I wish more people understood that the term mspec “lesbian” was created by TERFs to exclude trans women and nonbinary people who aren’t man-aligned from lesbianism and to cause infighting between the queer community to spread lesbiphobia so more lesbians feel isolated. Which is exactly how TERFs recruit people, by isolating them. Which is even more insidious when you realize it’s trans women and nonbinary lesbians who are then being excluded, ignored and called TERFs themselves when they talk about how harmful this label is by so called ‘allies.’
