20 days into April... welp! Time flies when you're drawing as much as you can after work eh? Today brings the god of winds, Amatsu, from the Monster Hunter series!

I remember when I first fought this big ol' wind sock of a dragon... ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE OMG!! The music really struck a chord with me back in MHGens/GU, and if there's one thing I do miss in Rise, it's a little sound Amatsu makes as an audio queue for attacks. But either way, I LOVE THIS DRAGON A TON OMG!! And in MHRise??? I literally bought the DLC so fast just for Amatsu and they made this guy a true storm god, INCREDIBLE AAAH!

10000/10 would hunt multiple times just for fun again.

can argue to death with me about how age restrictions on youtube are necessary but i will be DAMNED before i say Hinds Hall deserved to be age restricted. average american child on youtube can listen to H*rbu D*rbu (censoring in hopes to avoid algorithm engagement with the song) which is IOF praising genocidal propaganda, and- big fucking shocker- its not age restricted. i’m 100% sure the only reason Hind’s Hall was restricted was to deliberately suppress and avoid the spread of the song.

a great episode but it would have been even more of a banger if they revealed merlin's magic!!! imagine morgana telling arthur "not even emrys can save you now" and merlin going "actually, he can" and then the fifth season could have dealt with arthur coming to terms with merlin's magic. why don't the writers of this show ever do anything fun

N WHILE I WAS WORKIN ON THE FULL BODY,,, i was considering how to do the whole bod- excuse me i adore character design n i adore ramblin about it- and more specifically the Arms actually and how the structures have canonically eight legs. the question of "should i be extremely basic n borin n give it eight legs + two arms or six legs and two arms that would double for legs to keep true to the limb count and maybe force the structure to essentially bow to walk like some fucked horror movie shit OR armless..." and well the fact is that armless is actually kinda Fun to draw so i went with that. n then came the idea of irony that Iterators r scholars and scientists and such n you'd think that means they'd have arms but Nope! fuck 'em kids. and then the fact that only the puppet has proper arms??? that's so fucked up to me. eyesight too!!! only the puppet and overseers can see!!!!s uch a giant thing and dependant on such small pieces of itself UGH

n then i realized i was getting subconsciously inspired by Al-an from Subnautica 😔👍

That horrible feeling when something is wrong with your horse, the vet will be coming to check it out later in the day, and all day your brain comes up with all the worst-case scenarios that make you cry.

And it turns out to be a minor and very fixable injury 🙃

Horses are an emotional rollercoaster.
