOT to draw something incredibly horny you're shit out of luck
