I don't know what head cannon I prefer:

1: Elias lives in Jonahs house and all the heads have lived there because "it comes with the promotion" but nothing has been changed in like 200 years. All the decor is the same because Jonah is sentimental like that.

Or

2: Elias lives in a house he bought with Peter's money when they were married, the only reason Elias got it in the divorces afterwards was because Peter didn't want to own any building that had a house warming party thrown at it.

Or

3: Elias lives in the institute. He sleeps in his office. He likes feeling as close to the Eye as possible.

just wants to let all the people who haven't seen it / haven't found out yet. Hermitcraft season ten on Saturday.

On that note Doc has been playing a lot recently so now we get tweet like so

so i’m rewatching bits and pieces of s4 for fic reasons and it’s hitting me all over again how and why nancy reacts to robin the way she does before and during the library scene. like! nancy has spent every season having to justify why she thinks what she does or, more often than not, fight with someone to try to pursue her theories. barb is missing and no one is listening to her. barb’s death was unfair but steve thinks they should just keep living their lives normally. she knows there’s a story with mrs driscoll but everyone, jonathan included, is telling her to drop it.

so of course in s4 when she has this idea in the back of her mind, her first instinct is to pursue it alone. even though the others are right there, and they know what’s going on. she still thinks no one will believe her, and she’d rather just do it herself than have someone try to tell her no.

and when robin comes with her nancy thinks that she was right, that robin is just another person who is going to doubt her theories and fight her about whether this is worth their time. except, robin does believe her, she’s just trying to get the information she needs to keep up with nancy. and once they finally get on the same wavelength, everything clicks. robin not only supports nancy’s theory, she takes it and runs with it, and suddenly they have the foundation they need to figure out everything.

and what gets me even more is that, from that moment on, nancy keeps robin at her side. she’s keeping an eye out for her, standing near her in the group, letting her ride shotgun. even when she doesn’t fully trust robin at pennhurst, she still chooses her. and robin proves her wrong again, so nancy keeps choosing her and keeps trusting her.

idk man i just love how strong their dynamic is, and how clear it is that this is good for both of them. for robin to have someone other than steve see her and accept her and care so deeply for her after being the odd one out at the end of s3. and for nancy to have someone finally in her corner, supporting her and believing in her without trying to get with her. they fit so well and their arc in s4 is such a treat, i love it so much

Inspiration Saturday/Several Sentence Sunday

It’s still Saturday somewhere right??? For the fabulous @daffi-990 who conspired to bring this idea about. And also because I’ve maybe been torturing her hinting I’ve had a surprise for the last several days…

The Players:

Robert “Bobby” Nash - Asset Management (officially). Unofficially, a former banker who got tied up in a bad investment, causing him and dozens of others to lose everything. Bobby more than most. He’s a recovering alcoholic on a mission to steal from the rich and corrupt, and give back to their victims.

Athena Grant - LAPD sergeant who’s had her eye on Bobby for years, unable to catch a break in the case. He may be good at covering his tracks but she’s better. And Sgt Grant always gets her man.

Evan “Buck” Buckley - Associate. A young kid who steals for the thrill, but also to payoff his brother-in-law to ensure Maddie’s safety. Buck eventually winds up in Bobby’s company, sticking to his own agenda. Until the day that Doug’s asking price becomes too high and Buck finds himself needing a much bigger mark. Someone like…

Edmundo “Eddie” Diaz - war vet with a silver star and LA’s most eligible bachelor, who also happens to be pretty as sin. Oh, and has more money than god.

The Gig

Team up with Bobby to get the money Buck needs to save his sister, and hopefully get rid of Doug for good. Also, not allowing aesthetics to distract him from all the zeros in Diaz’s accounts. A target like this guy isn’t going to miss the amount Buck needs. Besides, it’s for a good cause. He’ll be in and out before anyone notices anything’s amiss.

percy’s sheer ability to trust in people is so beautiful yet so heartwrenching. like grover betrays him in the start?? percy takes him on the quest because he still believes the best of his friend. annabeth uses him and is cryptic with him?? he gives up his life for her TWICE because he believes she’s the better one to get the quest complete. luke backstabs him and fights him?? percy still wants his friend back, still hesitates, still tries to have a dialogue with him, believing that luke is still worth saving, still worth the hurt it will inevitably cause him. and it’s just so baffling how this sassy little kid has so much heart to give that it always, always seems like he is overextending himself for the people he cares about.

I have this entire idea where Danny stumbles upon Beeman, finds out he’s an UFO/alien expert and his space obsessed ass just won’t leave the man alone. Like he just appears in his lab sometimes and asks about his newest research or if they can go to space. (Beeman quickly learns he can’t get rid of this kid, he will always eventually come back.) He also gets to meet the other secret scientists at some point and he’s being a little shit through it all. Crashing their meetings and messing with everyone present. (in an endearing way <3)
