He is so baby-faced. He hasn't changed at all since he was 22, to when he died of "old age" at 40

He has tiny eyebrows. Like a puppy's (rottweiler's, for example). So cute and tiny and fuffy

He naturally frowns. Look at him and his mouth and his lil nose

He has a thing about keeping his arms near his chest. He sits with his arms crossed, introduces himself with his hands over his torso, and even walks with his arms crossed toward Midoriya

He has such clear skin for someone who lived the rest of his life in a forest??? Why do Hikage and Yoichi have such nice skin despite living in terrible environments? (forest and vault + abandoned streets respectively)

Is easily scared

They knew their Quirks could be used, but Shinomori got scared of it when it happened. Even though he gave Midoriya his support and access to his Quirk beforehand. Depending on the translation; "it startled me", "you scared me", "it surprised me"

I'm not going to hold running from AFO against him because he knew he was running for his life. Who wouldn't run for their life when it's in danger? Shinomori was being chased by the strongest person in the country (and likely the world)

His sense of self-preservation is probably heightened by the nature of his Quirk to keep him out of danger too. Which makes him all the more sensitive and jumpy to danger and anything that startles him, especially when he has no warning

He's actually extremely tall, but is so socially inept and jumpy it's adorable. He's taller than Bruce.

Bruce is as tall as a vault door that the 2m AFO used.

It's also adorable how Shinomori just doesn't understand social conventions sometimes. He lived in a forest, so it made sense, but also— Midoriya shows up in the void to the vestige platform for the first time. He has no mouth, no clothes—and Shinomori's first idea is to stand in front of him menacingly and go: "I shall explain. I am Shinomori Hikage." SIRRRR

His Ability is basically like glorified anxiety. What if something is coming to hurt him? If something can hurt him? What if that tree falls while he's under it? And the ideas come so hard they hurt (although yes, it does detect ill intent and that's what sets it off)

He talks weirdly. Formal? Old-fashioned? Listening to him speak Japanese compared to others, it just sounds a bit different. (Translated subs don't show it very well, it's the voice itself methinks)

I know I don't really post my little fics, but I wanted to share this nevertheless, because I'm quite proud of myself- today I finished filling my third little writing notebook! ❤️

I was curious, so I did a very quick and dirty word count (just... pages times lines times words in an average line), and with all three of them together, I'm up approximately to 130k words of fic handwritten over the past year (or, well, 10 months or so)!!!

everyone always says "don't make your first comic project one that you're overly attached to" for the sake of 'your big idea you're in love with is probably way more ambitious than your skill level will accommodate for' and that is a statement that i generally agree with. not me though, i'm different. /silly

i just feel like there is an alternative to that statement too which is both "you can start it anyways but just accept that later your early work will not be as good as the later work, creating a bit of a quality gap over the span of the comic" AND "the power of hyperfixating on your own characters for years at a time can make you actually do the big project so dont let the generalized advice about starting an overly ambitious project snuff the fire of your interest by making you feel like you have to wait 'until you're talented enough'. like you can always go back and re-do the old parts once you're better and that's okay. or you can leave them as a reminder of how much you've grown with your big passion project"

Fortunately, there hasn't been any weird people in my inbox but some shit happened and i'd rather not elaborate bc it's not in my place to tell you about it, but for context, the gist of it was people were fighting over this person's oc and the creator and other people are getting harrased for it.

Another mutual of mine told me that they also had unpleasant experiences with an old blog of theirs, and they had to delete it bc of it.

I just don't want any infighting or harassment getting sent to other people over something that's honestly not that serious.

People design and create characters because it's fun. Why ruin it for everyone else?

Just please keep it all lighthearted and don't make it weird. Constantly check yourself and ask if what you're doing is ok or think about how your actions affect other people.

Reality checks are also important. Please keep in mind that these are just fictional characters in a fictional universe that i just made up. None of this shit is real.

I'm still unsure about ship art, because it'll inevitably get messy if i start allowing it. So for now, it's not allowed. I would be the only person that can draw my ocs interacting with your ocs/sonas/etc. Just think of it as like some sort of weird rp chatbot askblog or some shit,, i dont know.

I know it may seem hypocritical of me because i literally have a self insert but its just better to prevent potential shit from happening than finding a solution for it.

If ship art not being allowed somehow upsets you, then that's a sign that you're not welcome here.

One day, Gjör and her peers were lead by their mentor Opheria, to a mission far from their home. On the peak of that mountain village, they saw upon the horizon, the castle of their home go up in flames. Horrified and scared, the apprentices sought to follow their mentors guidance, and followed her lead into a small barn. It was there, that Opheria proceeded to slaughter each and everyone of the apprentices. It seemed she somehow had a hand in this sudden attack on the Order of Palms. Gjör D'annevual survived a sword through the 'heart', on account of a rare condition, that places her heart on the other side of her chest. When she finally managed to bring herself back home, the Order was insulted by her survival. She had so many better peers, why couldn't any of them have survived? This runt was seriously the only thing that survived Opherias wrath? It was better to just wash their hands clean of this. Thus the Order decided to banish Gjör from their ranks. She now travels the land in search of a purpose.

I never really talk about my fursona too often bc I don't really have much reason to but I do have thoughts™️ about her to share from time to time. I don't really commission art of her either bc my moomin oc sorta takes then spotlight there and I've got so much story and lore for her whereas my fursona is just sorta. She was found in an arcade claw machine buried under everything else and though she looks handmade she does have a little fabric tag but the only thing on it is a small heart on both sides. That's about it story wise for now
