Ruth Ann Buzzi (/ˈbʌzi/ BUZZY; July 24, 1936 – May 1, 2025) Actress and comedienne who appeared on stage, in films, and on television. She is best known for her performances on the comedy-variety show Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In from 1968 to 1973, for which she won a Golden Globe Award and received five Emmy nominations.
Her first national recognition on television came on The Garry Moore Show in 1964, shortly after Carol Burnett was replaced by Dorothy Loudon on the series. She performed as "Shakundala the Silent", a bumbling magician's assistant to her comedy partner Dom DeLuise, who played "Dominic the Great". Buzzi was a member of the regular repertory company on the CBS variety show The Entertainers (1964–65).
In 1967, Buzzi appeared in all eight episodes of The Steve Allen Comedy Hour, a variety series starring Steve Allen. Her character parts in the Allen sketches led her to be cast for NBC's new show Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In. She was the only featured player to appear in every episode of Laugh-In including the pilot for the show and the Laugh-In television special. Among her recurring characters on Laugh-In were Flicker Farkle, youngest of the Farkle family; Busy-Buzzi, a Hedda Hopper-type Hollywood gossip columnist; Doris Swizzler, a cocktail-lounge habituée who always got smashed with husband Leonard (Dick Martin); and one of the Burbank Airlines Stewardesses, inconsiderate flight attendants.
She was widely known for her role as "spinster" Gladys Ormphby, clad in drab brown with her bun hairdo covered by a visible hairnet knotted in the middle of her forehead. Buzzi first used this look when she played Agnes Gooch in a school production of Auntie Mame. In most sketches, she used her purse as a weapon, with which she would flail away vigorously at anyone who incurred her wrath. She most often was the unwilling object of the advances of Arte Johnson's "dirty old man" character Tyrone F. Horneigh. NBC collectively called these two characters The Nitwits when they went to animation in the mid-1970s as part of the series Baggy Pants and the Nitwits. Buzzi and Johnson both voiced their respective roles in the cartoon.
Buzzi was featured as Gladys in many of the Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts from the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, ranting about notable roastees including Muhammad Ali, Frank Sinatra, and Lucille Ball. In each case, Gladys pugnaciously attacked the honoree with her purse, and she would also hit Martin when he made disparaging remarks about her looks and her romantic prospects.
Buzzi was featured as a semi-regular on the comedy That Girl as Marlo Thomas's friend Margie "Pete" Peterson. She starred with Jim Nabors as the time-traveling androids Fi and Fum in The Lost Saucer produced by Sid and Marty Krofft which aired from September 11, 1975, until September 2, 1976 (16 episodes).
In 1979, she co-starred on the Canadian children's comedy show You Can't Do That on Television (also known as Whatever Turns You On).
Buzzi was a guest star on many television series, including Donny & Marie, The Flip Wilson Show, The Dean Martin Music and Comedy Hour, the Dean Martin Roasts, The Carol Burnett Show, Tony Orlando and Dawn, The Monkees, Emergency!, and variety series hosted by Leslie Uggams and Glen Campbell. She also appeared occasionally on game shows and was a celebrity judge on The Gong Show. She appeared in Lucille Ball's last comedy Life with Lucy as Mrs. Wilcox in the episode "Lucy Makes a Hit with John Ritter". She appeared eight times on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and made more than 200 other television guest appearances.
She joined the cast of Sesame Street in 1993 as shopkeeper, Ruthie, as part of the "Around the Corner" set expansion. (Wikipedia)

How I Customize Windows and Android
Windows: Rainmeter
Rainmeter Skins
Rainmeter | Deviantart
r/Rainmeter
Rainmeter is where I get nifty desktop widgets (skins). There are a ton of skins online and you can spend hours just getting caught up in customizing. There are clocks, disk information, music visualizers, weather widgets*, and more.
I get most of my skins from the links I posted, but they are by no means the only resources for Rainmeter skins. r/Rainmeter and Deviantart have some awesome inspiration.
This is what my desktop looks like right now:
Dock: Dock 2 v1.5
Icons: icons8 - this is probably the best free resource for icons I know of
"Good Evening [name]": Simple Clean
Clock: Simplony
* Note about weather widgets: Older Rainmeter skins that use old weather APIs will likely not work. The Rainmeter forums has information with lists of weather skins that do work.
Windows: Useful Things for Workflow
Flow Launcher - this is basically a search bar, app launcher, and even easy-access terminal all in one. The default hotkey is Alt+Space. I use this almost primarily to do quick calculations. There are a ton of plugins and I've barely scratched the surface with how I use it.
ShareX - This is my screenshot tool and I love it. Admittedly, I find it difficult to configure, but once I had it set up, I didn't really have to adjust it. You can create custom hotkeys to screenshot your entire screen, or to select your screen, or even use OCR. This has saved me a ton of time copying over text in images and making it searchable.
Bonus - Get Rid of Windows Web Search in the Start Menu: If you're comfortable with editing your registry, and you want to get rid of the pesky web results in Windows search, this fix is what I used to get rid of it.
Android: Nova Launcher
This is my main Android launcher that I've been using for almost as long as I've owned a smartphone, and it's super customizable. The best part is that it's free with no ads, and you can purchase premium at a one-time cost.
The main things I use it for are app drawer tabs, renaming apps, hiding apps, and changing the icons.
I've had premium for so long that I've forgotten what the features were, but looking at the website, the one feature I use is app folders.
This is what my phone homescreen and app drawers look like:
Time/Weather: Breezy Weather
Calendar: Month: Calendar Widget (I got this on sale for like 30 cents once but there are a plethora of good calendar apps out there)
Icons: Whicons - White Icon Pack
Advanced Customization
Further things to enhance your customization experience to look into include:
Flashing a custom Android ROM (e.g. LineageOS)
Give up on Windows & install Linux instead (Ubuntu is a good one to start with)
Android app modification: ReVanced apps (includes Tumblr), Distraction Free Instagram
Miscellaneous notes under the cut:
None of these links are affiliate links. These are all tools I happen to use on a daily basis and I'm not being paid to promote them.
Install Rainmeter skins and programs I recommend at your own risk. Before altering Windows, such as editing the registry, make sure you have everything backed up.
The Windows web search fix works on my Windows 11 machine. I don't know if it works for Windows 10, but I do know I was able to disable it in Windows 10 at some point, so your mileage may vary.
Install non-Play Store apps at your own risk. (Although in my opinion, open source APKs are less sketchy than some apps on the Play Store...) Always check where you're downloading APKs form!
The wallpaper for my desktop and phone are custom wallpapers I made myself.
(At the request of @christ-chan-official)

what kind of AAC do you use, my son is non speaking and is interested in one, but I have no idea where to start
Kiku uses lots of kinds of AAC!
Mostly Kiku's phone and ipad with multiple apps on them (LAMP, Prolquo2go, Proloquo4text, Touchchat, Proloquo, and TD Snap), communication boards with words and symbols on them, communication books, letterboards, picture cards, communication cards, emojis, texting and gestures and noises (think that is everything).
A good place to start is to see if you have or could get a tablet to use for AAC or some other form of robust AAC (robust means the user can say anything they want to with it. Robust AAC has all parts of speech, punctuation, a keyboard, and prestored messages.)
Most robust AAC apps are on apple but there are some on android as well.
PODD books are an example of a robust communication book.
Also keep in mind that many AAC users communicate in many ways (multimodal communication) and whatever you start with likely won't be the only way he communicates. Finding what works for a user takes time.
If your son has any other disabilities those should be taken into consideration (visual impairment, motor skill issues, ect) but also know that kids can often adapt pretty well and things like a smaller grid size or hiding a bunch of buttons should be a last resort if the user shows they need it. (Kiku uses multiple grid sizes).
If there aren't any real concerns about vision or motor skills then it's best to go with the largest grid size the user can see and touch.
AAC apps often go on sale twice a year for AAC awareness month and Autism awareness month).
Some info about some aac apps:
Kiku can only talk about apple based apps because those are what Kiku uses. Some offer trials or another way to access vocabulary to try it.
LAMP Words for life: 1 grid size (84 buttons/ 7 by 12 grid). $300 US Lamp is a heavily motor planning based aac app with a associate based organization method. LAMP was designed with autistic people in mind and can be helpful for those with motor disabilities or motor planning disabilities (apraxia). It has a small amount of high contrast symbols. LAMP is unique because it has only one spot for each word and it alerts you if you accidentally try to add a word again. That is because of the method behind LAMP (language accusition through motor planning). Bilingual options
Proloquo2go: multiple grid sizes, including custom grid sizes. $250 US Proloquo2go is a highly customizable aac app. A highly recommend grid size is 7 by 11. Custom grid sizes have to be organized by the user/person setting up the aac device for the user. Of of the more unique features of Proloquo2go is it has a typing feature. It lets you use the system keyboard to type in a large space. You can have it speak or show it to someone. Bilingual options
Touchchat: multiple grid sizes. $300 for Touchchat with Wordpower, a couple other options available. fairly customizable, multiple premade vocabularies. Options to buy multiple symbol sets. Editing is a bit more involved than with some other apps. Wordpower is the best option if going with Touchchat because they are the most robust vocabulary options. Option of high contrast symbols. Bilingual options.
Proloquo: 1 grid size (roughly 6 by 10). Subscription based, 3 options: $9.99 monthly, $99.99 yearly, or 1 to 5 year licenses. Comes with Proloquo Coach which helps parents learn about aac and how to teach aac. Proloquo has so many words. And a lot of room to add more. Might not be the best option for users with visual or motor impairments, but every user is different. Kiku highly recommends Proloquo because so many preprogramed words, with a good grid size, and access to Proloquo Coach.
TD Snap: multiple grid sizes. Subscription based: $9.99 a month. Multiple premade pagesets of varying sizes. Multiple vocabulary options. (Core first, Motor Plan, Aphasia, PODD ($4.99 a month), and Gateway ($4.99 a month). Large amount of high contrast symbols. TD Snap used to be a $50 one time purchase. But it recently became subscription based.
Proloquo4text: Text based with presaved phrases. Fairly customizable.
Speak for Yourself (S4Y): 1 grid size (120 buttons/8 by 15 grid) $300 US. another heavily motor planning based aac app, this one with no word more than 2 taps away. Words can only be added once, similar to LAMP. Unique features include babble (the ability to toggle between having a certian number of buttons showing or all of them), hold that thought (stores messages so you can say something else and then return to the previous message), and a history feature (shows you things that have been said using the app).
Hope this helps!

Owners of Spotify's soon-to-be-bricked Car Thing device are begging the company to open source the gadgets to save some the landfill. Spotify hasn't responded to pleas to salvage the hardware, which was originally intended to connect to car dashboards and auxiliary outlets to enable drivers to listen to and navigate Spotify.
Spotify announced this week that it's bricking all purchased Car Things on December 9 and not offering refunds or trade-in options. On a support page, Spotify says:
We're discontinuing Car Thing as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our product offerings. We understand it may be disappointing, but this decision allows us to focus on developing new features and enhancements that will ultimately provide a better experience to all Spotify users.
Spotify has no further guidance for device owners beyond asking them to reset the device to factory settings and “safely” get rid of the bricked gadget by “following local electronic waste guidelines.”
The company also said that it doesn’t plan to release a follow-up to the Car Thing.
Early Demise
Car Thing came out to limited subscribers in October 2021 before releasing to the general public in February 2022.
In its Q2 2022 earnings report released in July, Spotify revealed that it stopped making Car Things. In a chat with TechCrunch, it cited “several factors, including product demand and supply chain issues.” A Spotify rep also told the publication that the devices would continue to “perform as intended,” but that was apparently a temporary situation.
Halted production was a warning sign that Car Thing was in peril. However, at that time, Spotify also cut the device’s price from $90 to $50, which could have encouraged people to buy a device that would be useless a few years later.
Car Thing's usefulness was always dubious, though. The device has a 4-inch touchscreen and knob for easy navigation, as well as support for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and voice control. But it also required users to subscribe to Spotify Premium, which starts at $11 per month. Worse, Car Thing requires a phone using data or Wi-Fi connected via Bluetooth in order to work, making the Thing seem redundant.
In its Q1 2022 report, Spotify said that quitting Car Thing hurt gross margins and that it took a 31 million euro (about $31.4 million at the time) hit on the venture.
Open Source Pleas
Spotify's announcement has sent some Car Thing owners to online forums to share their disappointment with Spotify and beg the company to open source the device instead of dooming it for recycling centers at best. As of this writing, there are more than 50 posts on the Spotify Community forums showing concern about the discontinuation, with many demanding a refund and/or calling for open sourcing. There are similar discussions happening elsewhere online, like on Reddit, where users have used phrases like “entirely unacceptable” to describe the news.
A Spotify Community member going by AaronMickDee, for example, said:
I'd rather not just dispose of the device. I think there is a community that would love the idea of having a device we can customize and use for other uses other than a song playback device. Would Spotify be willing to maybe unlock the system and allow users to write/flash 3rd party firmware to the device?
A Spotify spokesperson declined to answer Ars' questions about why Car Thing isn't being open sourced and concerns around e-waste and wasted money.
Instead, a company rep told Ars, in part: “The goal of our Car Thing exploration in the US was to learn more about how people listen in the car. In July 2022, we announced we’d stop further production and now it’s time to say goodbye to the devices entirely.” I followed up with Spotify's rep to ask again about making the device open source but didn't hear back.
At this point, encouraging customers to waste nearly $100 on a soon-obsolete device hasn't resulted in any groundbreaking innovations or lessons around “how people listen in the car.” In their initial response, Spotify's rep pointed me to a Spotify site that searches Spotify's newsroom for “how to listen to Spotify in the car.” One of the top posts is from 2019 and states that “if your car has an AUX or USB socket, using a cable is probably one of the fastest ways to connect by using your phone.”
As for Spotify, using customer dollars for company-serving learning experiences isn't the best business plan. And for regular users, it's best to avoid investing in an unproven hardware venture from a software company.
As Redditor Wemie1420 put it:
Doesn’t feel great that there is literally no alternative other than trashing it. Feels like we’re being punished for supporting them. Dissuades me from buying anything Spotify puts out in the future. I feel like there would be some way to approach this without being like, ‘yeah we’re done. Just throw it out it’s a waste of money now.’

HIIII can i get 3, 4, and 11 for admonition :33
[fic ask game] - admonition
admonition is very much a silly fic i threw together last minute. it's meant to be funny and it's an apology to jason because i had been putting him through the angst wringer instead of letting him monologue to the extent that his little theater kid heart desires.
3: What’s your favorite line of narration?
Red Hood had also singlehandedly increased the number of decapitated corpses in Gotham from zero to a figure pretty healthily in the double digits in a matter of weeks.
Don't have much to say here I just like this line. This is canon btw. we have the 8 heads from the 8 drug lieutenants + 5 more offpanel from the guys that were selling drugs to 12 year olds. and both of those were within five weeks. double digits. he's presumably been decapitating even more people. it's so extra. good for you jason. keep desecrating those corpses.
also bonus shoutout to these paragraphs because i love love love using semicolons as separators in a list it's my favorite thing ever. i love that this is a thing i can do. delightful feature of english grammar.
Several things happened in quick succession: Someone screamed and started shooting at the roof, leading to a chain reaction of shouting and bullets; Dick realized he needed to get out of here immediately, made a gamble in an attempt to free himself, and definitely undid half of his progress on the tape; and Red Hood casually dropped down to the warehouse floor, barely pausing to let his momentum disperse before he had his arm looped around the nearest goon and a gun pressed to his temple.
4: What’s your favorite line of dialogue?
He gestured towards Dick, who carefully did not stiffen. "Take Nightwing over there. Birdie flies solo over in Blüdhaven, so maybe you're thinking if you just get him off the table, you'll be home free, right?" A pause. "I expect active participation from the student body."
he's just such a fucking asshole with that line. holding the entire warehouse hostage and forcing them to play along with his stupid little lesson plan. what's not to love.
11: What do you like best about this fic?
I think the fact that it miraculously manages to slot not even that messily into canon. this is obviously post-issue 2/3 with the hundred pounds of kryptonite + amazo android, pre-issue 10 where deathstroke sends those society villains after jason. i even fit in a reference to black mask trying to strike up trade with the mob in bludhaven, which is something that happens somewhere in those nightwing issues. it's like 110 or something i'm not bothering to check. probably before nightwing issue 100 where dick fights tarantula and sends her to prison, also.
i have previously spent some time trying to line up the timelines between dick's appearances in nightwing and in the under the hood arc for another fic. this did not go well for me. but i can still use this knowledge. :)
(once sslb escapes wip hell it is so over for everyone btw. i will become all powerful. the fact that it very possibly will stay dying in the drafts forever and that i have not touched it in well over two months is not relevant at all.)

9 Best Places To Buy Windows 11 Keys
The lastest Windows 11 is one of Microsoft’s best OSs . Not only it is stable, but it also comes with a host of new features like Windows Hello, Dark Mode, and advanced security,Android Gaming, Remote connections, To access these features, you’ll need to activate your Windows 11 or Windows 11 Pro , meaning a product key will be necessary, so where are the best places to buy Windows 11 Keys?
Microsoft Store Amazon Newegg Walmart BestBuy Keyingo Microcenter TigerDirect On the Hub
As most branded laptops come with windows 11 without activations, and the PC you build by yourself, you might have to get a windows 11 key from these legit market places !
The best place to buy Windows 11 keys is through the official Microsoft website. However, you can also buy from other trusted websites like Bestbuy, Amazon, Walmart, Newegg,Keyingo, On the Hub.
Then you can activate your Windows 11 and make the most of the OS.
Luckily, we’ve got you covered. Read on as we examine some of the best places to buy Windows 11 keys.
Microsoft Store
Microsoft is hands down the best place to buy Windows 11 keys. Purchasing product keys from the official website gives you the peace of mind that you’re buying a perfectly legal product that won’t have any issues in the future.
While the Microsoft website doesn’t allow you to purchase a product key independently, you can still acquire a product key by buying the different Windows 11 packages.
Windows 11 Home is best for household and personal use, licensed for one PC. Windows 11 Pro is perfect for small businesses and users in need of enhanced functionality, while Windows 11 Pro for Workstations — as the name suggests — is perfect for advanced users and businesses.
Investing in any of the above products will give you a product key that you can find in the email (confirmation) sent after purchasing Windows.
Or, you can find the product key in the packaging box your OS came in.
Keyingo
Keyingo store is among the few trusted websites that deal with product keys.
The website sells various digital products and software ranging from operating systems, office suites, packs, antiviruses and security software, and graphic design products.
You’re also likely to find Windows 11 products at a lower price when buying from Keyingo Store
However, the good thing is that Keyingo deals with legitimate products, meaning you won’t suffer any losses when purchasing directly from the site.
You can track your order or make any inquiries about Windows 11 product keys without having to wait for ages to get a response.
The site also has a software blog that helps users learn a thing or two about making the most of their devices and software.
Amazon
Amazon is also a great place to buy Windows 11 keys. All you’ll need is to head on to the site and search for Windows 11 Home.
You’ll spot several products sold by the official Windows store. However, to avoid making a wrong purchase, paying close attention to the product and its features is crucial.
Amazon allows you to buy Microsoft Windows 11 Home as a DVD, or as a USB that’ll ship to your location. Unfortunately, finding just the digital download copy of Windows 11 Home these days seems to be a bit of a challenge.
It is similar in comparison when considering Windows 11 Home. The main difference is that a USB version or digital download are obtainable and popular choices.
According to Amazon reviews, the USB version is a lot easier to install than the DVD version.
Just because Amazon is a trusted e-commerce site, that doesn’t mean you let your guard down when buying products on the platform.
Pay close attention when purchasing software like Windows 11 to ensure you buy from trustworthy sellers.
And since some software can have identical names and titles, don’t forget to closely check the name to make sure you don’t walk away with the wrong software !
Newegg
It’s hard to talk about online marketplaces for PC components and software without mentioning Newegg.
Formed in 2001, Newegg has established itself as one of the best tech-focused e-retailers in North America and worldwide.
Newegg sells Microsoft products like Windows 11 Home at relatively lower prices than you’d find on the official Microsoft website.
Even better, the site regularly updates its prices, allowing customers to buy software and PC parts at considerably low prices.
While the price cuts won’t be as significant compared to when buying to marketplaces like Kinguin, Newegg allows clients to reduce costs through discounts and promo codes.
Newegg also offers free shipping to clients in the US, which can cut your costs even further.
You’ll receive the activation key upon purchasing the product. On most occasions, the code will be super tiny and strategically located under the ‘scratch off’ sticker.
You can easily scratch off the product key on your package, so it’s best to scratch slowly and carefully.
Walmart
You can also buy Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro on the Walmart website.
One advantage of buying at Walmart is you’ll be eligible for free shipping, and you can buy the product at slightly lower prices than buying directly from Microsoft.
Based on client reviews, you’ll find the key on the Windows 11 product package. Remember to scratch gently to reveal the code.
Walmart also gives you access to a host of other genuine Windows products, making it a great option if you want to buy legit Windows 11 keys without having to pay the full price on the Microsoft website.
Microcenter
Microcenter is another legitimate online store to purchase legitimate Windows 11 for your PC.
The website exclusively deals with tech, computer, and software-related products, making it a great place to hunt for affordable Windows 11 Home or Pro product keys.
Similar to other genuine Microsoft merchants, you’ll get your Windows 11 keys on your packaging.
So, scratch gently to avoid removing the tiny product key figures. Microcenter allows clients to purchase a maximum of ten keys per household, which is a great way to limit further reselling.
TigerDirect
Tigerdirect is another great place to purchase Windows 11 and get a product key for activation.
While the prices aren’t as affordable as you’ll find on several other sites, Tigerdirect is still cheaper than Microsoft.
That means you can ship via TigerDirect if you find buying directly from Windows to be expensive.
Tigerdirect is a lot faster than other sites when it comes to shipping.
And although you won’t get massive discounts on the site, the knowledge that you’ll be buying legitimate Windows 11 keys should give you peace of mind.
Besides fast shipping, Tigerdirect also stands out due to its highly responsive support team.
Clients who’ve bought from the site claim the support team is dedicated to resolving client issues in the shortest time possible.
On the Hub
On the Hub has partnered with hundreds of schools, universities, and colleges from various countries to make Microsoft products and a host of other products available to students.
However, only students with valid school IDs and institution email addresses are eligible for the discounts provided on the site.
To make the most of the offers on the site, you’ll first need to key in your country, state or province, and school.
This information will allow the system to determine the deals and offers you’re eligible for based on your school’s agreement with On The Hub.
Although not suitable for everyone, On The Hub is an excellent website for students looking to purchase or get Windows 11 keys for free.
If you’re a student, then you might want to consider trying out On The Hub if your institution is registered as an academic partner

I can't figure out this spacing thing and I'm not about to find out. So hey! I'm Allul (They/Them, trying to figure that thing out)! I'm that fucking creature that's flooding your dash with posts about a boat girl and whatever other shenanigans my mind decides to get up to. I'd say I should apologize but really the longer you know me the more you realize this is just how I live my life
I'm 26 (Not for long) and a terrible chronic gacha addict that probably should've stopped a long time ago. But since i haven't I now have adopted boats (as this blog shows) along with....
androids
horse girls
very bisexual prisoners
food personifications
goblins
cinnamon rolls
and plenty of other random things that go in and out of my mind on the daily. This may come at a surprise to plenty of people but I literally haven't even been here a year yet (shocking I know). Most of my writing career has been either super bad fanfics, skype rp (yes this sadly was part of my life), and forums of recently. Only after being dragged here by a few friends did I realize what I was missing out on and I'm glad I joined! I promise you I'm not intimidating as I may seem (If I even come off as intimidating) and really I'm a DM away from blowing your eardrums off about whatever you want. Like lets be real my first blog here was a goddamn pokemon. I think that says everything you need to know.
Anyway next is checks notes about myself and that's problematic. Because I have no idea how to do that :3. According to my friends this meme explains it best
But as expected writing is my hobby (go figure) and beyond that is probably video games. A lot and a ALOT of RPGS, Fighting Games, and whatever is out there to get my serotonin running. Currently I'm down in the mines playing Granblue Fantasy Relink, Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising (are you noticing the trend), and dabbling in some other ventures (Gundam Versus if you want to know how niche my tastes get. I also collect plushes!

in line with my crippling Granblue addiction music CD's!
But yeah if it wasn't obvious I love talking about literally anything. My interests are kinda all over the place but most people can vouch that I'm a damn good listener. And that includes plotting even if my mentality usually is just a "fuck it we ball one" rather than really planning it out (I do love planning too! But sometimes you really just gotta go off and never stop). If you don't find me here on NJ's Blog well don't worry I have like 11 more as well. Featuring...
Morgan le Fay (Fate) (@talesofrainandstars_
Melusine (Also from Fate) (@robustdragonheart)
Nian (Arknights) (@unfetteredfreedom)
Mika ("Archive that may be Blue") (@witchoftrinity)
Architect (Girls' Frontline) (@explosivedesire)
Fenie (Granblue Fantasy) (@sourceoftheflame)
Miyoi Okunoda (Touhou) (@geidonteispostergirl)
"Sparkle" (Honkai Stars Rails) @sparklingsplendor
Hiroi Kikuri (Bocchi the Rock) (@sickhackbassist)
My OC Protag from Armored Core 6 "Raven" (@echoesofcoral)
Beyond that I'm always in Discord if you just want to chat or anything else. You can also find me on twitter where I rant about the most craziest things and cry when my favorites in gachas actually get content (it doesn't happen often). Other then that I have no idea how to end this so here's a picture of my dog

anyway I think I've ranted long enough. Looking forward to talking with everyone more and anyone else who is willing to put up with my muses!"

Introduction:
In today's competitive market, creating high-quality Android applications requires adherence to best development practices. Android app development agencies in Vadodara (Gujarat, India) like Nivida Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., play a crucial role in delivering exceptional applications. This article presents the 20 best Android development practices to follow in 2023, ensuring the success of your app development projects.

1. Define Clear Objectives:
Begin by defining clear objectives for your Android app development project. Identify the target audience, the app's purpose, and the specific goals you aim to achieve. This clarity will guide the development process and result in a more focused and effective application.
2. Embrace the Material Design Guidelines:
Google's Material Design guidelines provide a comprehensive set of principles and guidelines for designing visually appealing and intuitive Android applications. Adhering to these guidelines ensures consistency, enhances usability, and delivers an optimal user experience.
3. Optimize App Performance:
Performance optimization is crucial for user satisfaction. Focus on optimizing app loading times, minimizing network requests, and implementing efficient caching mechanisms. Profiling tools like Android Profiler can help identify performance bottlenecks and improve overall app responsiveness.
4. Follow a Modular Approach:
Adopting a modular approach allows for easier maintenance, scalability, and code reusability. Breaking down your app into smaller, manageable modules promotes faster development, reduces dependencies, and enhances collaboration among developers.
5. Implement Responsive UI Designs:
Designing a responsive user interface (UI) ensures that your app adapts seamlessly to various screen sizes and orientations. Utilize Android’s resources, such as ConstraintLayout, to create dynamic and adaptive UIs that provide a consistent experience across different devices.
6. Prioritize Security:
Android app security is of paramount importance. Employ secure coding practices, authenticate user inputs, encrypt sensitive data, and regularly update libraries and dependencies to protect your app against vulnerabilities and potential attacks.
7. Opt for Kotlin as the Preferred Language:
Kotlin has gained immense popularity among Android developers due to its conciseness, null safety, and enhanced interoperability with existing Java code. Embrace Kotlin as the primary programming language for your Android app development projects to leverage its modern features and developer-friendly syntax.
8. Conduct Thorough Testing:
Testing is crucial to ensure the reliability and stability of your Android applications. Employ a combination of unit testing, integration testing, and automated UI testing using frameworks like Espresso to catch bugs early and deliver a robust app to your users.
9. Optimize Battery Consumption:
Battery life is a significant concern for Android users. Optimize your app's battery consumption by minimizing background processes, reducing network requests, and implementing efficient power management techniques. Android's Battery Optimization APIs can help streamline power usage.
10. Implement Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD):
Adopting CI/CD practices facilitates frequent code integration, automated testing, and seamless deployment. Tools like Jenkins and Bitrise enable developers to automate build processes, run tests, and deploy app updates efficiently, resulting in faster time-to-market and improved quality.
11. Leverage Cloud Technologies:
Integrating cloud technologies, such as cloud storage and backend services, can enhance your app's scalability, performance, and reliability. Services like Firebase offer powerful tools for authentication, database management, push notifications, and analytics.
12. Ensure Accessibility:
Make your Android app accessible to users with disabilities by adhering to accessibility guidelines. Provide alternative text for images, support screen readers, and use colour contrast appropriately to ensure inclusivity and a positive user experience for all users.
13. Optimize App Size:
Large app sizes can deter users from downloading and installing your application. Optimize your app's size by eliminating unused resources, compressing images, and utilizing Android App Bundles to deliver optimized APKs based on device configurations.
14. Implement Offline Support:
Provide offline capabilities in your app to ensure users can access essential features and content even when offline. Implement local caching, synchronize data in the background, and notify users of limited or no connectivity to deliver a seamless user experience.
15. Implement Analytics and Crash Reporting:
Integrate analytics and crash reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to gain insights into user behaviour, identify areas for improvement, and address crashes promptly. This data-driven approach helps in refining your app's performance and user engagement.
16. Keep Up with Android OS Updates:
Stay up to date with the latest Android OS updates, new APIs, and platform features. Regularly update your app to leverage new functionalities, enhance performance, and ensure compatibility with newer devices.
17. Provide Localized Versions:
Cater to a global audience by providing localized versions of your app. Translate your app's content, user interface, and notifications into different languages to expand your user base and increase user engagement.

WtW Ghost Gala - Day 11: Bats
How would your WIP change if a minor character became the protagonist?
Interestingly enough, while writing a bit of worldbuilding yesterday about Rowan's cryo stasis adventures and cybernetics, I realized that the goings-on in his orbital habitat during his 200-year snooze would make a great space horror all on their own. (Some details here, CW for body horror and human experimentation.)
However, for a story taking place at roughly the same time as Rowan's search for his missing, presumed-apocalypsed boyfriend, the best choice of minor character to promote would be one Henry Flowers, gunslinger extraordinaire... and also an android.
For a little bit of background, Henry Flowers was created by my friend Kayleigh Pepper, and is a star of many of her creative projects, including this short Western film, to which I had the pleasure of contributing as a script editor (cw for discussion of child death and adult execution). She graciously allowed me to borrow him for a brief romp through the post-apocalypse, for the part of the story where Rowan needs a guide/bodyguard to explore a dangerous part of Boston ruins.
Here's the fun part: in the world of my novel, Henry Flowers didn't start out as an android, but was a fictional character from the pre-apocalypse era, the much-beloved star of numerous comics and films (by the critically acclaimed K. H. Pepper, obviously).
However, an advanced android stranded on Earth some time after the nukes found themselves with no memory or personality, and, being advanced enough to be disturbed by that, decided to adopt an existing personality wholesale. After extensive research through surviving remains of popular culture, they settled on Henry Flowers. And the rest is history.
(The character isn't very well-known in the post-apocalypse, so most people who meet Henry just take him for an android who, for whatever reason, dresses and talks like he's from the Wild West; stranger things have happened. But for someone like Rowan, who skipped 200 years and arrived with the knowledge of pre-apocalypse popular culture intact... well, imagine you meet someone and they introduce themselves as Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark. Dead serious, like. Or, y'know, you suddenly feel like you're in Westworld.)
So, were I to place Henry in the protagonist seat, the story would begin when Rowan first came to him looking for help in his search from Jack. It would probably be an episodic tale, featuring several instances of helping a lanky cyborg look for his man, with some adventures and bounty hunting in-between. Oh, and there's a robot horse I absolutely need to introduce him to!

If you're an Android user, you likely know the value of call recording. It's a feature that has proven invaluable for capturing crucial conversations, interviews, or even memorable moments. However, the landscape of call recording on Android has evolved due to recent policy changes by Google Play Store. In this article, we present your ultimate solution: Download the Phone App for call recording and Phone Helper for Android 10+ devices.
Decoding Google's Game-Changing Policy Shift
Effective from May 11, 2022, Google Play Store introduced a transformative policy update. This policy explicitly bars apps, including the default Phone app, from using the Accessibility Service API for call recording within their Google Play Store versions. It's essential to acknowledge that developers, like us, have no control over Google Play Store's policies, necessitating the exploration of alternative solutions. Impact on Call Recording Apps
This policy adjustment is a pivotal development. You won't find fully functional call recording apps on Google Play Store any longer. While some developers may opt to challenge the policy, conscientious developers have embraced compliance, resulting in the removal of Accessibility Service API usage from the Google Play Store version of the Phone app.
What the Policy Change Means for Call Recording Apps
The implications of this policy shift are clear - you won't find fully functional call recording apps on Google Play Store anymore. While some developers may choose to navigate the policy's challenges, responsible developers have chosen to comply. This has led to the removal of Accessibility Service API usage from the Google Play Store version of the Phone app.
Introducing Your Solution: Phone App and Phone Helper
