i think tina talked once about her twitch fanbase going from being all creepy guys to all women and lgbt people because of dreams fanbase/general dsmp popularity. it’s fascinating

the way people talk about her just makes me so uncomfortable but oh well. but yeah i remember tina talking abt that too its just very strange watching this transition happen in reverse. i think we often get somewhat complacent being in a fanbase that is largely women, largely queer, largely a bit more progressive and kinda forget what else is out there. obv this is a very harmless example of that culture shock but that was the same thing i felt was at the heart of the kick debate and people getting upset at sylvee for saying that twitch is just as bad. we just dont see a lot of the really weird stuff

my take: they love each other way more now, but sapnap is still a bit worried when george says extreme stuff and gets annoyed when george shows immaturity. they both sometimes think dream can be a little cringe or too emotional, but they have a strong bond with him and would trust him with their life. also dream being >neurodivergent can get too caught up in projects sometimes and that puts a distance between him & snf. they have fun together but snf also thinks they don't have much in common with dream nowadays (also by spending most of their time together they're finding more common stuff between them instead) even tho he's a focal point and always will be. i think dream allegations and face reveal flop had a bit of an impact on snf's magnified idea of dream (cause they're both a bit immature still, let's be honest), but they still love him, support him, etc. also i think dream found a girlfriend around nov-dec (not andi) and that's another reason he was spending less time with them, together with getting back to practicing mc and all. sapnap kept inviting sylvee cause they're together ofc but brought gnf with them since him and sylvee can act like they're just friends. dream instead doesn't wanna risk it so he never appeared with his gf around and left it at that. also, hot take: dream is def hosting parties bc george wants a girlfriend but can't find it lool classic dream supporting & propelling george. obv not the only reason why, but ʅʕ•ᴥ•ʔʃ

It sounds like Hannah’s trip depending on someone’s else tho. I doubt Sylvee has any reasons to go back earlier than originally planned so I’d say it’s dream/dteam leaving on Friday. And the girls with them obv

nice okay so my first guess is #157 🥺 they haven't teamed together in a while n i think they're overdue being in a team and i miss them 🙁

BUT for realsies off the top of my head i (like literally everyone) think one of wilbur/quackity/ranboo Will be. im thinking an exciting way of breaking wilburs teaming with sbi (+ranboo who hes still teamed with three times) would be with dnf, definitely a pink worthy team. dream n wilbur have never teamed in mcc and i think they'd mesh well together during it

i havent thought in any detail abt ranboo or quackity. quackitys a wild card bc he has Actual obligations (school) so IF he is in mcc it'll probably be dngs team. n ranboo and dream have both expressed wanting to team together dream to scott directly after mcc 15 iirc

outside of that i think probably anyone who's friends with 709 n 157 or are like. good acquaintances could be be teamed w them as long as its not any s tiers obviously. cpk as a teammate would be p cool but i think thats off the cards. ponk i can see for sure n it'd probably be easier to balance. probably Not anyone whos particularly pvp oriented.

w/ the qsmp lineup the vibe I got was "close friends and chill popular people" - people he was confident he knew how they would act and wouldn't cause meaningless chaos/griefing on the server (so not someone like tommy KEKW). Personally I'm hoping these are just his test subjects and more ppl will eventually be added (JOJO FTW SYLVEE FTW). GET SOME MORE USE OUT OF THAT TRAIN STATION 👏👏

Also from the way Q was talking w foosh the other day, my impression is that there are going to be events, and the events are more what people are kind of expected to show up for rather than just streaming on it. Like they /can/ just stream on the server, exploring or building, but that's not the main part. Obvs I don't know that but that's my guess as to why some ppl only went on it once and seem okay with not going full tilt like you normally would for a server like this.

im fairly sure more people will be added but he's probably trying to elongate the life of it so it might be a slow process

and that would def make sense about the events! my impression was it was meant to be a casual play server with occasional large events that all the less frequent streamers try and show up for!
