hi! i made a few Revolutionary Girl Utena characters in SoulCalibur III's character creation mode. i do not have a capture card so instead here are some pictures i took of my screen

1. Utena Tenjou

she was actually surprisingly difficult to make but oh well. it mostly looks like her. i really wish there was actual options for shorts. i chose the sage discipline because i wanted her to use the chinese blade style and also it fits her personality ig

2. Anthy Himemiya

anthy was by far the hardest to make because soul calibur 3 has the skin tone selection of a particularly bad picrew. like it's truly abysmal even by 2005 standards... also the hairstyle selection was super limited i swear to god this is the best i could manage. saint discipline because [lore]

3. Juri Arisugawa

juri is probably the one who turned out the best! she's my favourite love her sm. knight discipline so she can have two rapier styles. not much else to say about her actually

Shiori Takatsuki

i havent actually gotten to the black rose arc yet but i decided to make shiori anyway because i felt like it would work well. and for the most part, it did! pirate discipline because vibes

5. Nanami Kiryuu

finally, we have miss nanami. shes just like me fr. pretty happy with this one too. dancer discipline so she can beat people up with tambourines because i feel like she would do that

Margo - my girl, and the one I talk about the most! You. may have heard of her before?? Idk. ANYWAY! She's an incredibly anxious and paranoid cultist that Does Not Want To Be There. Her and Ignacio were childhood friends so she kind of just. Clings to him and fears everyone else kdsjfnsfsd. I haven't worked out the nitty gritty of their relationship yet but they are Fun, I will say that much

Also she got bit by a vampire and while the cult amulet saved her from turning I like exploring the idea that she's not quite human anymore

Blossom - Blossom is. Interesting? I've been thinking of reworking her character actually, originally she was going to be a priest, but then Gregor got introduced, so I tried to retool her to connect to him but it didn't really. Sit right? idk

After watching a friend play AA (and inspired by people headcanoning Richard and Garcia as lawyers) I had the thought of reworking her into an attorney bc that would be a very interesting thing to explore in this town. No matter what her base concept is the same tho, a woman that gives off a haughty exterior but generally cares about the people she tries to help

Rachel - probably the first SM OC I created, right before Blossom. She works at the mall and is a classic "bitch in sheeps clothing" sort of character, acts nice and sweet but is actually super spiteful and petty, and loves gossip. She hates Radford because they were high school sweethearts that had a horrible falling out, and has a rivalry with Streber over the stupidest shit

Blondie - my silly cyptid hobo man!!! I don't talk about him a lot but he's always there. In my head. He's a werewolf that lives in the woods and frequently sneaks into town to steal clothes/food. He barely talks and is missing an eye, and is taller than Jack (to give scale). Speaking of he's wanted by the cops for multiple counts of theft and trespassing

Shugo (name tentative) - Teru's older sister! I have no idea what she major's in but she's in college. She really cares about Teru and tried to help her make friends before she went off. It. Didn't really stick-

Tessa - my most recent OC after Eddith, I actually got her from @/bulldog-geckorahhhhh! She's really into scenecore and collecting niche shit, is best friends with Rachel and is also close with Streber from their high school days! It also uses she/it pronouns :]

1. FAVOURITE OC.

cheating a little here but these two are very much a package deal to me, they have always been jórunn and raydrin, raydrin and jórunn. do not separate them 🤧 they’ve been living rent free in my brain for over a decade, have grown and matured as i have, and if i could go back in time and tell my ten-year-old self that she’ll still be writing silly little stories about the characters she invented on the floor of a y6 maths class, i think that would make her very happy <3

2. NEWEST OC.

i invented vivienne because when i finally sat down to plan this story that had been kicking around in my head for years, i realised how little sense it made for mathyas to be the listener and so needed a new character to fill that role. though she was designed with a specific narrative function in mind, she has since come into her own as a character in her own right and i’d love to explore her properly someday

3. OLDEST OC.

as above— i’ve had these two since i was around ten, though their names, personalities and appearances have undergone a lot of work since then. i originally created them for a short story about a young couple going spelunking together, but they soon took on lives of their own, especially once i committed to the TESified versions of them <3

4. MEANEST OC.

vivienne speaks as little as she can get away with, but will make no effort to mask her contempt for others where she feels it (which is often). if she goes so far as to verbally express her disdain for someone, it’s because she’s deemed it objectively necessary for them to know how repugnant she finds them. she is so full of hate <3

5. SOFTEST OC.

cassathra is a hug personified, my goal with her was always to create a character who was very earnestly kind n warm. it was only when i sat down to write up her storyline that i realised how genuinely harrowing some of the events of the College of Winterhold questline are, but it’s important to me that she emerges at the end with her big, squishy heart intact :’)

6. MOST ALOOF/STANDOFFISH OC.

this one almost goes without saying— jórunn’s aloofness is one of the first things strangers will notice about her. she’s quiet, reserved, and blunt when prompted to speak, not just around acquaintances but around friends, too

7. DUMBEST (AFFECTIONATE) OC.

raydrin is by no means stupid, but he often is guilty of thinking with his heart more than his brain… he’s impulsive and reckless which i think can sometimes manifest as stupidity. but he’s smart in less obvious ways :^)

8. SMARTEST OC.

despite the arguably unwise decisions mathyas makes in the fic (he’s having a bad year), he’s a genuinely very intelligent guy. i kind of designed him and raydrin to mirror each other, in this way— mathyas could afford to perhaps think with his heart now and then

9. OC I WOULD BE BEST FRIENDS WITH.

oh i would get on SO well with sanjir. that man could be anyone’s best friend if he wanted to be; he’s arguably the most gregarious and personable of all my characters, as well as genuinely kind-hearted, down-to-earth, quick witted, and charming. i’m excited to beat him up a lil now that the civil war questline is finally underway, but it comes from a place of love <3

I have to be honest, I spent the last ten minutes overthinking wether you actually mean original character with oc or something else. Not your fault btw, I just have this thing where I always assume that I’m misunderstanding or doing something wrong 😗.

I came to the conclusion that you actually mean original character though!! Only problem is, I don’t actually have any OC’s😭. I mean, I created one once in a picrew chain and her name was….. no wait what was her name!?!?!💀 I forgor. But yeah, she is kinda the only one.

Although, I do have like this fanfic in my head (I’ll probably never write it down lmao) and there is this girl who has like a secret crush on Mike but she doesn’t really have a name whoops. I mean, I do mostly call her Kathleen but idk if I actually like that name for her….
