As everyone settled to write down some paperwork from the case files, Rossi abruptly stood before suggesting that you guys should celebrate the success you achieved today, Morgan was the first one to jump into the opportunity- hurriedly stacking his papers on his desk before dragging prentiss out of her chair “okay now c’mon, everyone— hey Reid! Yes- you genius geeks will be there or you’re not scared are you einsteins?” the cheap threat causes a burst of laughter amongst the team including from Aaron, while you felt the warmth creeping up on your cheeks.

You see you rarely attended the ‘after celebration’ party they held, unless its in Rossi’s place, now that one you can’t pass up because Italian foods! but in all seriousness, it’s not that you don’t want to be with your teammates, it’s just that you’ve always been the life of the party ever since you were a teenager. Your friend Samantha used to called you out on your gift, of the ability to drink without a single trace of being drunk despite you being tiny, now that wouldn’t usually be a problem but things change when you have a major crush on your coworker, Dr. Reid.

If someone asked, what is it that draws you into Spencer? you could probably list more than 100 things. Ever since you joined, you and spencer immediately clicks, maybe because you both have a lot in common. From the way you love the same movies, types of books, and even have similar philosophical views- hence the nicknames that your teammates has given you both, Duo geek geniuses or Mr and Mrs. Einstein, lastly your favorite is Dr. and Mrs. Reid due to your similarities. You may never admit it, but every time Derek would use that one particular name, your heart feels like it may burst at any second. In conclusion, You’re whipped and you hesitated on him finding out just how wild you can be.

But before your better judgment can come to view, your smugness get the best of you. Standing straight, arms folded across your chest as you stare into derek’s eyes “We’ll see who passes out first, ‘chocolate thunder’” you replied, earning claps from your teammates including spencer whose smile is as wise as you can possibly imagine. what can you say? (Y/n) (Y/l/n) never backs out from a challenge.

Few hours later they arrived at a local bar near the building, (y/n) managed to yet again sit beside Spencer on a private booth, to her left is Prentiss, followed by Rossi, Morgan, JJ, then Penelope. Aaron needed to come home because Jack needs his father, (so that left the bau kids without their dad). As they chatter for a bit, your hand turned to look at Spencer, immediately noticing the slight uncomfortableness plastered on his face.

You ran your palm on his shirt covered arms, smiling gently “Hey, are you okay? do you wanna get out of here?” Spencer could tell that you’re being genuine, and caring which made his heart burst. “No, i’m okay (y/n) bars aren’t really my thing” He nervously giggles, scrunched up his nose and looked back at you. “Okay just let me know, spence” You patted his chest twice before returning to listen to the others.

Garcia had ordered shots for you to all drink, when it arrived your eyes widened at the sight of way too many shot glass filled with.. vodka you presumed, and 2 glass of coke and one glass of water. Everyone just stared back and forth between the drinks and garcia, which she replied with a “you guys said its a celebration” and before anyone can argue, morgan interrupts “Its okay babygirl, as i remembered that our sweet genius little miss (y/n) here have promised us she would drink tonight, and lots of it” his eyebrows are twitched as you lick your lips before leaning forward to take down the first shot.

“bring it on”

as it reached 12 AM all of the team has drown at least 3 shots, whilst you and Morgan’s count is higher than that. You heard a loud chuckle coming from your right as you gulped down a glass of water, turning to your side you can see spencer nursing his glass of coke that seemingly still full.

“Okay, who are you and what have you done to my sweet (Y/n)?” He said with a laugh, the straws that hang from his lips made your breath hitched and your fingers gripped the glass tightly at the sound of My sweet (Y/n). You composed yourself before mumbling,

“Hey thats not nicee! i’m right here still the same, what? you don’t love me when i’m drunk?” and if you think that doesn’t effect every neurons in his system then you’re dead wrong because Spencer would’ve done anything to just squeeze you tight in his arms and hold you close while listening to your slightly drunken rambles. “No, god no angel. What i meant is that, i was just not expecting this side of you, i mean look around, you outdrank everyone— how are you not dead yet?” his voice is borderline high pitched but also rugged, which made you instantly blush, looking down before glancing at your drunk coworkers, giggling at the sight of them.

Rossi had left few moments ago if your memory is right, Will picked up JJ and a very drunk Penelope home, whilst Prentiss took a very very drunk half-passed-out-Morgan. After saying your mocking goodbyes, you and spencer stared at each other. Your gaze is drunk yet lovingly genuine, Spencer’s figure tower over you as he tucked some of your fallen hair behind your ears and smiles.

“How about i take you home?” He offered, which earned a small disappointment filled whined from you at the loss of his touch. Your eyes widen, hoping he didn’t hear that but of course he did and immediately wrapped his arms around your shoulder, keeping her warm by his side as he walked them both to her car.

“You’re awfully cuddly when you are drunk (y/n) this is the drunk you i thought i was going to see” he opened the passenger door for you, before slide into the driver seat and started driving. “well i’m sorry that you didn’t like this side of me i thought—“ before you continue to ramble your drunk thoughts out, Spencer reached to softly grip your hand in his and let out a breathy laugh,

“No! (Y/n) thats not what i meant, i mean- i always like you, i’ve always liked you since the beginning no matter how many sides you have on you, you’re smart, and funny, and you understand me- thats why i like you so don’t think for a second that i didn’t like you then, especially when you beat Morgan’s ass off” He rambles as you dreamily stare into him, half hearing what he said, before he freezes, and realized what he had said or basically confessed.

“hey uh-“

“uh huh, i like you too, Spencer reid”

“We’ll try again tomorrow when you’re sober”

“I’m pretty sure, my feelings will still be the same.”

This got outta hand so quickly. But here was my overall answer:

I follow a lot of seventeen blogs. Like a lot. But I also follow a lot of people who are generally nice and who have cute tags because they help brighten up my day. I like art blogs and those calming aesthetic blogs because they make my dash prettier. And I follow my in-real-life friends like @leechansthighs and @verifiedspheniscidae and @vernaans no matter their content (although their blogs are all still A+ content and I’d probably follow them regardless). And I like @myetie so much that I played Mystic Messenger just to better understand what was going on in her artwork because her art is cute and funny and I stumbled upon it accidentally so I had to catch up. 

But to get specific? Hmmm, well, in no particlar order…. 

Of course I have my mutuals like @miiinghao @kimbapkidding @thatgirlcatt13 @jeonwonxwoo and @kw0njisol who I probably forgot to reply to like 3 billion years ago in chat but are still amazing and I love with my soul but am too nervous to say anything to because I know the only reason we’ve stopped talking is because I’m disorganized af. 

And then, well, @fyhoshi probably dominates my dashboard with HD Hoshi pics (not that I mind, really). Seriously, if you’re a Hoshi stan, follow them (you likely already are). You won’t regret it. In a very similar way, if you’re a Woozi stan, then you’ve gotta follow @woozioppa for all her constant updates and flooding of your dashboard. Just from following her, Woozi jumped like 5 spots on my bias list because of all the Woozi content.

@pristeen-23 is honestly such a good friend (used to write on her blog but not anymore,,, GIRL I’M STILL MOURNING). She’s friends with so many people because she’s a beautiful human being and deserves to be loved and rolled into a warm blanket and fed good food bye. 

OKAY so who hasn’t heard of @woozifi? Honestly, whether it’s for Tessa’s art or Tessa’s writing (CHECK OUT HER AO3), she excels in whatever she does. Talk about multitalented. Her commissions are open here. 

I like art blogs a lot!!! @bodtster was probably the first fan art blog I ever followed and I am lowkey,,, in love,,, with Annie and her work (her personal @sailorpeach is hella aesthetic if you also wanna check that out.) Her commissions are open right here.

@94wnd Graphics man, graphics. She’s the pop of colour on my dash that always makes me stop and go “ooOoOhh” because her graphics are so vibrant and pleasing. And her writing is great too! Definition of that one mom friend who always makes you feel like honey, starlight, and warm hugs on a Thursday afternoon. She makes me feel good about my angst and I love reading her tags okay. 

I frickin love memes and shitposts, and I recently discovered @amemericans [I know, I know, y’all are all like “where have you been?” and ur rite where have I been?]. They’ve got the best memes in the business. We have recently formed the idol group Clickb8,,, and are accepting all applications – so rhymes, limericks, and haikus thx. 

@incorrect7teen always makes me laugh with her incorrect quotes and love for DK,,, She’s really sweet and interactive too. Her little window into her daily life and thoughts is really so entertaining, and one can’t help but want to be friends ^^

@doyomi has some great incorrect NCT quotes, so if any NCTzens are floating around. @gwikimchi is her main blog but she has like a million blogs that I apparently don’t follow even though I know them by heart??? FRICK I’M THE DAMN WORST. ( @lordyoungho for kpop horoscopes and @sebooty-lyfe for writing). 

Choco from @choco-seventeen is such a sweetheart and her writing is stunning. Legit, her writing will probably make you want to cry. Heck, I have cried while reading her writing. And I will continue to cry because she always gets better and better and is always looking to improve and wow everything she does motivates me. 

Did you know that if you looked up talent in the dictionary you’ll get @hansolmates? Legit when I saw her writing for the first time I blanched. I wish man, I wish. Her timing is terrific, her fluff makes me melt, and her angst makes me jealous. I wish I had an ounce of her skill. 

Another art blog I follow is @cutiepatoodieart, who never fails to impress. Joey’s style is absolutely breathtaking and I love her art so so much. As well, she always says what’s on her mind without holding back, which I think is admirable. Her commissions are also very open right here.

@hoshbrownie is precious. Absolutely precious. Eva will talk to you and make you feel like you matter. She will think about you and tag you in things and I’m actually teary-eyed because she’s so precious and every not-so-anonymous anon (hoshbrownie i see u) I get from her makes me so happy. 

@svt-husbands THE WELL OILED AND FAST WORKING MACHINE. You guys know who they are, of course you do. Great quality writing at insane speeds, these guys are everything I want to be bye. I remember first talking to one of the admins @squishteen , and I was like ??? How do such interesting people exist ??? She’s amazing and writes on her main as well, go follow her. I more recently started talking to @jeongguktm, and can confirm that yes she is as adorable and kind as one might expect her to be. ALSO JUST REALIZED THAT I RECENTLY MISSED HER BIRTHDAY and tf is wrong with me, this isn’t how you make friends. Happy belated birthday sweets

Jackie from @tookorean lowkey intimidates me because everything she does turns to gold. She’s hard working and loves Woozi and if that’s not enough reason to follow then I don’t know what is. Sometimes translates, sometimes does this. Another multitalented goddess on our hands, this is getting overwhelming. 

@vitaminniedk just read her tags and you’ll understand why I follow her. She also has probably the best theme around? Vivienne is as much of a sunshine as her bias, and you’ve probably seen her gifs floating around. 

Gen from @wonnhao is a gif goddess that you are probably all aware of and her interactions are really cute too so of course I’m following her. Aren’t you? 

@wasabi-duck who is on an indefinite hiatus but you should still see her writing anyway. She was the sole person who attracted me to the bullet-point style that’s getting more and more popular around here these days. My friends and I would like read her stories out loud at lunch over sandwiches and I feel nostalgic just writing this. She’s also very kind and I like the stuff she reblogs on her main @clockwork-lullaby.

@mounteenbase is back from the dead so check her out! Lots of fun lil blurbs and bullet-point fics. Fluff master and a lowkey meme master. Very cute and easy to talk to, fun and interesting as one can see from her main blog @mounteenbase-main. 

@saythename17scenarios is graceful. Perhaps that’s not the right word but heaven knows my vocabulary isn’t extensive enough to describe how I feel about Kimbap Mom. Her writing is distinctive and tactful, and she often finds the greatest of beauty in the simplest of concepts. One day she might write a full length multi-part fic and I will be here eagerly awaiting each update because I’m trash for her. 

@moodboards-and-profiles flowers and unicorns and everything pure. When we first talked she was legit one of the most encouraging people I’ve ever met, and I’m sure that remains the same despite our lack of communication! Actually has some really cute moodboards (that she should tag because she can gain some major attention winkwinknudgenudgeshoveshove). 

Oh and recently I started following @askjournalismsvt and this is probably my favourite SVT Tumblr AU ever. Sam and Kei perfectly portray Seventeen as members of the “Diamond City University journalism department” and answer questions with the cutest of doodles ack. They’re also hilarious and I want to be this funny. 

And whilst writing this, @puppetwritings popped into my head even though I just followed her like now. She was the first fanfic account that I got into way before I actually made an account and since I didn’t have an account I would just check her Tumblr constantly and put her in my bookmarks. I got busy after a while and then made my account after another while, but I can’t believe I forgot to follow such a phenomenal writer.

Sorry I’ve been MIA y’all. I’ve been busy going on terrible dates and getting lied to by stupid fuckboys. I mean, I was gonna write about this hella funny story a coworker told me, how she went through a fat boy phrase in college and one night while she was on top she noticed that the guy kept stretching his arm out and scratching his face. She at first thought he was stretching but then it really started to get to her so she stopped and turned on the light. This MF was eating cake. I LITERALLY COULDN’T MAKE THIS SHIT UP. So my coworker being the down ass chick she is, she went with it, kept going and he fed her cake. #Badass 

Anyways back to my dating stories, since I apparently have been getting a lot of “have you updated your blog?” “So what happened with you and diplomat” “Did you go on a date with Mergers & Acquisition”. blah blah blah

Betches, get excited because I just drank glasses or rosé and I’m mad AF. Sit down and put on your seatbelt, because it’s gonna be one hell of a ride, because my love life is f-u-c-k-e-d.

Yes, I went on a date with mergers & acquisition. Just drinks (God forbid he takes a girl out to dinner and drinks). Because he clearly relies on his looks and his $245K paycheck. Yup, I looked that shit up on glassdoor. I mean you have no soul to do that job so you must make a shitton of money. Was he cute? Yeah. Was he intelligent? I mean he tried too hard IMO. Was he cocky? OMG EYE ROLL. He was pretty straight forward and was like I’m not looking for anything serious. So I got the prettiest cocktails and peaced out. 

Next fuckboy on the list. Diplomat. I mean I thought we were done. I saw a psychic she told me he wasn’t for me and that he was going to contact me again, and not to let him in because he still won’t know what he wants. I was skeptical.So I was out to dinner with my friend and he freaking facetime calls me. I’m like um that’s weird. He must be dialing the wrong number. My friend Daniella was like no one accidentally facetimes someone. I ignore it. I’m like oh if he wants to talk to me, he’ll text me. The next day he doesn’t call or text. I’m like totes accident. Few days later he has the nerve to text me “Hey”. I’m like umm hi? I’m surprised you’re texting me since we stopped talking. Diplomat was like, don’t be like that. I’m like why are you texting me? He’s like because I want to and missed you? Blurb of our convo:

Diplomat: So your not open to us talking or hanging out occasionally? I’m busy with school and work. I’m not very diligent in my personal relationships. It’s not a reflection on you or how I feel about you.

Me: So you just want to hook up?

Diplomat: No. Just see each other when we can. Is that okay? I’m not too interested in a serious thing, not with my schedule. 

You bet your ass I was like, Umm no. You can’t date me and then fucking flake and then text me like 2 weeks later and then act like every thing is okay and then ask if we can casually hook up. 

I then changed my mind a week later. I’m like okay we can talk. In my mind I’m like it’s okay he’ll just be an option while I go date other guys. TBH, it’s because he’s a really good kisser and great at cuddling. He’s all excited and is like okay, next Saturday, I’ll take you out to dinner and a movie. I text him Wednesday because I haven’t heard from him for a few days, and was like “hey”, you know super casual. THIS MOTHER FUCKER GOES:

“Hey. Sorry I can’t meet up this weekend. I actually just got back with my ex girlfriend. How’s everything?”

I legit almost broke my new iphone 7. First of all, I never knew his exgf was in the picture. Because literally a week before he was all “Come stay at my apt (in NJ) and we can grab dinner by me. OH was I gonna 3rd wheel with your ex you clearly were talking to? 1 week later you’re with her? Two, you’re gonna text me ‘How’s everything’?! Well it was good until I fucking found out you were a bigger dick than I thought. I thought you were too busy to date. Whatever. OVER IT. I texted him “Oh okay, good luck with everything”... 8 hours later. And you bet your ass I had read receipts on his texts. This clueless asshole texts me back. “You took a long time to respond to me after reading my text”. UMM WHAT? Don’t you have a girlfriend you should be talking to? I mean I got back with my ex after breaking up once. It only lasted 3 months because we constantly fought after that. Soooo good luck with that diplomat. You know what they say, you broke up for a reason.

On to the next... So I matched with this guy on Bumble. He’s a physical therapist who lives in Brooklyn. He was sweet and smart. Girls, let me teach you something valuable about online dating... Pay attention to the type of pictures a guy posts. PT only had selfies/ pictures from the chest up.... Keep this tidbit in mind. 

So we talk for a loooonnnggg time. I find out he knows how to tango and salsa. I’m taking classes so I’m like this is perfect, you can go to my classes with me. At one point I’m like are we fucking pen pals now? We talk like ever day for a month. He schedules our first date on a Thursday. He asks if we can do Saturday instead. Friday rolls around he asks if we can reschedule to Tuesday. Umm okay. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?! So I’m like okay clearly we’re not gonna see each other. So I text him “It seems you are pretty busy now, it seems things aren’t going to work out, best of luck to you”. I mean this text was carefully crafted by  4 of my best friends. I guess in this day and age, we’re used to fuck boys messing around/juggling a schedule of dating 10 girls in like 1 week. But his text completely threw me off guard and made me feel like the biggest asshole.

PT: No it’s just that I take care of my father, he’s sick. So if you could just bare with me. That’d be nice.

Hi, my name is Millennial in Manhattan, and I’m the biggest asshole. So I of course apologized profusely. He agreed to still go out for dinner. So I patiently wait. And wait. He finally asks me to dinner on a Tuesday evening. I meet him for dim sum in Chinatown. I get to the restaurant. He showed up to the restaurant early and tells me he’s sitting down at the first table. I walk in 5 minutes late. I get to the table. He stands up. And no lie, he must be like 5′3″. I��m 5′5″ and I thought I was average height. He’s also larger than the pics he’s sent me, with slightly less hair. I get caught off guard. I don’t want to be rude so I sit through dinner, make convo and ignore the fact that he has small hands that are not proportionate to his arms. Ladies, if a guy on his online dating profile doesn’t show a full body pic, he must be overweight or short. But in all honesty, I did/do really feel really bad for him. He must’ve been self conscious about his height, he was really sweet and was respectful to me. So no, I will not make fun of him because he deserves better than that. 

So I had one hell of a week. PT didn’t turn out to the be the guy I thought he was. And Diplomat was well diplomat.  Today at work I was like I should prob take a break from dating...

Well that was until I agreed to drinks with a financial wealth advisor from Wells Fargo and some guy who lives in the UWS. Here’s to hoping for more amusing blog posts.
