If there's one thing that will drive me away from the Netherlands it's the car noise.

There isn't a single place in the country where you can't hear cars in the background.

#it's unnatural #a friend of mine says she found one actually #somewhere near the sea if you cross the dunes #but I haven't been there yet #I prefer living in the middle of nowhere #thank you very much #one day I'll be old and somewhat rich and I'll finish all the science projects I wanted #and I'll just buy a house in Connemara #or maybe West Cork #and I'll have books and good tea and the ocean and wind noises for company #occasional sheep #no cars #very few humans #but now I have to suffer :/#career reasons and all that #honestly Dublin is underrated #it's so quiet most of the time #and the weather is nice #tw: rinn

After that first exam on Friday my brain fell out of study mode and now I can’t focus, which is a problem because I have 2 more exams in 2 weeks and I barely studied for them 😩

Get a load of clean wet laundry

Hang it outside on the line to dry

That's it actually. In extreme cases if necessary you can also wash your car and/or set up the grill for outdoor cooking.
